Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan pajak terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Kota Batam tahun 2012-2014. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan pajak terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di wilayah kota Batam tahun 2012-2014. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi penerimaan perpajakan pajak hotel dan restoran secara bersama terhadap pendapatan di Kota Batam pada tahun 2012-2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan realisasi pajak hotel dan pajak restoran tahun 2012-2014. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pajak hotel variabel parsial namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan. (2) pajak restoran sebagian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan dan (3) pajak atas pajak hotel dan restoran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan,Kata kunci: kontribusi pajak hotel, kontribusi pajak restoran, pendapatan daerah.The purpose of this research is (1) To know the effect of the contribution of tax revenue to local revenues hotel in the city of Batam years 2012-2014. The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media, location, store atmosphere on purchase intention at the friend's cafe in Sampang. This type of research is quantitative research using a conclusive classification: data collection techniques using non-probability sampling classification and judgmental techniques. The number of samples used in this study was as many as 100 respondents who knew and had accessed the Instagram account of Teman Sehati café. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results show that social media positively and significantly affect purchase intention at Teman Sehati cafe in Sampang. There is a significant influence of location on purchase intention at the Teman Sehati cafe Sampang; the store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of a Teman Sehati café in Sampang. Café Teman Sehati is expected to be able to design outlets in such a way as to increase customer convenience with a positive store atmosphere. In addition, it is expected to consider the location to increase consumer purchase intention. Further research can use newer variables such as convenience, promotion, or service quality.

ABSTRAKPertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator yang digunakan dalam  menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi dapat membuat kesejahteraan masyarakat menjadi semakin baik. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat diartikan sebagai perkembangan kegiatan dalam perekonomian yang menyebabkan barang dan jasa yang diproduksi dalam masyarakat bertambah (Sukirno, 2010).  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh PAD, DAU dan DAK terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Tomohon. Desentralisi berarti penyerahan urusan pemerintah dari pemerintah daerah tingkat atas kepada daerah (kuncoro, 2006). Semakin tinggi PAD yang diperoleh suatu daerah maka akan semakin tinggi pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut.  Menurut Brata (2004) yang dikutip oleh Adi dan Harianto (2007) menyatakan bahwa terdapat dua komponen penerimaan daerah yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yaitu PAD serta sumbangan dan bantuan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif akan tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dana alokasi khusus berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ABSTRACTEconomic growth is one of the indicators used in determining the success of development. High economic growth can make people's welfare even better Economic growth can be defined as the development of activities in the economy that cause goods and services produced in the community increases (Sukirno, 2010).  The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of PAD, DAU and DAK on economic growth in Tomohon City. Decentralization means the handover of government affairs from upper level regional governments to regions (kuncoro, 2006). The higher the PAD obtained by a region, the higher the economic growth in the region. According Brata (2004) cited by Adi and Harianto (2007) states that there are two components of local revenue that significantly positive effect on regional economic growth that is PAD and donations and assistance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The research aims to understand how much the influence of work discipline has on employee productivity from Prudential City Palangka Raya employees. The research methods used in this study are quantitative research methods. Data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the correlation analysis of the product moment according to Sugiyono (2012:212). The results concluded that the work discipline of Prudential insurance employees in the city of Palangka Raya is still lacking and not as expected. Judging from employees often come late, the salary received is improper, lack of appreciation, absence of written sanctions and lack of immediacy as Co-Office. Working discipline is very positive and significant towards the work productivity of insurance employees in the city Palangka Raya. From the results obtained by using the product correlation formula when the value is Rxy 0.995948.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of taxation socialization, tax service quality and tax rates on individual taxpayer compliance at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all individual taxpayers registered at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Sampling was done using the Convenience Sampling method, with the Yamane formula calculation and a sample of 100 taxpayers was obtained. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire, and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that: (1) Tax socialization has a positive significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, (2) Service quality tax does not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers, (3) Tax rates do not affect individual taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Taxation Socialization, Tax Service Quality, Tax Rates and Individual Taxpayer Compliance.

This study aims to find out if the factors that consisting of factors promotion, factors influential damage value services and factors of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri as well as to know whether the most commonly the influential between promotion , services and factors factors value assessment of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri kcp polewali .The research is quantitative research with the methods descriptive .As for the data collection was done through the distribution of the questionnaire The methodology that was used to test hypotheses is by using the practical , reliability test , normality test , of multiple regression analysis , t test , test f , the coefficient of determination ( adjusted r square ) , and correlations double .Based on the research done it can be seen that the regression equation is linear research and the worship of idols in this is y: 3,138 + 0,141x1 + 0,270x2 + 0,407x3, The results of the testing simultaneously ( f ) variable x consisting of the x1 ) ( promotion , the service ( ) x2 , and the damage the x3 ( ) led to a positive and significant of the decision of customers to use the gold pawn of significantly by 0,000; 0,05 & it .Then , the results of the test on this fact ( ) suggests that the variable t ( service x2 ) value assessment and the x3 ( ) most dominant influence simultaneously with the resolution of customers to use the gold pawn , it is spotted with significant value and 0,000 0,006; 0,05 & it .

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance, and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research is classified into quantitative research in the form of associative causality. The population in this study were 86 employees using a simple random sampling method so that as many as 71 employees were used as samples. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results obtained that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The objectives to be achieved by the research are to analyze the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the home business of Viktoria Flower Bouquet in Ambon City with the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Victoria Flower Bouquet Shop in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique using a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application and the IBM SPSS ver application. 22. Based on the results of data analysis, the overall hypothesis proposed can be accepted.   Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dapat penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah usaha rumahan Buket Bunga Viktoria di Kota Ambon dengan jenis penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Buket Bunga Victoria di Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dan aplikasi IBM SPSS ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka secara keseluruhan hipotesis yang diusulkan dapat diterima.

Leadership of principals in order to improve the performance of teachers and employees is very important, it is fitting discipline applied to every school, both government and private. A performance of good teachers and employees is a step towards achieving the goals of a school so that productivity is a determinant in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang. The research design used is quantitative research. The sample of research is 35 employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang and data collection in the form of questionnaire method, interview, observation. While for data processing is analyzed for Validity and Realibility test using Alpha Cronbach formula using computer program. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. This study aims to find answers to the level of advertisement tax collection performance in the city of Batam, and its contribution to local tax revenue. This research applies a descriptive analysis method, The object of this study is Batam City. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, that is the technique of determining the sample using certain considerations or by using financial statements from 2015 to 2019. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis methods show that the performance of the collection and retribution of advertisement tax levies on Batam City Dispenda has a significant effect on the local revenue. While partially the performance of collection on the Batam City Dispenda has a significant relationship to the original revenue of the region, however, advertisement tax levies have a significant effect on the region's original revenue on the Batam City.
