Increasing children's intelligence requires strategies so that children have the habit of reading and writing things. One strategy that can be used is psychowriting. The purpose of this study was to increase the spirit of children with literacy to have enthusiasm for writing and interest in reading using the psychowriting method. This research is field research with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Data collection methods, using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of psychowriting methods to improve linguistic intelligence for children is: a) preparation, b) memory strength test, c) presenting the closest and fastest idea, d) creating an atmosphere, e) implementing creative learning, and f) follow-up.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produk pastry yang di jual di hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort dan strategi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk pastry di hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Executive Sous Chef, Chef Pastry, Chef de Partie dan Staff Kitchen Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort. Objek penelitian ini adalah strategi dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk pastry di hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi produk pastry yang dijual di hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort adalah rendahnya penjualan produk pastry dan bahan baku untuk pembuatan kue. Strategi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk pastry di hotel Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort adalah membuat inovasi baru yang membuat keunikan di setiap penyajian, hygiene dan sanitasi, serta menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas makanan. This research aimed at: 1) analyzing the students’ difficulty on solving mathematic open-ended problems, 2)  analyzing the implementation of conducted mathematic’s learning. Subjects of the study was the whole grade VIII A8 students in SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja with the total number was 28 students. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, test, and interview. The technique of data analysis in this study made use qualitative descriptive analysis that was to analyze and describe every problem and difficulty that students faced when solving mathematic open-ended problems. The results from the test, interview, and observation analysis showed that the students’ difficulty on solving mathematic open-ended problems are:1) the students’ lack of ability on understanding mathematic open-ended problems, 2)the students had poor reasoning ability in which the students usually is a non-effective reasoning, 3) the stdudents’lack of representation ability and real thinking ability on solving the problems so that the students cannot find the best method to solve the problems. The researcher’s advise is that the mathematic teachers have to point on conceptual understanding and thinking ability development when teaching mathematics subject on classes.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the accounting treatment of inventory on the method of recording and assessing merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju Kec. Kab. Musi Banyuasin with inventory observation periods in April and May 2020. In this study the researchers used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The types of data used are primary and secondary. Where the primary data is in the form of interviews and field observations, while the secondary data is in the form of merchandise inventory data at Bumdes Karya Maju. Data collection methods used were interviews and field observations. The results showed that the method of recording and inventory of merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju was not in accordance with SAK EMKM. Bumdes Karya Maju records merchandise inventory using an application called OMI, which has not applied any method in the application.

This study aims to determine the optimization of the implementation of mediation in the Gorontalo Religious Court. This research is a field research with data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. Data’s were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The results of the study found that the implementation of mediation in the Gorontalo Religious Court was not yet fully optimal. Based on the cases decided by the Gorontalo Religious Court in 2016 totaling 1524 and entering the mediation process as many as 87 cases and only 1 case that was successfully mediated (0.1%). Factor failure of the mediation process because the mediation room facilities are still not efficient enough, because the parties to queue, even some mediator judges carry out mediation in the judge's room itself, there is no certified mediator as explained in the Minister of Religion Regulation (PERMA) Number 1 of 2016 about Procedure for Mediation at Court.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Supreme Court Regulation No. 3 of 2017 Concerning Guidelines for Judging Women Against the Law (PERMA). This research is a field research with data collection methods such as observation, interview and documentation study. The collected data is processed and analyzed with qualitative descriptive. The results of the study showed that the Judges at the Marisa Religious Court in deciding divorce divorce cases before and after the issuance of the regulation had not yet enumerated the request for the Petitioner to pay the burden. However, due to the Circular of the Mahkamah Agung Number 1 of 2017, there is a wife's right to pay. In relation to the effectiveness of the PERMA, it has been effective in enforcing gender justice in the Marisa Religious Court. In certain divorce divorce cases, the wife is present and submits a reconciliation claim regarding livelihood at the hearing, and verstek and case matters where his wife does not submit a liability claim then the PERMA is ineffective or not applied.

Murābaḥah is one of the most popular financing for Sharia Financial Institutions. Likewise, at the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta, murābaḥah financing is what customers are most interested in, therefore, among other financing products the risk is also higher. In addition, many customers choose deferred payments. This deferred payment creates several risks, one of which is financing problems. Many customers who are deemed capable are still procrastinating in terms of payment of installment obligations, this is what causes losses for the BPRS, where the more customers delay payment, the higher the level of Non Performing Financing (NPF) in a bank, causing the bank's condition to not healthy. Then the problem that will be raised in this study is how to solve the problematic murābaḥah financing in the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta and how the view of the fatwa DSN MUI towards the practice of solving the problematic murābaḥah financing in the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta. This study uses field research methods, with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection methods through interviews with informants and documentation and then analyzed with qualitative descriptive methods. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) The steps for solving problematic murābaḥah financing at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta include billing, rescheduling, restructuring, customers selling their own goods, execution of collateral, AYDA and judicial channels. (2) The mechanism for the settlement of murābaḥah financing at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta is in accordance with the MUI DSN Fatwa and POJK No. 29/POJK.03/2019, except for the Fatwa DSN MUI No. 47 / DSN-MUI / II / 2005 on the provisions of point 5 regarding exemption for customers who are truly unable to pay off their financing payments, because in its implementation the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta implementing the final solution of problematic murābaḥah financing by way of settlement through the judiciary, if the BPRS performs debt relief, only the write-off records are written off, not the write-offs. Even though it has been written off, there is still a billing.

Curriculum is an important part of the implementation of learning in school.  It covers the   aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. This study aims to describe the problems of planning, implementing, and evaluating the 2013 curriculum in the subjects of Aqidah Akhlak in MTs. Negeri 04 Jember. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the type of field research.  The data collection method used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis of interactive models of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the problems in planning, learning, and evaluating the 2013 curriculum in the Aqeedah Akhlak subjects were the difficulties faced by teachers in developing lesson plans and determining learning methods, mismatches between lesson plans and learning implementation, and constructing the score rubrics for attitude assessment.

The lecturer's performance assessment by students in the form of an online Lecturer Performance Assessment Instrument Questionnaire (KIPKD) is in line with the work concepts of Green Computing by utilizing computer hardware and software better, more efficiently and more useful. KIPKD online POLSUB uses Google Forms, because it has an attractive and responsive look, provides a fairly complete choice of stuffing model, free, the results are neatly arranged and can be analyzed easily. This research method uses literature review in the form of books, journals that discuss about topics related to the use of Google Forms as a medium in the manufacture of questionnaires for surveys and data collection, as well as related to the concept of Green Computing. While data collection methods used in field research by way of observation of the system running in the academic POLSUB. The use of KIPKD online illustrates that POLSUB participates in preserving the environment, with no 12 paper/year rims, equivalent to 12 tree trunks.

This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.
