Strategi Restructuring Cognitive Dalam Konseling Kelompok CBT Untuk Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Kelas VIII G di SMP PGRI 1 Buduran Sidoarjo

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of cognitive restructuring strategies in group counseling on class VIII G students' confidence in SMP PGRI 1 BUDURAN SIDOARJO. The research design used was a Pre-Experimental study with a One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The population of class VIII G students at SMP PGRI 1 BUDURAN SIDOARJO was 30 students, then 4 students were taken as research samples using purposive sampling techniques. The selection of this sample was chosen based on the results of students' low self-confidence scores through filling in the scale of student confidence measurement. The results of this study was found that there was no significance changed in the use of cognitive restructuring in counseling group on the confidence of students of class VIII G in SMP PGRI 1 BUDURAN SIDOARJO.

Profil Perilaku Altruistik Mahasiswa dan Implikasinya terhadap Program Pelatihan Kompetensi Kepribadian Calon Konselor

The purpose of this study is to describe the altruistic behavior of student guidance and counseling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is the students majoring in guidance and counseling at IAIN Batusangkar. Sampling with a purposive sampling technique, namely 7 semester 74 students. The results of this study indicate that only a small proportion of students possess altruistic behavior at high and very high classifications. While altruistic behavior in the aspect of wanting to give, empathy, volunteering, helping others, prioritizing others, and feeling the results are good for those who are helped and helped are in the medium classification.

Makna Menjadi Guru Bimbingan Konseling (Studi Fenomenologi Terhadap Fresh Graduate)

The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling in the criteria of fresh graduate and served as honorary teacher no more than one year, no more than 25 years old, and worked in a high school in the city of Samarinda. Data collected techniques were in-depth interviews and analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) techniques. The analysis technique sought to find meaning themes to become counseling guidance teachers. The results show three main themes, those are counseling guidance teachers interpreted as: 1) a soul calling; 2) to enjoy comfort; and 3) as a part-time job. The sub-theme of: 1) the soul calling is not profit oriented, realizing the future of students, and religious beliefs. The sub-theme of: 2) enjoy comfort that is a sense of comfort when students are helped, enjoy being parents for students, and to get life lessons. The sub-theme of: 3) part-time job is waiting to become civil servants and not easily laid off. Suggestion from this study are excepted to be a reference in helping counseling teachers in the process of valuing their work throught positive environmental conditioning to increase their productivity at work.

Keefektifan Teknik Cinema Therapy untuk Meningkatkan Sikap Altruistik Siswa Kelas VIII DI SMPN 1 Gondanglegi Kabupaten Malang

Altruism is a voluntary action taken by a person or group of people to help others without expecting anything in return. This study aims to test the Effectiveness of Cinema Therapy Techniques to Improve the Altruistic Attitudes of SMPN 1 Gondanglegi Students in Malang Regency. This research is an experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest village design and uses a Likert scale instrument. The sample of this study is junior high school students who have low altruistic attitude criteria by choosing through quota sampling technique where students who meet only the criteria will be selected, Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test data analysis, research showing the results of sig. (2-tailed) is 0.012 which indicates that 0.012 <0.05, which means that cinema therapy technique is effective to improve the altruistic attitude of VIII grade students of SMP N 1 Gondanglegi Malang Regency which is subjected to truth and can be accepted at a significant level of 5%.

Implementasi Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin Mahasiswa BK

The importance of self-discipline for everyone, especially new teenagers, will form a complete personal pattern in developing their potential. This study aims to improve student discipline through the application of Group Guidance Services. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experimental research method. The study population numbered 45 students, the total sample of 10 students selected by simple random sampling technique. This research uses an instrument in the form of a discipline questionnaire with a Likert scale type. Data were analyzed through T-test. The results showed that from the initial test data, the average discipline attitude of students was 86 and after being treated in the form of group guidance services, the average discipline behavior of students increased to 132.5, the increase in discipline attitude was 46.5 points. The results of implementing BK assessments based on group guidance services have a significant positive impact on student discipline.

Keefektifan Konseling Rational Emotive Behaviour Teknik Cognitive Disputation untuk Mengurangi Tingkat Fanatisme terhadap Idola pada Siswa Penggemar K-Pop

Behavior of K-Pop fans in grade science 3 of State Boarding Aliyah 2 Gresik, leads to behaviour of fanaical fans. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of rational emotive behavior counseling with a pre-test post- test one group design. The instrument of this research is questionnaire of idol fanatiscm for K-Pop fans. The subject of this research is 3 K-Pop fans students from grade science 3 who have a high level of fanatiscm, based on the pre-test result. Analysis technique that used in this research is paired sample t test. Based on calculation, obtained Asmp. Sig (2 tailed) = 0,015. According to the basic of decision, accepted if Asmp. Sig (2 tailed) < 0,05. Because of Asmp. Sig 0, 015 < 0,05, the accepted, and that means there is a difference between before and after of rational emotive behavior counseling implementation. So, it can be concluded that counseling rational emotive behavior with cognitive disputation technique is effective for reduce idol fanaticism of K-Pop fans students.

Korelasi Kepercayaan Diri dan Efikasi Diri Akademik Mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan Dan Konseling Angkatan 2018

This study aims to describe the relationship between self-confidence and academic self-efficacy in students of the Lambung Mangkurat University Guidance and Counseling study program in 2018. The sample in this study amounted to 102 students. Data were collected using the academic self-efficacy scale and self-confidence scale, and analyzed using SPSS 20. Data analysis was performed using Pearson Corelation Product Moment analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between academic self-efficacy and student self-confidence.

Perbandingan Tingkat Nomophobia Mahasiswa Ditinjau Berdasarkan Jenis Kelamin

The purpose of this research is to know the description of the comparative level of nomophobia on students. The methods used in this research is descriptive quantitative survey form. Measured sampling consists of approximately 303 students in some universities that are easily and readily available for research. An instrument used to use the likert scale. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, shown with data analysis and discussion of the writer can then conclude that the picture on the extent of nomophobia students have differences: based on the author's research that has been done be aware that the level of nomophobia men with women including into the high category because it has achieved 50% with the percentage of 40% of men and 60% with 303 responden. In women suggests that there are different between the percentage of men with women.

Strategi untuk Membantu Meningkatkan Perencanaan Karier Siswa di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0

Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi yang sangat pesat, tentunya berimbas pada tantangan dan persaingan global yang dihadapi oleh setiap negara, salah satunya Indonesia. Oleh karenanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sangat diperlukan. Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dibentuk melalui pendidikan Terdapat lima karakter utama yang ditingkatkan dan harus dimiliki oleh siswa dalam Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK). Karakter tersebut wajib dimiliki oleh siswa era revolusi industri 4.0 agar dapat terjun ke dunia kerja dan siap berkompetisi dengan negara lain. Setiap siswa pastinya menginginkan suatu karier yang cemerlang, dan karier tersebut diwujudkan dengan suatu usaha dan direncanakan secara matang. Segala upaya yang dilaksanakan konselor dalam membantu siswa untuk merencanakan studi lanjut maupun kariernya tidak akan berhasil tanpa adanya strategi yang tepat. Strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perencanaan karier siswa di era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah Four C’s yang merupakan strategi berbasis bimbingan. Four C’s merupakan strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication).

Hubungan antara Keterampilan Evaluasi dengan Keterlaksanaan Evaluasi Program BK di SMA Se-Kecamatan Cilinci Jakarta Utara

This study aims to determine the relationship between evaluation skills and the implementation of a guidance and counseling program evaluation in Cilincing North Jakarta Sub-District High School. This research uses quantitative research using survey methods. The collection technique used in this study is a Guttman scale questionnaire and the data analysis technique used in this study is the Product Moment Correlation. This research was conducted in North Jakarta with the subjects of high school teachers in Cilincing Sub-District, North Jakarta City, 30 teachers were divided into 7 Public High Schools and 4 Private High Schools. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient between evaluation skills (X) with program evaluation exercise (Y) r_xy = 0.64> rtabel = 0.36, which means that there is a positive relationship between evaluation skills and the implementation of school guidance and counseling evaluation programs which means if the evaluation skills of the counselor are good, the better the evaluation of the guidance and counseling program at the school.
