Mathematics is an important lesson for elementary school students. However, mathematics is usually identified as difficult, unenjoyable and boring. Teachers need to motivate the students that mathematics can be fun. One media that could be used is Kahoot. This study aimed to apply Kahoot-based learning games. To improve mathematics learning motivation for the fourth-grade elementary school students. This study is classroom action research (CAR). It was carried out in two learning cycles using the Kemmis Taggart model. The subjects of this study were the fourth-grade elementary school students in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year consisted of 28 students. The research data were obtained through interviews, mathematics learning achievement tests, learning observation sheets, and field notes. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively and supplemented by quantitative analysis. The results showed that students' mathematics learning motivation could be improved through Kahoot-based learning games. Students’ test results showed an increase in learning motivation by 19.85 or 44.55%. The results of this study provide information for teachers, schools, and researchers to improve students’ learning motivation through Kahoot-based learning game.

Mastery in creative thinking ability on Elementary school students have become a central issue in Indonesia education system. The ability to think creatively in learning Mathematics is needed in solving the problems, especially the problem in the form of stories. This study aimed to investigate the use of Problem Posing approach on creative thinking ability of elementary school students. The study is descriptive qualitative study. The students of fourth grade of elementary school were chosen as subject of the research. The data collected from the result of observation sheet and test and then analyzed using the scoring indicator rubrics, developed by Siswono. The result of this study showed that (1) By applying the problem posing approach, the activities of fourth grader elementary school students have increase in mathematics learning about the story problem on calculating mixed operations and (2) the application of the problem posing approach can improve the creative thinking ability of fourth grade students.

Teachers still do not pay attention to the minimum standards or basic competencies that must be achieved by students, so that in making assessment questions it is not according to students' abilities and the achievement of basic competencies from the subject matter being studied. This study aims to create an instrument for assessing mathematics learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students. This type of research is development research. The model used in this study is using the ADDIE model. The subjects used were 2 mathematicians/experts and 30 students as respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, document recording, tests. The results of the study were analyzed with validity and reliability showing the number of valid items as many as 18 items that were declared valid and 2 items that were not valid. After that, the reliability test was carried out using the Kuder Richardson 20 (KR-20) formula with the help of the Microsoft Office Excel application. The results of the calculation of instrument reliability obtained r11 = 0.82 has a "very high" consistency. Thus, the instrument for assessing mathematics learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students is valid and appropriate to be used as an instrument for assessing mathematics learning outcomes. The implication of this research is that the instrument can be used as a guide for developing other assessment instruments and can help teachers understand how to make good questions, so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally.

<p class="Abstract"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em>: </em>The ability of cooperation is an important aspect of personality and needs to be owned by everyone, especially in group learning. Based on the preliminary results of the learning in the fourth grade of CST SDN shows that the ability of student cooperation is still low. This is because the teacher does not give clear instructions about learning in groups, how to learn in groups, how to divide the tasks for each member of his group, and the teacher does not motivate the students to be able to work with friends of his group. This study aims to describe the application of the conferencing approach to improving the ability of cooperation of fourth-grade elementary school students. The research method used is the research of the class action model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The subjects of this study were 38 students of grade IV SDN CST. Data collection techniques used were observations and field notes. Qualitative data were taken using techniques from Miles and Huberman which consist of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion, and verification. While the quantitative data is taken using the statistic average and percentage. The results show that the application of the conferencing approach can improve students' cooperative ability, especially on group learning in the classroom.</p>

This research is motivated by the results of learning science in fourth grade elementary school students who are still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of science by applying the Cooperative Think Pair Share (TPS) type learning model. The results showed, seen from the basic score, students who completed as many as 11 people with a percentage of 47.82% while students who did not complete amounted to 12 people with a percentage of 52.17%. cycle I, students who completed at 17 people with a percentage of 73.91% while students who did not complete as many as 6 people with a percentage of 26.08%. cycle II, students who completed as many as 20 people with a percentage of 86.95% while the incomplete amounted to 3 people with a percentage of 13.04%. from the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the cooperative learning model the Think Pair Share (TPS) type can improve the science learning outcomes of class IV elementary school 004 Seberang Teluk Hilir Kuantan Tengah District Kuantan Singingi Regency.

Multicultural approach in Indonesian language has become an absolute necessity over the last years. This research highlights the role of multicultural culture as a means to improve writing achievement of Indonesian Language among elementary school students. This study aims at determining the effectiveness of the multicultural approach in the writing achievement of Indonesian language among fifth grade students of islamic elementary school who are grouped based on their learning motivation. This study can be catagorized as an experimental study with 2x2 factorial design. The independent variable consists of two categories, multicultural and conventional approaches. The population was  60 fifth grade students of at two private islamic schools. The data was collected using learning achievement tests and learning motivation questionnaires, and analyzed using two-way ANOVA and sheffe test. The results showed that (1) there were a gap in learning achievement between students in the experimental group and control group students; (2) there were differences in learning achievement between students with high motivation between both groups; (3) there were differences in learning achievement between low motivated students between both groups; (4) the multicultural approaches proved to be more effective than the conventional one; and (5) there was no interaction between the approaches and the learning motivation.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the overall mathematics learning in several scientific journals at the basic education level "at the basic education level. The method used is meta-analysis, namely a descriptive narrative review or systematic review by analyzing the results. The results of research that have been published nationally relating to the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on elementary school students' mathematics learning The sample in this study is a random sampling technique with a total of thirteen journal articles that have been published nationally in Indonesia with a span of years. 2014-2020 at the basic education level which discusses the writing of experiments on the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in elementary school students' Mathematics learning. The instrument used is a coding data sheet that summarizes the data. and journal information. Based on the analysis of the overall effect value, the average value of the influence is 0.416, which means that it is in the large effect category. The findings of the analysis also show that the problem-based learning model has an influence on Mathematics learning in basic education. This shows the conclusion that the-pl problem based learning model is more effective in learning mathematics compared to the conventional learning model in this study
