Transformation Of Guidance And Counseling In The Pandemic Era

Guidance and counseling service innovation in the pandemic era is a necessity. Guidance and counseling services are carried out online, becoming a service model that is widely applied in madrasas. This study aims to describe the innovation of guidance and counseling services in madrasas. This study uses a survey approach and literature review. A literature review was carried out to examine various innovations in counseling services during the pandemic, while the difficulties of students in online-based counseling services were carried out in a survey. Research respondents are 383 students who receive online guidance and counseling services at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires and interviews with 30 Guidance and counseling teachers. The research instrument was sent by uploading a google form to the respondent. Data processing was carried out by descriptive statistics, while the data from interviews were analyzed deductively and qualitatively. The results showed that the innovation of guidance and counseling services was carried out on student needs assessment activities, counseling services, group guidance and classical services. The online service media used are Telephone, Video Call, WA, Facebook Messenger, e-learning, Google class, Youtube live streaming, Zoom, Google Meet which connects Guidance and counseling teachers with students. The process of online guidance and counseling services at madrasas is fun and easy and effective for students. In the implementation of online services, there are still obstacles in the guidance and counseling service infrastructure.

Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Service Management

This study aims to describe the Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Service Management in Man 2 Aceh TamiangThis research method is descriptive qualitative using two data collection techniques: interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, conclusions, and data verification. The results of the study show that the guidance and counseling service program in schools is prepared quite well, even though they develop a service implementation plan using a standard syllabus but the program implemented in the field is quite good. The guidance and counseling service program that has been implemented has referred to the BK 17 plus pattern program and its application is adjusted to the RPL that has been prepared by the guidance and counseling teacher. The implementation of guidance and counseling services at MAN 2 Aceh Tamiang has gone quite well.

MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI SISWA MELALUI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN MEDIA FILM

This study aims to improve achievement motivation through community service with filmm media. The research method used the design of one pretest-post group involving 10 students from class VII and VIII with low achievement motivation as group member. The result of this research is the achievement of student achievement motivation and show that the students who get the assistance of counseling service with the film media experience the improvement of the motivation of the perception than before following the group guidance service with the film media. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan media film. Metode penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain one group pretest-post dengan melibatkan 10 siswa dari kelas VII dan VIII yang mempunyai motivasi berprestasi rendah sebagai anggota kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini adalah diperolehnya kondisi motivasi berprestasi siswa dan menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memperoleh bantuan layanan bimbingan dengan media film mengalamai peningkatan motivasi berpretasinya dibandingkan sebelum mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan media film.

Management of Guidance and Counseling Services in Improving Self-Efficacy and Student Learning Motivation in Schools During the Covid-19 Pandemic

An educational institution is an institution that carries a person into an orderly and systematic flow of thought. In this sense, education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills that are treated by the people of the nation and state. Guidance and counseling management is a student service starting from the acceptance of new students, the development of student coaching both personal, social, learning and career services. Researchers used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The researcher attended the school through observation, conducting interviews and documentation in order to analyze the application of guidance and counseling service management to improve student self-efficacy and learning motivation at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman during the covid 19 pandemic. The data obtained were then analyzed and concluded. The results showed that the implementation of guidance and counseling service management to improve student self-efficacy and learning motivation at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman during the covid 19 pandemic was carried out through several stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. Then the results of the researchers are that with guidance and counseling services students experience an increase in self-efficacy and learning motivation after the service and guidance process is carried out.

Pengembangan Kerjasama Profesional Program Bimbingan dan Konseling

Aims of this descriptive qualitative research are organizing cooperational models of guidance and counseling and analizing use of those professional cooperation activities between counselor and other professionals for students as targeting subject of guidance and counseling service. Author got the needed data from observation method, interview method, and documentation method, while subject of this research are guidance and counseling teachers and students. Guidance and counseling teachers have created some cooperational patterns with motivator, psychology institution, college, and alumna. By these cooperational programs, students acknowledged that they got many supports in understanding and developing their potentials, coping their obstacles, and programming their individual planning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan mengorganisasikan pola-pola kerjasama bimbingan dan konseling dan menelaah manfaat yang diperoleh siswa sebagai subjek sasaran layanan BK dari kegiatan kerjasama profesional antara konselor dengan pihak-pihak profesional lainnya. Data penulis peroleh dari observasi, wawwancara, dan dokumentasi, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru BK dan siswa. Penulis memperoleh hasil penelitian berupa pola kerjasama yang dijalin oleh tenaga BK ialah dengan: (1) motivator; (2) lembaga psikologi; (3) perguruan tinggi; dan (4) alumni. Dengan program kerjasama tersebut siswa mengakui banyak terbantu dalam memahami-mengembangkan potensinya, mengatasi hambatannya, dan melakukan perencanaan individual.

Thus, it is necessary to establish a counseling service within the Church, with the aim of helping, guiding, directing, guiding members out of the problems they face, thereby resulting in a better life cycle.Today many members of the congregation are troubled both in the family, resulting in their family life away from worship, alcoholic beverages and marriage of different religions, to see such things there needs to be counseling services present in the church.
