The study was conducted to determine the competitive strategy of constructing bsnis throughintellectual capital and intelligence production. The results are used as recommendations on thecompany's business development. The research was conducted with qualitative methodsapproach to the type of case studies. Data collection techniques with participation observation,interviews and documentation studies. Samples and data sources specified in perposive andsnowbal sampling, key informant Director, Director of Investment and Business Development,and Director of Corporate Marketing. Data analysis using analysis of thesis, antithesis andsentesa and the process is done with the data reduction, data display and verivication. The resultsof this study indicates: (a) capable of doing the business strategy-based approach to intellectualcapital, (b) capable of implementing a business intelligence approach to production. Penelelitiangoal is to (a) understand and describe the business strategy-based approach to intellectual capital,(b) understand and describe the implementation of business intelligence approach to theproduction. Based on these results, the model can be found menkonstruksi competitive businessstrategy to prepare the implementation of business intelligence approach to production inaccordance with the demands, needs and tastes of consumers.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi mengkonstruksi kompetitif bsnis melaluimodal intelektual dan kecerdasan produksi. Hasilnya digunakan sebagai bahan rekomendasipengembangan bisnis di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan metodakualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi peranserta,wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Sampel dan sumber data ditentukan secaraperposive dan snowbal sampling, dengan informan kunci Direktur Utama, Direktur Investasi danPengembangan Usaha, dan Direktur Pemasaran. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tesa,antitesa dan sentesa dan prosesnya dilakukan dengan data reduction, data display danverification. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (a) mampu melakukan strategi bisnis berbasispendekatan modal intelektual, (b) mampu melakukan implementasi bisnis dengan pendekatankecerdasan produksi. Tujuan penelelitian ini untuk (a) memahami dan mendiskripsikan strategibisnis berbasis pendekatan modal intelektual, (b) memahami dan mendiskripsikan implementasibisnis dengan pendekatan kecerdasan produksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapatditemukan model strategi menkonstruksi kompetitif bisnis untuk menyiapkan implementasibisnis dengan pendekatan kecerdasan produksi sesuai dengan tuntutan, kebutuhan dan selerakonsumen.

The study aim at investigating the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating of the Revised 2013 Curriculum year 2018 to improve the students' achievement. The study was case study research with multi case study design as the objects of the study had some similarities. The data sources were the results of conducting interviews, documentations, and observations. The data analysis included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were verified using data sources triangulation.The result showed: 1) The planning at SMP Raden Fatah Batu and MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik was initiated by comprehending the existing syllabus, mapping the main and basic competence as well as the success indicators for each subject. The involvement of the teachers in The Teacher Association Forum was maximized to share ideas and conform the planning. 2) In implementing, both schools involved the associated basic competence and current issues, created pleasant and conducive learning, used learning media, and involved the parents which were effective in improving the students' achievement. 3) The evaluation was conducted comprehensively and factually. The students' achievement was identified continually on all of the aspects of learning and it involved teacher-counselor The final score was derived from the averaged total score.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami implementasi pendidikan Islam wasathiyah dalam mengembangkan pemikiran holistik mahasiswa Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di STAI Syamsul Ulum Sukabumi selama dua bulan. Data diperoleh dari hasil indept interview dengan key informant ketua umum yayasan, para ketua bidang, para ketua jurusan, dosen dan mahasiswa. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah; data reduction, data display, dan conclution/ verification di dukung studi teoritis. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Pengelolaan pendidikan Islam wasathiyah telah menjadi kebijakan yayasan dan efektif membangun pemikiran mahasiswa yang maderasi, menghargai pendapat orang lain, berkeadilan, toleran, rasional dan berakhlak mulia; (2) Strategi pendidikan dibagi dua yaitu internal dan eksternal kampus; (3) peran kiayi dan dosen belum optimal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sesuai kebutuhan; (4) untuk meningkatkan proses dan output pendidikan diperlukan peningkatan fasilitas, dan komitmen para kiayi dan dosen untuk meningkatkan kemampuhan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan daya saing pendidikan dan tantangan era globalisasi saat ini.

Serve is a part of action/service for others to be able to meet the needs and desires. Customers satisfaction might be checked by comparing the expectations of consumers with the desired quality of service what they receive in fact. This research was conducted to find out how customer satisfaction with the quality of service the management of Grand City Balikpapan. Research used qualitative methods. Data sources are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data collection instruments through the interview grid with the 5W + 1H method. The validity of the data was examined through triangulation and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification (conlusion drawing / verification). Finally Grand City Balikpapan consumers have been satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Sinarmas Land Group management.

Gapoktan Kios Margo Makmur, Kec, Jati Agung, South Lampung is a business entity in the form of MSME. So that standardization is needed in carrying out financial records. SAK EMKM is very much needed in regulating the application of financial statements. The variables needed in this study are: Gapoktan Kios financial statements. The aim is to determine the implementation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM on Gapoktan Margo Makmur Kios, Kec, Jati Agung, South Lampung. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis with the following stages: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are the records in Margo Makmur Gapoktan Kios are not in accordance with SAK EMKM. This is due to the understanding of the importance of imperfect financial statements held by Gapoktan Kios Owners. Where there are accounts such as expenses, depreciation of fixed assets, capital, receivables and income that have not been explained and recorded in the financial statements.  Keywords: Financial statements, SAK EMKM Kios Gapoktan Margo Makmur, Kec, Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan merupakan Badan usaha berbentuk UMKM. Sehingga diperlukan adanya standarisasi dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangannya. SAK EMKM sangat diperlukan dalam mengatur penerapan laporan keuangan. Variabel yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah: laporan keuangan Kios Gapoktan. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui penerapan Laporan kuangan berdasarkan SAK EMKM pada Kios Gapoktan Margo Makmur, Kec, Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data yaitu data primer dan sekunder.  Teknik pemgumpulan data yang dilakukan  melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah pencatatan yang ada pada Kios Gapoktan Margo Makmur belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Hal ini disebabkan karena pemahaman pentingnya laporan keuangan belum sempurna yang dimiliki oleh Owner Kios Gapoktan. Dimana terdapat akun-akun seperti beban-beban, penyusutan aset tetap, modal, piutang dan pendapatan yang belum dijelaskan dan dicatat dalam laporan keuangan. Kata kunci: Laporan keuangan, SAK EMKM

This study discusses and examines potential identification and package tour in Tabanan regency. Qualitative approaches were applied in this research. The data were collected by using observation techniques, in-depths interviews, and documentation technique. Informant and key informant techniques were used to determine the informantion. This study used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques with three steps which are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. In this study, showed potential identifications taken place in Alas Kedaton, Jatiluwih, Batukaru Temple, Subak Museum, and Tengkudak Village. The packaging of this package tour with itinerary such as visit the Subak Museum, Tengkudak village adventure, visit Jatiluwih, sightseeing in Batukaru temple, sightseeing in Alas Kedaton and shopping in Krisna oleh-oleh. This package tour was presented in tabulated style, Graphic style as well as the calculation of travel costs.

This study aims to find and explain the meaning of Tanduak dance movements in Nagari Lubuk Tarok as well as their relevance to the value of character education. This study used a qualitative research in analyzing and finding a narrative from a Tanduak dance. Data sources in this study were obtained from key informants, interviews, and documents. Data collection techniques were carried out through participant observation, documentation and other findings. Data analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicated that the Tanduak dance consists of three types of movements; ampek, salo and sambah. These three movements show a meaning relevant to the value of character education. Ampek means openness and respect for the audience, in line with friendly/communicative values. Salo means swift but sure, this movement is in harmony with the value of hard work and responsibility. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tari Tanduak terdiri dari tiga ragam gerak yaitu gerak langkah ampek, gerak langkah salo dan gerak sambah/penutup. Ketiga gerak ini menunjukkan makna yang relevan dengan karakter masyarakatnya. Gerak langkah ampek bermakna keterbukaan dan penghormatan terhadap khalayak, selaras dengan nilai kebersamaan/komunikatif. Gerak langkah salo bermakna sigap namun pasti, gerak ini selaras dengan nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab. Gerak sambah/ penutup bermakna penghormatan dan ramah tamah, selaras dengan nilai cinta damai.Kata kunci: tari tanduak, makna, karakter

This study aims to explain apology types and strategies in conversationaldiscourses in the Religious Training Office Surabaya. The data sources were people involved in the training activities, including tutors/lecturers and participants. The data were collected through participant observations, in-depth interview, and documents. The data were analyzed by means of the interactive, simultaneous, and continuous technique developed by Miles and Huberman. The data analysis activities included (1) data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/inference. The findings are as follows. First, the anticipatory apology appears as frequently as the remedy apology. Apologies are stimulated by elements of space, time, speech, inability, and strength. Second, apologies contain explicit excuses with reasons in order to reduce linguistic and non-linguistic malfunctions. Third, strategies employed in apologies are varied, depending on the purposes.

The study aims to describe gender violence phenomena in Danielle Steel’s novels. The data sources were his three novels entitled Malice, The Ghost, and Journey. The dataanalysis was content analysis using the interactive model consisting of data reduction,data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings are as follows. First, gender violenceincludes physical, psychological, and sexual violence. Second, the causes of violenceagainst women are: (a) gender discrimination, (b) weak law enforcement, and (c)dominance of patriarchal values.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembentukan kepribadian holistik siswa. Metode yang dingunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di MTs N Jabung dan SMPN 1 Talun Blitar. Data diperoleh dari hasil indept interview dengan key informant: kepala sekolah, para wakil kepala sekolah, wali kelas, guru, dan siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah: data reduction, data display, dan conclusion/verification). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) pengelolaan pendidikan karakter dapat dibagi menjadi dua strategi, yaitu internal dan eksternal sekolah; (2) strategi internal sekolah dapat ditempuh melalui empat pilar, yakni kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas, kegiatan keseharian dalam bentuk school culture, kegiatan habituation, kegiatan ko-kurikuler, dan ekstra kurikuler; dan (3) strategi eksternal dapat ditempuh melalui kerja sama dengan orang tua dan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: pendidikan karakter, pribadi holistik THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION IN THE FORMATION OF STUDENTS’ HOLISTIC PERSONALITY Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of character education in the formation of students' holistic personality. The research was a qualitative study conducted at MTsN Jabung and SMPN 1 Blitar Talun. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews with key informants: principals, vice-principals, guardians, teachers, and students. Data were analyzed by using the steps of data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. Based on the results of the data analysis, the research showed that: (1) the management of character education could be divided into two strategies, namely internal and external; (2) the internal strategy of the school could be accomplished through the four pillars, namely teaching and learning activities in the classroom, daily activities in the form of school culture, habit formation activities, curricular and extra-curricular activities; and (3) external strategy could be done by cooperating with parents and the community.
