TRUST MODERATION ROLE TOWARDS REVISIT INTEREST IN BANGSRING UNDERWATER TOUR

Tourist can voluntarily do sacrifice in order to get experience when during travel. The important in knowing the tour visitor behaviour can easily push the forming of tourist interest to revisit by minimizing marketing cost. This research aims to test the trust moderation role towards tourist revisit interest in Bangsring Underwater Tour Banyuwangi. Analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with data collection technique through questioner distribution and in-depth interview.This research done by taking respondent of 120 by purposive sampling method. This research result shows that there is no trust variable moderation effect that strengthen the connection between visitor experience with revisit interest. With multiple regression analysis testing proven that trust is predictor factor and together tourist experience and trust have significance impact toward tourist revisit interest Bangsring Underwater Tour increasing.

This research aims to determine the effect of significant compensation, leadership, and motivation to job satisfaction. Data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The hypotheses were tested with primary data with the total sample 35 respondents collected through structured questionnaire using non probability sampling method. Writer use questionnaire as method of collecting data,  The Questionnaire use Likert Scale such as 1 (Strongly Disagree), 2 (Disagree), 3 (Rather Disagree), 4 (Rather Agree), 5 (Agree), 6 (Strongly Agree). Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of obedience pressure, audit knowledge and audit experience on audit judgment. This research was conducted in Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Barat.The respondents used in this study were 40 employees. Sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study found that, obedience pressure, audit knowledge and audit experience have a positive effect on audit judgment

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions for the iPhone 6 Series smartphone. The research sample of 205 people was selected by the convenience sampling method. Data collection used questionnaires and multiple regression analysis was used as an analysis technique. The results of the study prove that products and promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, price and place have no effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study have implications for products, places, prices, and promotions that need to be improved in order to improve purchasing decisions.

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan pajak terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Kota Batam tahun 2012-2014. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan pajak terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di wilayah kota Batam tahun 2012-2014. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan perpajakan pajak hotel dan restoran secara bersama terhadap pendapatan di Kota Batam pada tahun 2012-2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan realisasi pajak hotel dan pajak restoran tahun 2012-2014. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pajak hotel variabel parsial namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan. (2) pajak restoran sebagian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan dan (3) pajak atas pajak hotel dan restoran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan,Kata kunci: kontribusi pajak hotel, kontribusi pajak restoran, pendapatan daerah.The purpose of this research is (1) To know the effect of the contribution of tax revenue to local revenues hotel in the city of Batam years 2012-2014. (2) To determine the influence of the contribution of tax revenue to local revenue restaurants in the city area of Batam years 2012-2014. (3) To determine the influence of the contribution of tax revenue the hotel and restaurant taxes jointly on revenue in the city of Batam in 2012-2014.This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is the report on the realization of hotel tax and restaurant tax years 2012-2014. Data collection techniques used is a library research and field research. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) partial variable hotel tax but not significant effect on revenue. This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. AbstractThis research aimed to examine empirically the effect of morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate on the intention of whistleblowing of Regional Revenue Agency of East Java Province, city of Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 112 employees as sample. However, only 103 employees who returmed the questionnaires, Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 16. The research result concluded morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate had positive effect on the intention of whistleblowing. This fact could be seen from the morale intensity which used as behavior control in having intention of whistleblowing. In addition, professional commitment or high dedication on its profession based on the ethics standard could be used in order to avoid the fraud. In other words, the higher the fraud seriousness rate, the more intensity of whistleblowing would occur. Keywords: Fraud seriousness rate; Moral intensity; Professional commitment, Whistleblowing.  Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Kajian dilakukan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Timur Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling menghasilkan 112 sampel, namun hanya 103 sampel kuesioner yang lengkap dan layak diujikan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan IBM SPSS versi 16 menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral dapat menjadi kontrol perilaku dalam mengambil keputusan untuk whistleblowing. Selain itu, komitmen profesional atau rasa dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap profesinya seiring dengan standar etika dapat mengambil sikap untuk menghindari adanya kecurangan yang terjadi dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga akan meningkatkan niat untuk melakukan whistleblowing. menunjukkan bahwa besar dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga dan bahkan pada negara, maka tentunya hal ini yang semakin mendorong setiap karyawan untuk melakukan tindakan whistleblowing karena baginya, perusahaan akan terkena dampak berupa kerugian yang bersifat besar dan seriusKatakunci: Intensitas moral; Keseriusan kecurangan; Komitmen profesional; Whistleblowing.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of taxation socialization, tax service quality and tax rates on individual taxpayer compliance at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all individual taxpayers registered at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Sampling was done using the Convenience Sampling method, with the Yamane formula calculation and a sample of 100 taxpayers was obtained. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire, and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that: (1) Tax socialization has a positive significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, (2) Service quality tax does not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers, (3) Tax rates do not affect individual taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Taxation Socialization, Tax Service Quality, Tax Rates and Individual Taxpayer Compliance.
