This study aims to determine the optimization of the implementation of mediation in the Gorontalo Religious Court. This research is a field research with data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. Data’s were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. The results of the study found that the implementation of mediation in the Gorontalo Religious Court was not yet fully optimal. Based on the cases decided by the Gorontalo Religious Court in 2016 totaling 1524 and entering the mediation process as many as 87 cases and only 1 case that was successfully mediated (0.1%). Factor failure of the mediation process because the mediation room facilities are still not efficient enough, because the parties to queue, even some mediator judges carry out mediation in the judge's room itself, there is no certified mediator as explained in the Minister of Religion Regulation (PERMA) Number 1 of 2016 about Procedure for Mediation at Court.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Supreme Court Regulation No. 3 of 2017 Concerning Guidelines for Judging Women Against the Law (PERMA). This research is a field research with data collection methods such as observation, interview and documentation study. The collected data is processed and analyzed with qualitative descriptive. The results of the study showed that the Judges at the Marisa Religious Court in deciding divorce divorce cases before and after the issuance of the regulation had not yet enumerated the request for the Petitioner to pay the burden. However, due to the Circular of the Mahkamah Agung Number 1 of 2017, there is a wife's right to pay. In relation to the effectiveness of the PERMA, it has been effective in enforcing gender justice in the Marisa Religious Court. In certain divorce divorce cases, the wife is present and submits a reconciliation claim regarding livelihood at the hearing, and verstek and case matters where his wife does not submit a liability claim then the PERMA is ineffective or not applied.

Abstrak: Ungkapan kata interjeksi tidak mudah dimengerti. Kadang seorang pembaca belum paham apa yang disampaikan oleh pengarang tentang isi novel, sehingga hal ini yang membuat peneliti tentang interjeksi dalam naskah drama dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang apa itu interjeksi. Jadi, interjeksi adalah kata yang digunakan untuk  mengungkapkan perasaan seseorang maupun dalam bentuk senang, sedih, kecewa, jijik,marah,kaget,kangen dan sebagainya. Misalkanya, (wah, ngono kuwi, hah, heh, alhamdulillah dan astagfirullahalazim) yang memiliki arti yang berbeda-beda dalam setiap konteks tuturannya.. penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk dan fungsi interjeksi yang terdapat dalam naskah drama “pesta para pencuri” karya jean Annoulih Saduran Rachman Sabur. Metode penelitian adalah deskriftif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi dan telaan, sedangkan metode analisis data adalah identifikasi, klarifikasi, dan interpretasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah bentuk interjeksi dalam naskah drama “pesta para pencuri” yang sudah ditemukan melalui penelitian sebanyak 9 bentuk interjeksi yaitu: Oh, hah, oh ya, ya, ah, hah,aah,ssst, dan he he he dan ungsi interjeksi ditemukan 7 fungsi interjeksi yaitu: kekecewaan, harapan, kesyukuran, keheranan, kekagetan, panggilan, dan marah atau makian. Abstract : The expression interjection is not easy to understand. Sometimes a reader does not understand what is conveyed by the author about the contents of the novel, so this is what makes researchers about the interjection in the play an provide knowledge about what is interjection. So, interjection is a word used to express someone’s feelings and in the form of happy, sad, disappointed, disgusted, angry, shocked, missed, and so on. For example, (Wow, Ngono Kuwi, Hah, Heh, Alhamdulillah and Astagfirullahalazim) which have different meanings in each context of the speech. This research aims to find out the formsand functions of the interjection contained in the drama script “party of thieves”. The work Jean Annoulih Saduran Rachman Sabur. The research method is qualitative descriptive with data collection methods, namely documentation and research, while the data analysis method is indentification, clarification, and interpretation. The result of this study are forms of interjection in the drama script “party of thieves” which have been found through research as many as 9 forms of interjection, Oh, Hah, Oh yes, Yes, Ah, Hah, Aah, Stt, and He he he and interjection function found 7 interjection functions, namely: disappointment, hope, gratitude, astonishment, shock, call, and anger or curse.

This study aims to explore the forms of expression of pragmataik rejection in children aged 2—3  years. In addition, this study also aims to explain the factors that influence the acquisition of the language of the child so as to act pragmatic speech. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Qualitative descriptive method is a method that attempts to describe and interpret objects as they are. Data collection methods are carried out with several techniques, namely, see, record, and note. The results of this study indicate the existence of two forms of expression of rejection that is explicit and implicit. The form of exclusion is classified into nonverbal and declarative rejection. There are several forms of implicit refusal: implicit refusal by reason of, interrogative implicit refusal, alternative implicit rejection, implicit declarative rejection, implicit rejection with demand. In addition, the results of this study indicate a factor that affects the pragmatic ability of children 2—3 years, namely natural factors, cognitive development, socioeconomic, and family.

Zastrow Al-Ngatawi as the subject of this research has done something similar to Wali Songo, but the scope of activities carried out by Zastrow Al-Ngatawi is more simple. The thing he did was one of the glory in Da’wah activities. This research is qualitative descriptive. The subject in this study was Zastrouw Al-Ngatawi. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. For analysis using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis theory which includes data reduction (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and making conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing).

Increasing children's intelligence requires strategies so that children have the habit of reading and writing things. One strategy that can be used is psychowriting. The purpose of this study was to increase the spirit of children with literacy to have enthusiasm for writing and interest in reading using the psychowriting method. This research is field research with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Data collection methods, using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of psychowriting methods to improve linguistic intelligence for children is: a) preparation, b) memory strength test, c) presenting the closest and fastest idea, d) creating an atmosphere, e) implementing creative learning, and f) follow-up.

This study aims to determine the process of implementation the <em>parunrungi baju </em>and <em>attarasa’s </em>tradition in the Konjo community adult process, how is the existance of the <em>parunrungi baju </em>and <em>attarasa’s </em>tradition in the modern area, and how is the islamic perspective on the procession of tradition. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Researcher as a key instrument. Data collection methods are observation, deep interview and documentation. <em>Parunrungi baju </em>and <em>attrarasa’s </em>tradition is a traditional ceremony held by Konjo community in eastern Bulukumba, when  a child enters adulthood. The traditional still exists carried out by the community of Konjo until now, as a way to appreciate the ancestrals heritage. According to the islamic perpective on the procession of the traditional ceremonies, such as the presentation of offerings and flattening of teeth <em>(attarasa)</em> is considered contradictory to the existing rules in islam.<br /><p align="center"> </p>

When consumers repair motorbikes at the Desa Wage workshop, many employees take the spare parts and resell them such as chains, batteries and other spare parts that can still be repaired. From the used spare parts collected without the permission of the owner of the used spare parts, the perpetrators sell them to other consumers for reuse at a lower price. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the practice of buying and selling used spare parts at the Village Workshop of Upah Subdistrict, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency and how is the Fiqh Muamalah review of the practice of buying and selling used spare parts in the Workshop of Upah Village, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research includes field research conducted on workshop employees and consumers in Upah Village, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The type of research in this research is sociological normative which is carried out by looking at the facts that occur in the field related to legal aspects in social interactions in society. Data collection methods are observation, unstructured interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, the researcher concludes that in the practice of buying and selling used spare parts, consumers are given the option when repairing vehicles, namely with new or used spare parts. used spare parts are obtained from the property of consumers where the damaged spare parts have been replaced with new ones and the damaged spare parts are taken by the employee without asking the consumer and repaired by the employee and resold. The sale and purchase of used motorcycle spare parts in the workshop of Upah Village, District Treasurer, Aceh Tamiang Regency. In terms of Fiqh muamalah, the sale and purchase of used motorcycle parts is not allowed, because the used spare parts are not the property of the employee but rather the property of the consumer. The ownership has not yet been transferred to the employee, because there is no one of the reasons for ownership.

This research is used to analyze the error profile encountered by STKIP PGRI Pacitan students in the course of Complex Analysis on the subject of PolarShape. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. Subjects used as many as 2 students. Data collection methods used are test methods andinterview methods. The results of this study are on Misunderstanding, Transformation Errors and Process Errors. Misunderstanding is to assume thesymbol R = r when R ≠ r. Then assume that in calculating the root of the value of negative/positive just the same, even though the end result also remains the same. And it is often reversed between the values of x and y. Transformation error is inverted in determining x and y for cos arc formula. While the Process Error is unable to determine the magnitude of a special angle adjusted to the location of the point of z. weak in calculating the powers in the form of fractions. And wrong in drawing the z-point coordinates.

Indonesia is a country that has many regional languages. The diversity of regional languages is a characteristic of Indonesia. One of them is the Javanese language which is used by the Javanese people and has a variety of dialects. Therefore, the writer is interested in conducting research on the characteristics of the Javanese dialect of Blora in accordance with sociolinguistic studies that examines the relationship between language and its speaking community. This is similar to the writer aim to analysis the differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. The writer also analyzes the use of Javanese speech level used by the people of Blora. This is because there are still many people who do not know the geographical location of Blora City. In this study, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection methods needed to analysis the data are simak method and cakap method. The analysis results showed that there are characteristics of the Blora dialect and there are differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. It can be concluded that the variations of the three dialects have different morphology, phonology, lexical and semantics. This is due to the diversity of dialect differences from the results of regional observations.
