Tujuan dilakukan penelitianini untukmengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari suatu harga, kualitas produk, dan juga kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian desain survei secara crossectional. Dalam penelitian ini sampel merupakan Mahasiswa di Lampung dengan jumlah 100 responden. Dengan menggunakan uji statistik dilakukan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasi PLS. dengan melakukan uji validitas menggunakan nilai faktor loading, sedangkan untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai cronbach’c alpha, composite reliability dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Setelah semua hasil item indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel, kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis. Dari ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan seluruhnya terdukung, namun untuk hipotesis pertama tidak signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menjaga kualitas produk dan layanan yang baik, agar mendapatkan penilaian konsumen yang baik, selain itu penting juga untuk menjaga kualitas produk agar konsumen tetap loyal terhadap produk

This research aims to assess the service quality of industrial parks (IP) in the view of FDI (foreign direct investment) firms in Vietnam. Data was collected from 270 FDI firms in Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIP) in Vietnam. The proposed research model was based on researches on service quality. Cronbach's Alpha Average Variance Extracted (Pvc),rho (ρA), and Composite Reliability (Pc) tested the reliability and validity of the scale. The analysis results showed that four factors were affecting the servicequality of industrial park in Vietnam being tangibleof VSIP, reliability of VSIP, the empathyof FDI investors, and their assurance. The responsivenessof VSIP did not affect the servicequality of the industrial park. Contents of the article focus on two main issues: the analysis framework of the quantitative model and implicating results todevelop the industrial park services. The limitation of the research was only in VSIP in Vietnam.

The purpose of the paper was to investigate the factors that influenced the intention to use coffee by using Adanco software. Survey data was collected from 284 consumers living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The research model was proposed from the studies of the behavioral intention. The reliability and validity of the scale were tested by Cronbach's Alpha, Average Variance Extracted (Pvc) and Composite Reliability (Pc). PLS-SEM showed that intention to use coffee was affected by some components of the intention to use coffee.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pandemic covid-19 terhadap turis asing, turis domestik dan karyawan penerbangan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuanntitatif dengan analisis composite reliability, cronbach’s alpha, average variance extracted, uji t, P value dan koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan penerbangan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling diperoleh data berjumlah 90. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ada pengaruh yang signifkan pandemik covid-19 terhadap kunjungan turis asing dan domestic di Indonesia. Semakin lama pandemic covid-19 berlangsung sejak Maret hingga Juni 2020, maka semakin banyak turis asing menunda kunjungannnya ke Indonesia sehingga semakin menurun kunjungan turis asing ke Indonesia. Pandemic covid-19 berdampak pada penurunan sebesar 59,96% turis asing yang berkunjung ke Indonesia pada bulan Januari hingga Juni 2020 berjumlah 3.089.659 orang dibandingkan pada bulan Januari hingga Juni 2020 berjumlah 7.715.512 orang serta berdampak pada penurunan sebesar 69,09% turis domestik pada bulan Januari hingga Juni 2020 berjumlah 85.000.000 orang dibandingkan pada bulan Januari hingga Juni 2020 berjumlah 275,000,000 orang.Ada pengaruh pandemik pandemik covid-19 terhadap karyawan perusahaan penerbangan di Indonesia. Semakin lama pendemik covid-19, Semakin lama pandemic covid-19 berlangsung sejak Maret hingga Juni 2020, maka semakin banyak turis asing menunda kunjungannnya ke Indonesia, maka semakin menurun pendapatan perusahaan penerbangan kunjungan sehingga selanjutnya berdampak pada penurunan jumlah karyawan di perusahaan penerbangan. Pandemic covid-19 berdampak pada penutupan sementara rute penerbangan domestic dan internasional sehingga berdampak negative pada berkurangnya pendapatan perusahaan penerbangan senilai 207.000.000.000 rupiah dan kerugian perusahaan penerbangan Garuda Group semester pertama tahun 2020 senilai US$ 120.100.000 serta berdampak pula pada pengurangan 800 karyawan perusahaan penerbangan Garuda Group dan pengurangan 2.600 karyawan perusahaan penerbangan Lion Group.Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic, Foreign and Domestic Tourists and Airlines Employees

<p>The purpose of this study is to translate “Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale” (WLEIS; Wong & Law, 2002) into Urdu and also to determine the psychometric properties of this scale. The final (Urdu) version of the scale is checked on a sample of 315 managers of the top four private commercial banks of Pakistan after the translation process. The validity and reliability of the WLEIS were evaluated by analyzing the “Cronbach alpha”, composite reliability, rho-A, and average variance extracted. The following hypotheses were formulated after detailed literature review (a) the Urdu version of WLEIS scores were positively correlated to three dimensions of job performance (JP) (b) Work engagement (WE) mediates the association between Urdu translated dimensions of WLEIS and dimensions of JP. Reliability of the four-dimensional Urdu variant of WLEIS estimated by Cronbach's Alpha which is 0.67, 0.74, 0.77 and 0.75; rho A is 0.69, 0.76, 0.79 and 0.76 and composite reliability is .0.80, 0.84, 0.85 and 0.84 and AVE is 0.51, 0.56, 0.59 and 0.57 respectively. In addition, WLEIS-U dimensions have a statistically substantial positive association with three dimensions of JP and WE is proved to be mediator between WLEIS-U dimensions and dimensions of job performance. It has been found that the Urdu version of WLEIS in Pakistan is reliable.</p>

The aim of this study was to assess the psychometric properties of the Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale in the context of outdoor physical activities. In order to do this, we carried out a research in some Primary and Secondary school l located in western Andalucía (Spain), with kids aged 9-12 years old [M= 11.22; SD= 1.07), therefore a sample of 455 students (228 boys= 50.1% 227 girls = 49.9% = 50.1) was used]. Descriptive, exploratory and confirmatory analyses were conducted. We also analyzed several factors such as internal consistency, composite reliability, average variance extracted and convergent validity. Afterwards, differences by gender and school year were also studied. Data showed the need to eliminate many of the items from the original scale, giving as a result a model of 5 items with satisfactory fit in the confirmatory analysis. The ANOVA statistical test carried out in terms of sex and school year didn’t show any tangible difference between the target groups.

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of brand image and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Chandra Supermarkets. The research sample was 99 respondents. The method used in research with a questionnaire. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability uses the Cronbach's alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The results of the study show that the image variable has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, the variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable, and the product completeness variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions buying decision.

The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists in terms of safety, security, health and hygiene in the Tourism Village, Indonesia. The study population was all foreign and domestic tourists who visited Tourism Villages, Indonesia from January to December 2019 and the sample used was cluster random sampling, with a total of 91 respondents. Quantitative research methods were used in this study with construct validity and reliability analysis, composite reliability, cronbach's alpha, average variance extracted, path coefficient and R square. There is an effect of health and hygiene on the satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists. The better the health and hygiene, the greater the satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists. Accessibility to drinking water and sanitation is the main indicator of health and hygiene when compared with other indicators such as: availability of the number of doctors and nurses, hospital bed facilities and risk of disease. There is an effect of safety and security on the satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists. The better safety and security, the greater the satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists. The accessibility of tourist destinations is the main indicator of safety and security compared to other indicators such as: friendly and kind employees, tourist village places to protect goods belonging to foreign and domestic tourists, clarity of safety and security signs and directions, walks during the day safer than at night.   Keywords: Health and Hygiene, Safety and Security, Tourism Villages   Abstrak   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara ditinjau dari keselamatan, keamanan, kesehatan dan hygiene di Desa Wisata, Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara yang berkunjung ke Desa-Desa Wisata, Indonesia bulan Januari hingga Desember 2019 dan sample yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling diperoleh responden berjumlah 91. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan analisis construct validity and reliability, composite reliability, cronbach’s alpha, average variance extracted, path coefficient and R square. Ada pengaruh kesehatan dan hygiene terhadap kepuasan wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara. Semakin baik kesehatan dan hygiene, maka semakin meningkat kepuasan wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara. Aksesabilitas ke air minum dan sanitasi merupakan indikator utama kesehatan dan hygiene apabila dibandingkan dengan indikator lainnya seperti: ketersediaan jumlah dokter dan perawat, fasilitas tempat tidur rumah sakit dan resiko terkena penyakit. Ada pengaruh keselamatan dan keamanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara. Semakin baik keselamatan dan kesamanan, maka semakin meningkat kepuasan wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara. Aksesabilitas tujuan wisata merupakan indikator utama keselamatan dan keamanan dibandingkan dengan indikator lainnya seperti: karyawan yang bersahabat dan baik, tempat desa wisata melindungi barang-barang milik wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara, kejelasan rambu-rambu dan arahan keselamatan dan keamanan, jalan-jalan di siang hari lebih aman dibandingkan malam hari.   Kata kunci: Kesehatan dan Hygiene, Keselamatan dan Keamanan, Desa Wisata

Abstract The purpose of this study was to model a reliable and valid framework for building and measuring health system workforce’s competence to lead, manage and govern. A cross-sectional survey was conducted in three zones of Amhara regional state, northwest Ethiopia. Eight-hundred-thirteen participants were recruited from 32 health facilities. The data were collected using a structured self-rated questionnaire that comprised 26, five-point Likert scale, items. Data analysis techniques such as factor analysis, composite reliability and average variance extraction were applied. Factor analysis was unlocked to assemble the relationship among latent factors extracted, items rated and error variances observed. Latent factors were extracted using Eigenvalue greater than 1 as a cut of point. To make latent factors more meaningful, they were labeled considering the contents of the items clustered within them. Meanwhile, a framework for building and measuring competence to lead, manage and govern was modeled by assembling latent factors labeled, items rated and error variances observed. Reliability and validity of the framework were tested using composite reliability and average variance extraction analyses respectively. Four-factor framework for building and measuring the health system workforce’s competence to lead, manage and govern was modeled. The four latent factors extracted were labeled as compliance with principles, strategic sensitivity, system building, and contextual thoughtfulness. These factors explained 68.434% of the total variability. Composite reliability and average variance extraction for all factors were .807 and greater, and .512 and greater, respectively. Compliance with principles, strategic sensitivity, system building, and contextual thoughtfulness are dimensions that affect competence to lead, manage and govern, which, in turn, influence the health system performance and health outcomes. This model has implications for training, evaluation, and research.

Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya hidup dan trend fashion terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada media sosial Instagram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan kuisioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 41 responden. Uji statistic dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasis PLS. Uji validitas menggunakan nilai faktor loading, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha, reliabilitas komposit dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Ada 3 variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 2 (dua) variabel bebas (X1  dan X2) dan 1 (satu) variabel terikat, dimana gaya hidup (X1) dan trend fashion (X2) sebagai variabel bebas dan keputusan pembelian (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data telah ditemukan jawaban  hipotesis dengan kesimpulan sebagai berikut; gaya hidup berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan trend fashion berpengaruh positif signfikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: gaya hidup, trend fashion, keputusan pembelian
