This article discusses the meaning of stones and the practice of gathering stones, in graves, clearance cairns and stone-covered hillocks. The emphases are on stone-covered hillocks and their long-term usage (up to 1500 years), analyzed using the concept of longue durée. In this paper I propose that the stones in themselves have a cultic meaning as well as the actions, i.e. the remodeling of hillocks and the placing of clearance cairns among graves. In this, I see a connection between stone-covered hillocks, graves and clearance cairns. The underlying concept is a stable, but slowly changing, prehistoric religious tradition that lasted from the Bronze Age to the Migration Period and possibly also through the Late Iron Age. A basic change in this does not take place until the coming of Christianity in the Medieval Period. The reason that Medieval and later clearance cairns were placed together with graves is probably due to their similar appearance.

JALAN ILLUMINASI DALAM MISTISISME HAZRAT INAYAT KHAN (1882 -1927)

Mysticism comes from the Greek word mystikos, which means secret, hidden, dark or veiled in darkness. Also means silence or shut up, which is the basic word of mysterion in ancient Greek. Mysticism leads to the study of the esoteric side of the spiritual life of people who believe, have faith, and have religion. Mysticism seeks to uncover the deepest secrets in the spiritual life. One of the roads used is the path of illumination. Illumination is the key to enlightenment desired by every human being. In illumination, the goal of humans is to obtain inner solutions, and their birth, there are many forms or patterns that must be approached, seen and felt. Moreover, it must really enter into it, the estuary of the self-surrender to the worldliness that must be faced with realization, secret spirit, calm and deeds.The path of illumination requires an initiation process as a basis for stepping into the search for true nature. Initiation as a basic change in essential conditions; initiation as a reference for every human being to start, aiming for something that leads to a better direction. Actually and verbally, as a listener, imitator and speaker, the initiator is able to know step by step to make an inner journey to get enlightenment that is felt to be very influential in his life. One of the famous mystics who explore this issue is Hazrat Inayat Khan. The complex problem of human uncertainty is one of the driving forces that gave birth to the great thoughts of a Hazrat Inayat Khan. Hazrat Inayat Khan’s view holds that humans as God’s creatures in the world must return to their consciousness, function, purpose and existence in the essence of mankind itself properly and correctly. Life must be in harmony because all God’s creatures are the same creation from God Almighty. The ultimate goal is to get the true nature.

Why Students with Severe Disabilities Are Not Being Placed in General Education Classrooms: Using the Frame of a Basic Change Model to Expand the Discussion

This article addresses particular aspects of the Agran et al. identified determinants related to inclusive educational practices for students with severe disabilities. More specifically, this article focuses on perceptions of competency in students with severe disabilities and the resulting placement decisions, as well as facilitating systemic change to build inclusive systems. The discussion focuses on how the determinant related to perceptions of competency and the four elements of systems change identified by Agran et al. play a part in the ongoing lack of inclusion for these students. This response uses the frame of a basic change model to further the discussion on the important question of why students with severe disabilities are not being placed in general education classrooms.

Introduced by the Act amending the Civil Code of February 14, 2003, joint and several liability of the investor and general contractor for payment of subcontractor's remuneration due to divergent interpretations of regulations and inconsistent judicial decisions, did not solve practical problems, and violated the principle of equal parties and exposed the investor to the risk of paying double remuneration to the contractor and subcontractor. The basic change was made by the act of 7/04/2017. Currently, the joint and several liability regime provides the subcontractor with an additional guarantee of payment of remuneration not only from the contractor, but also from the investor.

One of the basic change in exceptional education is inclusive program. The most perspective population to have inclusive program are blind students. Potential development of blind students in inclusive program is not adequate with educational intervening class but guidance and counseling. This research aims to formulate guidance and Counseling program for blind students who are studying at YPI Senior High School Bandung through inclusive program. The result of this research produce guidance and counseling program which consist of (1) information service guidance (2) academic guidance and (3) social personal guidance.
