Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan hasil belajar PPKnsiswa yang diberi model pembelajaran portofolio dengan kelompok siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran konvensional, (2) perbedaan hasil belajar PPKn antara siswa yang memiliki kemampuan awal tinggi dengan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan awal rendah, dan (3) interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian faktorial 2x2, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikansi a = 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Model Pembelajaran berbasis portofolio memberikan hasil belajar PPKn siswa lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional; (2) Kelompok siswa yang kemampuan awalnya tinggi memperoleh skor hasil belajar PKn yang lebih tinggi di banding dengan kelompok siswa yang kemampuan awalnya rendah; (3) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar PKn siswa.   Kata Kunci: pembelajran berbasis potofolio, kemampuan awal, PKn.   Abstract: This research was aimed to: (1) The difference of student’s civil achievement between a group of student who were given portfolio base learning models and conventional models. (2) The difference of civic learning achievement between a student who has a high beginning ability and a student who student who has a low beginning ability, (3) The interaction between instuctional models and beginning ability to influence the civic learning achievement. The research method used quasi experiment with factorial design 2x2. The data analysis technique was analysis of variance (ANOVA) two way at significant a = 0.05. The result of the research are: (1) Portfolio base instuctional models created a better students civic achievement,if we,compared it with the conventional instuction models; (2) A group of student who had high beginning ability got better civic learning achievement score than they who had low beginning ability; (3) There was interaction between learning models and beginning ability to influence civic achievement. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) perbedaan hasil belajar Kelistrikan Otomotif antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan Strategi Pembelajaran Koperatif Tipe STAD dan Strategi Pembelajaran Koperatif Tipe Jigsaw, (2) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki Minat Berwirausaha Tinggi dan Minat Berwirausaha Rendah (3) interaksi antara penggunaan Strategi pembelajaran dan Minat Berwirausaha dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar Kelistrikan Otomotif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan disain penelitian faktorial 2x2, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikansi a = 0.05. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  peningkatan hasil belajar Sosiologi peserta didik melalui penerapan strategi pengorganisasian peta konsep (concept mapping). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: observasi kelas, wawancara, penyebaran angket, evaluasi formatif, dan diskusi dengan guru mitra (kolaborator). Hasil tindakan siklus I menunjukkan 67% atau 22 dari 33 peserta didik telah menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dengan mencapai nilai KKM (≥ 70), dan di siklus II meningkat signifikan menjadi 91% atau 30 dari 33 peserta didik  telah mencapai nilai KKM (≥ 70). Hasil simpulan tersebut diperkuat dengan hasil angket pendapat peserta didik tentang pembelajaran dengan peta konsep yang menunjukkan di siklus I terdapat 14 dari 33  peserta didik atau 42,5% peserta didik menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran dengan peta konsep cukup membantu dalam belajar Sosiologi dan 11 dari 33 peserta didik menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran dengan peta konsep baik dalam membantu belajar Sosiologi. Happiness is the ultimate goal of all activities. The desire for happiness makes humans look for the source of happiness that its existence is worthy of several elements of life. Education as one of the crucial elements of life has varied learning models that can increase the willingness of students to learn. The conscious effort to learn becomes more optimal in a happy psychological condition. This research discusses the ultimate happiness in the Koran described with scientific theories of happiness and explains the Quantum theory of happiness in the learning model. The research method used was literature study and content analysis as the data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that first, happiness in the Koran was not caused by wealth but our faith as a believer. Second, there are endorphins in humans that emit happiness and calmness. Third, someone who is happy will have a change in thoughts, words, actions, facial expressions, and positive muscle activity. Fourth, the learning model that can create happy learning begins with creating happy emotions, giving both material and non-material rewards, and good habituation. Fifth, the understanding about happiness from various perspectives can provide a variety of positive developments in all aspects of life and will lead into a better life.

This study aims to determine the effect of derivative and integral mastery on the learning achievement of physics class XI IPA students on motion kinematics material. The population of this study were all students of class XI IPA at Madrasah Aliyah NW Kotaraja, amounting to 36 people. The research method used is the Ex Post Facto method, by not providing treatment but directly conducting evaluations related to students 'abilities in motion kinematics material and also students' abilities related to inherited and integral abilities. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is found that Freg-count = 4.282 and Freg-table = 4.130 (Freg-count> Freg-table), the conclusion of this study is that the derivative and integral mastery affects students' physics learning achievement on the subject of motion kinematics.

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of the type of hypnosis and the level of mental toughness on the concentration of futsal athletes. This research method is experimental. Types of hypnotherapy that are done are hypnosis and self-hypnosis. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the variable measured mental toughness was low and a little low using, questionnaire and hypnotherapy treatment with 6 meetings with a duration of 30-60 minutes, grouping the level of mental toughness was obtained after pretesting the results of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique was two way anava  with SPSS 16. The subjects of the research were 16 male futsal athletes. The significance level is 0.05. The results showed that there were differences in the effect of hypnosis and self-hypnosis on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.013, meaning that there was an effect. There is no difference in the effect of low and rather low mental toughness on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.130 means there is no effect. There is no interaction between mental toughness and hypnotherapy on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.635 means mental toughness and hypnotherapy do not interact. The conclusions of the study are getting the differences in the treatment of hypnosis and self-hypnosis, knowing the differences in the effect of mental toughness, and knowing the interaction between hypnotherapy and mental toughness. The advice is that athletes have good mental toughness and self-control, believe in their own abilities. Coaches support athletes by providing coaching that can improve mental toughness and concentration. PENGARUH JENIS HIPNOTERAPI DAN TINGKAT KETANGGUHAN MENTAL TERHADAP KONSENTRASI ATLET FUTSAL  AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh jenis hipnosis dan tingkat  ketangguhan mental terhadap konsentrasi atlet futsal. Metode penelitian ini eksperimen. Jenis hipnoterapi yang dilakukan adalah hipnosis dan self-hipnosis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, variabel yang diukur ketangguhan mental rendah dan agak rendah dengan menggunakan angket ketangguhan mental dan treatment hypnotherapy dengan 6 peretemuan durasi 30-60 menit, pengelompokkan tingkat ketangguhan mental diperoleh setelah diadakan pretest hasil dari angket tersebut. Teknik analisis data two way anava dengan program  SPSS 16. Subjek penelitian atlet futsal putra berjumlah 16 orang. Taraf signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian yaitu ada perbedaan pengaruh hipnosis dan self-hypnosis terhadap konsentrasi atlet, nilai signifikansi = 0,013, artinya ada pengaruh. Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh ketangguhan mental rendah dan agak rendah terhadap konsentrasi atlet nilai signifikansi = 0,130 berarti tidak ada pengaruh. Tidak ada interaksi antara ketangguhan mental dan hipnoterapi terhadap konsentrasi atlet, nilai signifikansi = 0,635 artinya ketangguhan mental dan hipnoterapi tidak berinteraksi. Simpulan penelitian yaitu mendapatkan perbedaan perlakuan hipnosis dan self-hipnosis, diketahuinya perbedaan pengaruh ketangguhan mental, dan diketahuinya interaksi antara hipnoterapi dan ketangguhan mental. Sarannya atlet memiliki ketangguhan mental dan kontrol diri yang baik, percaya pada kemampuan sendiri. Pelatih mendukung atlet dengan memberikan pembinaan yang dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan mental dan konsentrasi.

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode uchikomi dengan menggunakan karet ban sepeda dan uchikomi jalan terhadap hasil bantingan judo, (2) perbedaan hasil bantingan antara pejudo yang memiliki flexibility tinggi dan flexibility rendah, dan (3) interaksi antara metode uchikomi dan flexibility terhadap hasil bantingan judo. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian adalah pejudo D.I. Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 44 pejudo. Sampel penelitian ini 24 pejudo yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive Rondom Sampling. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tes dan pengukuran. Instrumen penelitian adalah sit and reach dan Randori (dipertandingkan) selama tiga menit. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA. Hasil penelitian bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan uchikomi dengan menggunakan karet ban sepeda dan uchikomi jalan terhadap hasil bantingan judo, (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil bantingan judo antara pejudo yang memiliki flexibility tinggi dan flexibility rendah, dan (3) ada interaksi antara metode uchikomi dan flexibility terhadap hasil bantingan judo.Kata Kunci: Metode latihan uchikomi, flexibility, judo, hasil bantingan judo. The effect of uchikomi method and flexibility against dings results among judoka D.I YogyakartaAbstractThis study aimed to determine: (1) the difference between the effect of uchikomi method using rubber tires and on the road uchikomi dings judo results, (2) the difference between the results dings among judoka which have high flexibility and low flexibility, and (3) the interaction between uchikomi method and flexibility of the dings results. This research is experimental with 2 x 2 factorial design. The population was judoka D.I. Yogyakarta, amounting to 44 judokas. The 24 samples were taken with random purposive sampling. All were data obtained through this study to test and measure the flexibility using the sit and reach test and the results of the Randori judo dings (contested) for three minutes. The data analysis technique used is the variant analysis ANOVA. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant difference between uchikomi exercises using a bicycle tire rubber and on the road uchikomi dings judo results, (2) there is a significant difference between the results of dings judo judoka which have high flexibility and low flexibility, and (3) there is an interaction between uchikomi method and flexibility against dings judo results.Keywords: Uchikomi method exercise, flexibility, judo, judo slam result

The purpose of this research is to find out (1) the difference of effect between the NHT, TGT, and Directive learning (DL) models on the mathematics learning achievement. (2) the difference of learning achievement on mathematics between boys and. (3) the interaction of effect between learning model and gender on  mathematics learning achievement. This kind of research is a quantitative one which uses an experimental factorial design. The population of this research are all the 7th grade - 1st semester students of SMP 1 Sidoharjo, Sragen on the Academic Year Of 2015/2016. The sample is determined by taking 3 clsasses at random. The sampling technique uses the Cluster Random Sampling. The experimental group was treated by the NHT and TGT learning models. While the control group was subjected to the directive learning. For the teaching material is used the Algebraic design. The hypothesis testing uses the factorial design 3x2 with Two-Ways Analysis of Variance (Two Ways Anava) technique with different cells. Before, the trial test was conducted. Forth, for the balance testing was used the t-testing. For the reliability testing of the research instrument with internal consistency was used the Kuder Richardson (KR-20) formula, normality test used the lilliefors method, and the homogenity test used the Bartlet method. The result of the data analysis with significance level of 0.05 obtained: (1) FA = 3.641 and Ftable = 3.07, it mean FA > Ftable. The conclusion of HOA test was rejected and H1A was accepted, which means that there is a significant difference between the learning models to the mathematics achievement. (2) FB = 15.197 and Ftable = 3.92, it obtained FB > Ftable. HOB test was rejected and H1B was accepted. It means that there is a significant difference between boys and girls to the mathematics achievement. (3) FAB = 4.353, Ftable = 3.07, obtained FAB > Ftable. HOAB was rejected and H1AB was accepted, it means that there is a significant interaction of effect between gender and learning models to the mathematics achievement at the subject of Algebraic design.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural values in the ritual of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata as part of the Toraja indigenous people life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Meanwhile, the respondents involved in this study include culturist, linguists, and the Toraja community. The research instruments used in this study were document files, interviews with the subjects, and observations using a video recorder that recorded the ritual process of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata. The data analysis technique in this study includes three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the cultural values contained in the rituals of the Bulang Londong Sembangan Suke Barata were 'Manuk' which symbolized the value of the work ethic, 'Ussembang Suke Barata' which represented the religious value of bamboo slashed by 'Mina', and 'Kayunan Londong' which personifies the leader's patriotic value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki nilai-nilai budaya dari ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata dari masyarakat adat Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah budayawan, ahli bahasa, dan komunitas Toraja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah file dokumen, wawancara dengan subjek, dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan perekam video pada ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata. Teknik analisis data mencakup tiga langkah utama, pengurangan data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata adalah manuk yang melambangkan nilai etos kerja, ussembang suke barata yang mewakili nilai religius bambu yang ditebas oleh mina, dan kayunan londong sebagai personifikasi nilai patriotik pemimpin.

This study aims to determine the extent of the difference in effect between knee tuck jump and half squat jump training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games. By using the field experiment method. The population used is male students of Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO with a sample of 60 people taken by Proposive random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the t-test at 95% significance level. The results showed that; (1) There is a significant effect of knee tuck jump training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven to = 13,446> tt = 2,045. There is a significant effect of half squat jump training on the ability of the Kedeng smash in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven to = 10.478> tt = 2.045. There is a significant difference in effect between training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven, to = 9,970> tt = 2,000.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.
