The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural values in the ritual of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata as part of the Toraja indigenous people life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Meanwhile, the respondents involved in this study include culturist, linguists, and the Toraja community. The research instruments used in this study were document files, interviews with the subjects, and observations using a video recorder that recorded the ritual process of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata. The data analysis technique in this study includes three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the cultural values contained in the rituals of the Bulang Londong Sembangan Suke Barata were 'Manuk' which symbolized the value of the work ethic, 'Ussembang Suke Barata' which represented the religious value of bamboo slashed by 'Mina', and 'Kayunan Londong' which personifies the leader's patriotic value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki nilai-nilai budaya dari ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata dari masyarakat adat Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah budayawan, ahli bahasa, dan komunitas Toraja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah file dokumen, wawancara dengan subjek, dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan perekam video pada ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata. Teknik analisis data mencakup tiga langkah utama, pengurangan data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata adalah manuk yang melambangkan nilai etos kerja, ussembang suke barata yang mewakili nilai religius bambu yang ditebas oleh mina, dan kayunan londong sebagai personifikasi nilai patriotik pemimpin.

To realize good corporate governance, the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness must be implemented to the fullest. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and efforts to prevent fraud in banking companies. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data sources are primary and secondary data. The data is collected by interview, observation, and documentation. Whereas the data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the application of GCG at PT. BPR X can be said to be done according to the rules, but it is not yet optimal, it can be seen from several problems that exist in the company. The maximum implementation of GCG is expected to prevent fraud in banking companies.

AbstractThis study aims to analyze multiculturalism in Indonesia in terms of the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work.This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, which describes multiculturalism in Indonesia as seen from the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work. The data source used in this study is literature related to multiculturalism in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification.The research results point to multiculturalism as an approach and as a National Policy. This research aims (1). To find out how to analyze the integrated iqra method in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang, (2). To find out students' interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang, (3). To find out the Implement of the Integrated Iqra Method can increase interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an in students of SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Attack, (4). To find out the Integrated Iqra Method can increase interest in learning the Qur'an at SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Attack. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data obtained from direct observation and in-depth interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Subjects determined in this study were principals, PAI teachers, BTQ teachers and 40 students. The data analysis used were: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the integrated iqra method in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat in this good category is obtained from the results of the analysis reaching the percentage: 75%. The development of the Integrated Iqra Method can increase interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an in students of SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang is in the very good category, reaching a lift of 81% seen from the results of respondents' answers always and the results of interviews with writers and teachers that it is true that in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat, my students are very enthusiastic in learning to read and write the Qur'an. an because I use the integrated iqra method. implementation of the Integrated Iqra Method of learning to read and write the Qur'an at SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang as a whole based on the results of student answers, teachers in teaching reading and writing the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat can be categorized as good. This is evidenced by the results of their ability to read and write the Qur'an using the Iqra method, they are very enthusiastic in following each stage, both Iqra volumes 1 to 6 plus writing Arabic letters or the Qur'an and memorizing Juz 'Amma/Juz 30.

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.

The purpose of this study is to find and explain the language of traders in the interaction of buying andselling in the Kawasan Makam Gus Dur Tebuireng Jombang (KMGD) market. The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy of the Housing, Settlement Areas And Land Services in Mamasa Regency in slum settlement arrangements in mamasa village. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data was collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis used three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Analyze using three indicators of strategy implementation, namely programs, budgets and procedures. The results showed that the strategy of the Department of Housing, Settlement Areas and Land of Mamasa Regency in structuring slum settlements in Mamasa Village has been implemented properly, according to planning.

Ethnomatematics is mathematics that is contained in culture. The purpose of this research is to examine the material of the sadulur batik lebak banten motif through aspects of halal products. The research method used is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. The data collection techniques used are literature study, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checks were carried out by extending observations, increasing persistence, using reference materials. The result of this research is that in the batik sadulur motif of lebak banten, there is a halal aspect of the material used in the form of batik cloth, the equipment used such as cloth, chanting and coloring.

This research was conducted to describe the role of parents in helping children do assignments during distance learning at MIM Purbalingga Branch. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation with descriptive data analysis. The analysis technique that the researchers did was from data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that parents have various roles in helping with children's tasks during distance learning. First, parents play a role in accompanying children. Both parents play a role in guiding the child. And the third parent plays a role in helping children work on assignments during distance learning at MIM Purbalingga Branch.

The study entitled "Phonological Changes in Slang in Conversations Whatsapp Groups of 9th Grade Students Muhammadiyah 05 Kemusu” aims to analyze the field of phonological studies in slang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior. The data source of this research is the form of Whatsapp group chat. The object in this study is slang. The subjects chosen are 9th grade students of MTs Muhammadiyah 05 Kemusu. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study show that (a) there is a form of slang; (b) there are 50 forms of slang which are transcribed in phonetic and phonemic forms; (c) there are  9  phonological traits in slang which are classified based on changes in consonant phoneme, vocal, mixed, combination of phonemes, anaphylaxis or phoneme addition, contraction or shortening, acronym, metathesis, and diphthongized or semivowel; and (d) the causes of the use of slang language are friendship, prestige, age, gender, and technological development

This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh, with the aim to answer the question of how the payroll accounting system applied in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively and lasted continuously until complete so that the data has been saturated. Activity in data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, treanggulation and conclusion / verification.The results show PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh has implemented a neat and well-payroll accounting system in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Payroll accounting system in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh is used to overcome errors and irregularities in the calculation and payment of salary. Payroll accounting systems are designed by companies to provide a clear picture of employee salaries so that they are easy to understand and easy to use.
