Tourist can voluntarily do sacrifice in order to get experience when during travel. The important in knowing the tour visitor behaviour can easily push the forming of tourist interest to revisit by minimizing marketing cost. This research aims to test the trust moderation role towards tourist revisit interest in Bangsring Underwater Tour Banyuwangi. Analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with data collection technique through questioner distribution and in-depth interview.This research done by taking respondent of 120 by purposive sampling method. This research result shows that there is no trust variable moderation effect that strengthen the connection between visitor experience with revisit interest. With multiple regression analysis testing proven that trust is predictor factor and together tourist experience and trust have significance impact toward tourist revisit interest Bangsring Underwater Tour increasing. Keywords: Trust, Consumer Experience, Revisit Interest

AbstractThis research aimed to examine empirically the effect of morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate on the intention of whistleblowing of Regional Revenue Agency of East Java Province, city of Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 112 employees as sample. However, only 103 employees who returmed the questionnaires, Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 16. The research result concluded morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate had positive effect on the intention of whistleblowing. This fact could be seen from the morale intensity which used as behavior control in having intention of whistleblowing. In addition, professional commitment or high dedication on its profession based on the ethics standard could be used in order to avoid the fraud. In other words, the higher the fraud seriousness rate, the more intensity of whistleblowing would occur. Keywords: Fraud seriousness rate; Moral intensity; Professional commitment, Whistleblowing.  Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Kajian dilakukan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Timur Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling menghasilkan 112 sampel, namun hanya 103 sampel kuesioner yang lengkap dan layak diujikan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan IBM SPSS versi 16 menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral dapat menjadi kontrol perilaku dalam mengambil keputusan untuk whistleblowing. Selain itu, komitmen profesional atau rasa dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap profesinya seiring dengan standar etika dapat mengambil sikap untuk menghindari adanya kecurangan yang terjadi dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga akan meningkatkan niat untuk melakukan whistleblowing. menunjukkan bahwa besar dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga dan bahkan pada negara, maka tentunya hal ini yang semakin mendorong setiap karyawan untuk melakukan tindakan whistleblowing karena baginya, perusahaan akan terkena dampak berupa kerugian yang bersifat besar dan seriusKatakunci: Intensitas moral; Keseriusan kecurangan; Komitmen profesional; Whistleblowing.

The problem in this study is the company's profit which is very important for the company because it is the company's main goal.  The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables of sales growth , cash turnover and liquidity on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. The population in this study amounted to 180 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with a research sample of 27 companies for 2017-2019, so the research sample data is 81. The data collection technique is to download financial reports from the www.idx.co.id site. The data analysis technique used in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study partially show that sales growth variable has no significant effect on profitability, but the cash turnover and liquidity variables have a partial and significant effect on the company's profitability. Simultaneously sales growth, cash turnover and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on profitability.

Good Governance is governance that consists of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness in an effort to improve company performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness on the health level of LPD. This research was conducted in all LPDs in Abiansemal District. The number of samples taken was 34 chairmen of LPD, with probability sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis technique used is Multiple Liniear Regression Analysis. Found that only transparency has a significant effect on the health level of LPD, while other factors such as accountability, responsiveness, independence and fairness have no significant effect on the health level of LPDs. This shows when transparency is the focus of management's attention, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness are seen as something that must be applied by LPDs management. This research aims to determine the effect of significant compensation, leadership, and motivation to job satisfaction. Data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The hypotheses were tested with primary data with the total sample 35 respondents collected through structured questionnaire using non probability sampling method. Writer use questionnaire as method of collecting data,  The Questionnaire use Likert Scale such as 1 (Strongly Disagree), 2 (Disagree), 3 (Rather Disagree), 4 (Rather Agree), 5 (Agree), 6 (Strongly Agree). Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis concludes that there is simultaneously a leadership effect, compensation , and motivation to job satisfaction.Keywords :, leadership, compensation,  motivation, job satisfaction

Kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates merupakan sarana tempat yang disewakan untuk umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan  terhadap kepuasan pengguna kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Wates. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna di kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan (X) dan Kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengguna kolam renang UNY Wates yang terletak di Jalan Mandung Pengasih Kabupaten Kulon Progo Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55651. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel berukuran 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah survai dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Objek penelitian ini berupa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pengguna kolam  renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates yang meliputi tangible, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty. Teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah dengan mengonversikan menjadi kategori sangat memuaskan, memuaskan, tidak memuaskan, dan sangat tidak memuaskan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan yang diterima oleh pengguna kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates adalah memuaskan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan yang diterima oleh pengguna kolam renang Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kampus Wates adalah memuaskan dengan presentase sebesar 69%. THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY ON THE CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION AT THE SWIMING POOL OF YOGYAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITY WATES.AbstractSwiming pool  of  Yogyakarta State UniversityWates is a sport facility that is for rent to the public. This research aims to determine the influene of service quality on the customers’ satisfaction  at swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates. The problems in this research were whether service quality have the impact to the customers’ satisfaction at swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University. The research variables were Service Quality (X)) and Customers’ Satisfaction (Y). This research was descriptive quantitative. The subjects at this study were customers of swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates at Mandung Street,  Pengasih, Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55651. This study consisted of 100 respondents. The sampling used in this research was by using accidental sampling method. The data collection technique used were survey using questionnaires. The objects of this research were service quality  on the customers’ satisfaction at the swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates which includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data analysis technique used was by converting into highly satisfactory, satisfactory, unsatisfactory, and very unsatisfactory categories. The results show that users’ satisfaction of swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates is satisfactory. The customers’ satisfaction at swiming pool of Yogyakarta State University Wates was satisfying with a percentage of 69%.

Implementation of AIS is indispensable for organizations as a means to support operational and administrative activities. This research aims to prove empirically the effect of ability personal techniques and IT sophistication with education and training as moderating variables on AIS performance. The population of this research is employees who use AIS at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali. The research sample was determined based on a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique in order to obtain 84 civil servants who used AIS at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali. Data collection is done through questionnaire and interview. The analysis technique in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of analysis shows that education and training strengthen the effect of ability personal techniques and IT sophistication on AIS performance. This study aims to determine the effect of obedience pressure, audit knowledge and audit experience on audit judgment. This research was conducted in Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Barat.The respondents used in this study were 40 employees. Sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study found that, obedience pressure, audit knowledge and audit experience have a positive effect on audit judgment

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Christian Religious Education on changes in the character of teenagers at GBI Bukit Sion Kelapa Gading. This study uses a quantitative survey research methodology by using a statistical regression analysis technique. The data collection technique used a Likert scale with four answer choices distributed to 40 teenagers in this study. The data processing results show a correlation between the variables of Christian Religious Education and Teenagers Character Building of 0.486 or 48.6%. This means that Christian Religious Education has a positive role in changing the character building of teenagers at GBI Bukit Sion Kelapa Gading. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap perubahan karakter remaja di GBI Bukit Sion Kelapa Gading. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif survey dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistika regresi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert empat pilihan jawaban yang dibagikan kepada 40 remaja yang menjadi responden penelitian ini. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan ada korelasi antara variabel Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Remaja sebesar 0,486 atau 48,6 %. Artinya bahwa Pendidikan Agama Kristen memiliki peran  yang positif dalam perubahan pembentukan karakter remaja di GBI Bukit Sion Kelapa Gading.

This research aims to understand the Influence of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The purpose of this research are: (1) the effect of security toward trust in online shopping consumer, (2) The effect of privacy toward trust in online shopping consumer, (3) The effect of reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer, (4) The effect of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The type of research used in this study was a causal quantitative research. The population in this study was citizens of Padang city, that has been to online shopping. The sampling technique employed in this study was purposive sampling method with the total samples of 100 people. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire that has been tested for validly and reliability. The data analysis technique employed in this study to answer the hypothesis was multiple regressions. The result of this study shows that partially independent variable security (X1) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, privacy variable (X2) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, and reputation variable (X3) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer. Simultaneously, variables security, privacy, and reputation significantly influenced trust in online shopping consumer.Keyword: Trust In Online Shopping Consumer, Security, Privacy, and Reputation.
