The design and manufacture of this tool aims to create a fan control system that can detect human presence, and regulate fan air circulation automatically towards the user. The method applied is atmega32 microcontroller which processes input in the form of a PIR sensor. The output component uses a relay to turn on the AC motor, the servo motor to direct the air circulation flow and the 16x2 LCD as a monitor of the fan process. The results of this final project aim to make it easier for humans to operate and control the direction of circulation of fan air flow automatically. Save electricity usage in economic terms because fans only operate when there are users.Keywords: Sensor PIR, Microcontroller, Motor Servo, LCD 16x2.

A novel kernel hardness tester was introduced in the paper, and the detection and control system was studied in detail. The stylus of the tester is forced into grain which placed in a container. The force which was acquired by a load cell and the displacement of the stylus which was measured by an optical encoder were used as a new hardness index. The core microcontroller unit (MCU) applied in the paper is STC89C52 to accomplish the data acquisition and the position control of a DC servo motor.

The SCADA-based AC motor monitoring and control system is a three-phase induction motor monitoring and control system. Motor speed regulation feedback is obtained from the tacho generator which is connected to the pulleys. The SCADA program manages inverter and microcontroller communications so that the process of monitoring the speed of an induction motor is done through a computer. Induction motor speed regulation using VSD as an inverter functions to adjust the source frequency so that the motor speed can be adjusted. Communication between VSD, PLC and SCADA uses the MODBUS protocol to monitor the performance of the induction motor. The main equipment uses ATV12HU22M3 inverter and CQM1H PLC. The CX-Programmer and CIMON software function to manage and monitor in real time the system. The results of the induction motor settings can be adjusted with VSD speeds ranging from 0-50 Hz. PLC as master control and SCADA function as distance controller.

Control system is a major component in the industrial operations control process. In some industries that make use of chemicals, an error variables or parameters settings can cause some damage. For the environment or the industry itself. So, utilization and development in this field is an awful lot to do. This control system is designed to measure and control the flow rate of the fluid in the pipes. This tool is composed by using a pressure sensor MPX5100dp as the primary sensor and also the servo motor that became the controlling actuator faucets. The results showed that this system can control the fluid's flow rate according to what expected. For monitoring, the system can can determine the rate changes that occur in the pipe. This tool can measure the pressure of 100kPa and rotate the actuator up to faucets with a range of more or less 5 degree.

A synchronous detection NC system is introduced based on an open multiracial PMAC controller and Panasonic servo motor where IPC is used as host computer, PMAC as control system center, and Panasonic servo AC system is used as drive. The PID control model of the servo motor is built with Simulink. When Kp equals to 0.55, KI equals to 1. 8, and KD equals to 0. 04, the simulation is carried out and the result meets the requirement of 0. 05 second. By using Honey Bee NC cutting machine to complete synchronous detection and control of the two servo motors, the synchronous operation error is obtained. The result shows that the servo motor synchronous control system, whose absolute average of relation deviation is 2.919%, reaches the requirements of technology and precision of gas cutting NC system.

In order to test the environment inside the refrigerator transportation vehicle, a automatic test system of airflow performance is built based on monitor and control system of CAN bus. The parameters of flow field such as humiture, wind speed, wind direction and pressure can be collected movably, processed and monitored in realtime with the proposed system, which is helpful for the design and manufacture of refrigerator transportation vehicle.

This paper expounds the concept and principle of data protection. According to the request of AC motor test and control system, the paper uses thread safe queues technology of LabWindows/CVI to protect motor’s data. Finally, effect of thread safe queues is validated through experiments, it proves that data protection can properly reflects motor’s status.

Analyzed working principle of servo control system and applications of direct current (i.e. DC) servo motor in the two-dimensional (i.e. 2D) digital control system, used embedded PC104 processor as the central processing unit, selected DC servo motor whose model was J320LYX04C as azimuth axis motor, and DC servo motor whose model was J215LYX03E as pitch axis motor, constituted the executive body for servo system, and designed a driving and control system which can control the two-dimension turntable rotating precisely in space and lead CCD image sensor to catch and track target. Tests show that the system positioning accuracy meet the given requirements and the system with high reliability runs smoothly in the real application.

Pulp and paper processes frequently present nonlinear behavior, which means that process dynam-ics change with the operating points. These nonlinearities can challenge process control. PID controllers are the most popular controllers because they are simple and robust. However, a fixed set of PID tuning parameters is gen-erally not sufficient to optimize control of the process. Problems related to nonlinearities such as sluggish or oscilla-tory response can arise in different operating regions. Gain scheduling is a potential solution. In processes with mul-tiple control objectives, the control strategy must further evaluate loop interactions to decide on the pairing of manipulated and controlled variables that minimize the effect of such interactions and hence, optimize controller’s performance and stability. Using the CADSIM Plus™ commercial simulation software, we developed a Jacobian sim-ulation module that enables automatic bumps on the manipulated variables to calculate process gains at different operating points. These gains can be used in controller tuning. The module also enables the control system designer to evaluate loop interactions in a multivariable control system by calculating the Relative Gain Array (RGA) matrix, of which the Jacobian is an essential part.
