This paper examines the impact of risk willingness and opportunity recognition on business owners’ performance in Sabah, Malaysia. The paper adopts non-probability sampling, known as a purposive sampling method, in selecting business owners. A total of 600 surveys using self-conducted questionnaires structured on a 7-point Likert scale is distributed, and subsequently, 525 questionnaires are returned. The EAO dimensions assessed in the paper are risk willingness and opportunity recognition. Data collected are analysed using the SEM-PLS technique through the SmartPLS 3.3.2 software. The study found a positive effect of risk willingness and opportunity recognition on the business owners’ performance. Accordingly, this paper’s theoretical and practical implication supports some of the previous findings and arguments that EAO plays an essential role in influencing micro-business owners’ performance.

This study examines the impact of relational marketing to customer satisfaction with the case study on Postgraduate Students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia who become the customer of Bank BNI Setiabudhi, Bandung. The study aims to determine the impact of relational marketing’s variables such as the level of commitment, empathy, reciprocity and trust to customer satisfaction. The research method is an explanatory research with probability sampling as the sampling method. There are 110 samples that collected through questionnaire. The samples are randomly selected and measured by Likert scale. Furthermore, the data is analyzed  with Multiple Linier Regression methods. The result of study implies that the variables of relational marketing impact positively to the level of customer satisfaction. The dimension of “trust” gives the strongest effect on customer satisfaction and the dimension of “empathy” gives the weakest effect on customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the financial behavior of young employees can be measured through financial literacy, where the level of financial literacy in this study is seen based on financial attitudes and financial socialization. Sample collection was carried out using the Google Form online questionnaire with a non-probability sampling method of the type of purposive sampling with a total of 100 young employee respondents in Jakarta. Data processing is performed by the PLS-SEM method and calculations on the SmartPLS application 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that financial attitudes and financial socialization, as well as financial literacy mediation variables have a significant positive effect on financial behavior. Meanwhile, financial attitudes have an insignificant indirect effect on financial behavior, through financial literacy. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah perilaku keuangan karyawan muda dapat diukur melalui literasi keuangan nya, dimana tingkat literasi keuangan dalam penelitian ini dilihat berdasarkan sikap keuangan dan sosialisasi keuangan seseorang. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online Google Form dengan metode non-probability sampling berjenis purposive sampling dengan total 100 responden karyawan muda di Jakarta. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM dan kalkulasi pada aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sikap keuangan dan sosialisasi keuangan, serta variabel mediasi literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peilaku keuangan. Sedangkan, sikap keuangan memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan, melalui variabel mediasi literasi keuangan.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether Entrepreneurship Skills, Market Orientation, Sales Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Competence have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field. The population in this study is SMEs in the culinary sector. The sample used in this study were 50 respondens who owned MSMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. Overall the results of this study are that Entrepreneurship Skills have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Market Orientation has no effect on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19, Sales Orientation has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Entrepreneurship Competence has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study examines the impact of firm performance, firm size, leverage, and investment opportunities to good corporate governance. The sample in this study are 10 company which listed on the index CGPI report from 2016 until 2018 who selected through purposive sampling method. The result of this study are firm performance has no significant effect on good corporate governance, firm size has a significant positive effect on good corporate governance, leverage has a significant negative effect on good corporate governance, and investment opportunities has no significant effect on good corporate governance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Firm Performance, Firm Size, Leverage, dan Investment opportunities terhadap Good Corporate Governance. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam laporan indeks CGPI periode 2016- 2018 yang ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah firm performance tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap good corporate governance, firm size memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap good corporate governance, leverage memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap good corporate governance, dan investment opportunities tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap good corporate governance.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of expected return, risk tolerance, and self-efficacy toward stock investment intention. Sample collection was conducted using the Google Form online questionnaire with a purposive sampling, type of non-probability sampling method, with a total of 100 respondents from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara, Jakarta. Data processing is done by PLS-SEM method and analyzed with SmartPLS 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that expected return and risk tolerance have a significant positive effect on stock investment intention. Whereas, self-efficacy does not have a significant effect. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekspektasi pengembalian, toleransi risiko, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat investasi saham. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online Google Form dengan metode non-probability sampling berjenis purposive sampling dengan total 100 responden mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Tarumanagara Jakarta. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM dan dianalisis dengan SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ekspektasi pengembalian dan toleransi risiko memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat investasi saham. Sedangkan, efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics, motivation, and transformational leadership on food culinary SMEs in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 50 respondents of food culinary SME business owners in West Jakarta was a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) which uses the Smart-PLS application version 3.0. The results of this study show the characteristics of entrepreneurship, motivation, and transformational leadership have a positive influence on the success of food culinary SMEs in West Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional pada UKM kuliner makanan di Jakarta Barat.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden pemilik usaha kuliner kuliner di Jakarta Barat yaitu metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling.Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS versi 3.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan karakteristik kewirausahaan, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan UKM kuliner makanan di Jakarta Barat.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on consumer attitudes and the impact on purchase decision at PT Tokopedia in Jabodetabek. Population in this study is the entire PT Tokopedia consumers in Jabodetabek, and the sampling method using purposive sampling. The data in this study were collected through questionnaire using Likert scale from 119 respondents who had transaction at least once in the last three months at PT Tokopedia. Data is processed using Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) software version 8.8. The result shows that perceived ease of use has negative and insignificant impact on consumer attitudes, perceived usefulness has positive and significant impact on consumer attitudes, perceived ease of use has positive and insignificant impact on purchase decision, perceived usefulness has positive and insignificant impact on purchase decision, and consumer attitudes has positive and significant impact on purchase decision.

Abstract: Business Administrastion Department especially Public Adminis- trastion study program of Pontianak State Polytechnic try to create profes- sional alumni whose have some competencies dan disciplines in following the rules at the institution.   Pontianak State Polytechnic has a motto which said “on time, perecise on regulation and standard” . One of the effort done by Public Administration study program in creating disciplines alumni is by implementing punishment for students who break the rules. The objectives of this research is to test empirically the relation between punishment and dis- ciplines dan to find out, thetype of punishment that mostly received by Public Administration students. Research method being used is survey and quis- tionnaire is used as collecting data tool. Sampling method is non probability sampling (purposive sampling). The result shows that the test on hypothesis, confirming the positive effect from punishment to students disciplines. Its was marked with regression coefficient or sig. value 0.013. The second objective which confirming the type of punishment which received by mostly students, taken  from the value of descriptive statistics,  it was  found  that  filling the statement form of guilty and promise is the mostly punishment that received by students. The average value of this type of punishment is 3.7300

This study aims to determine the efect of understanding of accounting and tax provisions and the tax transparency on tax compliance. This research was conducted on individual taxpayers SMEs in Yogyakarta. This study used a survey approach as collecting data method. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling method. Subjects in this study are individual taxpayers, particularly SMEs in Yogyakarta. Multiple regressions with Likert scale measurement were used as the analysis tools. One hundred respondents individual taxpayers entrepreneurs, especially SMEs in Yogyakarta were used as the respondents and the fnding of this study is that the understanding of the accounting and tax provisions comprehension positive efect on tax compliance. Researchers also found that transparency does not afect the taxpayer compliance.Key Words : Accounting Comprehension , Tax Policy, Transparency, Compliance

The solitory custom community of Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) is one of group society whose life are depend to the natural researches in the forest. It is needed an effort to provide service in order to meet their needed, especially health care service for improving their quality of life in the solitary custom Community of Suku Anak Dalam.  This research was conducted in order to know about the persepsion of SAD society towards Health Care Service in the Working Area of Puskesmas Pematang Kabau. This research was conducted on Januari until February 2017 for the purpose of getting understanding about persepsion of solitary custom Community of Suku Anak Dalam towards health care service, the number of participants were 15 people. This is qualitative research with purposive sampling method. The research instruments were indepth interview and interview guide. The result of the research analyzed by using Colaizzi Technique. The finding of the research showed five themes:  the reason of SAD Society in terms of receiving care service. Secondly, the respond of SAD society, thirdly, about the changing and the impact of SAD society. Fourth, the meaning of health care service to SAD society. And fifth the experience of SAD society towards health and service.SAD society gave respond about perception or possitive support towards Health Care Service.
