Focus of this study are (1) describe and analyze the implementation of the guidance and counseling program, (2) find some factors inhibiting the implementation of the guidance and counseling program. This study uses qualitative methods; using interview data collecting technique, tested its validity through triangulation. Subjects in this study are all teachers of guidance and counseling in the Senior High School of Singkawang as many as 10 people as well as principals and supervisors as the informants with the total of 11 people. Results (1) the implementation of evaluation of guidance and counseling program by the teachers still has many weaknesses on each phase of the evaluation, such as not understanding the evaluation models of the guidance and counseling program, how to apply them, and monitoring process that is not done in deeply and in detail, (2) Some factors inhibiting the implementation of the evaluation of guidance and counseling program are lack of knowledge and understanding of the evaluation of guidance and counseling program in the schools, lack of interest in developing professional competencies, and lack of guidance to the teachers in implementing the guidance and counseling evaluation program.

This study uses qualitative methods; usinginterview data collecting technique, tested its validity through triangulation. The data analysis techniques are in form of data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results show that: (1) the implementation of evaluation of guidance and counselling program by the teachers still has many weaknesses on each phase of the evaluation, such as not understanding the evaluation models of the guidance and counselling program, how to apply them, and monitoring process that is not done in deeply and in detail (just what it is), (2) Some factors inhibiting the implementation of the evaluation of guidance and counselling program are lack of knowledge and understanding of the evaluation of guidance and counselling program in the schools, lack of interest in developing professional competencies, and lack of guidance to the teachers in implementing the guidance and counselling evaluation program.

PROFIL OF PEDAGOGIC AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELORS IN BANDUNG CITY. This study aims to get a profile and description of pedagogic and professional competencies of guidance and counseling teachers (counselor) in Bandung. The research used the quantitative approach with survey methods. The population of this research is 127 counselors of the senior high school in Bandung. The Instrument was the development of Permendiknas No. 27 Tahun 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies with ten aspects related to pedagogic and professional competencies. Data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the profile of counselors is in the competent category but in several aspects need some developed. The result of the research can be used as a need assessment for supervisor in understanding counselors competencies so that it can be used as a basis to provide guidance and counseling services effectively and efficiently.

Abstract: This research and development aims to develop a learning guidance and counseling program based on social and emotional learning (SEL) in senior high school, and find out the feasibility of the learning guidance and counseling program based on SEL. Approach used in this research was research and development. The development procedure refers to the procedure by Borg & Gall. The two subject groups of program validation in this research and development were two expert validators who were competent in the learning guidance and counseling program and the school counselor group. Data collection instruments used were expert validation questionnaire; practitioner validation questionnaire; and focus group discussion (FGD) guidelines. The data analysis technique used was a quantitative descriptive analysis technique using categorization. The expert validation test obtained a score of 91.50 (good category) and the practitioner test obtained a score of 83.05 (good category). Based on the results of expert validation and practitioner test, learning guidance and counseling program based on SEL is feasible to be implemented.Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan program bimbingan dan konseling belajar berbasis SEL di sekolah menengah atas (SMA), dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan program bimbingan dan konseling belajar berbasis SEL. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan mengacu pada prosedur Borg & Gall. Dua kelompok subjek validasi program dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah dua validator ahli yang berkompeten dalam program bimbingan dan konseling belajar, serta kelompok guru bimbingan dan konseling. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner validasi ahli; kuesioner validasi praktisi; dan pedoman FGD. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kategorisasi. Hasil uji validasi ahli diperoleh skor 91,50 (kategori baik) dan hasil uji praktisi diperoleh skor 83,05 (kategori baik). Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan hasil uji praktisi tersebut, program bimbingan dan konseling belajar berbasis SEL layak untuk diimplementasikan.

This study aims to determine the relationship between evaluation skills and the implementation of a guidance and counseling program evaluation in Cilincing North Jakarta Sub-District High School. This research uses quantitative research using survey methods. The collection technique used in this study is a Guttman scale questionnaire and the data analysis technique used in this study is the Product Moment Correlation. This research was conducted in North Jakarta with the subjects of high school teachers in Cilincing Sub-District, North Jakarta City, 30 teachers were divided into 7 Public High Schools and 4 Private High Schools. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient between evaluation skills (X) with program evaluation exercise (Y) r_xy = 0.64> rtabel = 0.36, which means that there is a positive relationship between evaluation skills and the implementation of school guidance and counseling evaluation programs which means if the evaluation skills of the counselor are good, the better the evaluation of the guidance and counseling program at the school.

One of the basic change in exceptional education is inclusive program. The most perspective population to have inclusive program are blind students. Potential development of blind students in inclusive program is not adequate with educational intervening class but  guidance and counseling. This research aims to formulate guidance and Counseling program for blind students who are studying at YPI Senior High School Bandung through inclusive program. The result of this research produce guidance and counseling program which consist of (1) information service guidance (2) academic guidance and (3) social personal guidance.

This descriptive-correlational study aimed to determine the prevalence of depression, anxiety, and stress among three hundred twenty (320) senior high school students in selected private schools in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, Philippines when they are taken as a whole and grouped according to sex, career track, living arrangement and family monthly income. Specifically, it aimed to determine if there is a significant relationship between the level of depression, anxiety, and stress, and demographic profile of the senior high school students. The data were gathered through the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21). The results of the study revealed that there were significant relationships among the selected demographics, namely, between living arrangement and anxiety, and between sex and stress. Results have an implication on the practice of guidance and counseling and in mental health practice. The findings of this study provided baseline information for an enhanced guidance program.

This research aims to see how to learn geography, how students' disaster preparedness are, and how the contribution of geography learning to disaster preparedness of students in Public Senior High School in Kendari. By using quantitative approach, the data were collected through observation and questionnaires in 5 schools in Kendari which were distributed to 150 students and 10 teachers. The results of students' learning geography with several indicators are presented as follows; with learning variable, 12.5% is categorized as low, 46.5% moderate, 41% high; with preparedness variable, 25.5% is categorized as low, 49.5% medium, 25% high. There is a contribution of geography learning to disaster preparedness with the coefficient of determination R square (R2) of 39.4% while 60.6% is from other factors. Then, the influence of X on Y can be written in the form of a regression equation, namely (Y = 55.998 + 0.159 X). Based on the regression equation, it can be denied that geography learning has a positive correlation with disaster preparedness of students in Public Senior High School in Kendari

To analyze the effectiveness of Mennonite religious high schools in transmitting religious values, the Allport-Vernon-Lindzey Study of Values was administered to 124 Canadian high school seniors, 40 from religious Mennonite schools, 56 Mennonites in public schools, and 28 from students at a large public high school. Attending Mennonite private schools made no significant difference in the religious values held by Mennonite high school seniors. Mennonite boys and girls showed significantly higher religious values than a general sample of senior high school boys and girls.
