P. Ricoeur's course of lectures, delivered more than half a century ago, is interesting for a number of reasons. Firstly, because it is devoted to an extremely important topic - ancient ontology; secondly, because it was read by one of the leading philosophers of the 20th century; thirdly, because this philosopher was the biggest representative of the hermeneutic direction, so it is especially interesting to trace how he reads texts of, without exaggeration, the most important philosophers in the history of mankind. However, from the formal point of view, there are some doubts about the feasibility of the idea of the work: Ricoeur is not an antiquarian and his knowledge of Greek, as the text shows, is rather modest; besides, the published text is a course of lectures, the author of which seems to want not so much to convey the results of laborious research and elaborated ideas to his students, as to understand ancient ontology together with the students.

In this paper a (2j + l)-spinor analysis is developed along the lines of the 2-spinor and 3-spinor ones. We define generalized connecting quantities A μv (j) which transform like (j, 0) ⊗ (j -1, 0) in spinor space and like second rank tensors under transformations in space-time. The general properties of the A uv are investigated together with algebraic relations involving the Lorentz group generators, J μv . The connexion with 3j symbols is discussed. From a purely formal point of view we introduce a geometrical representation of a (2j +1)-spinor as a point in a 2j dimensional projective space. Then, for example, the charge conjugate of a (2j + l)-spinor is just the polar of the corresponding point with respect to a certain rational, normal curve in the projective space. It is suggested that this representation will prove useful.

In this study we will try to analyze the foundations of the Constitution as a pillar and as a guarantee for its solidity. The study will also address the need for revision of the constitution as a fundamental element of its existence and continuity. Particular emphasis will be given to the comparison of the constitutions of the most important countries in the world as regards the procedures and limits to the constitutional revision. In this sense, the constitutions of some Balkan Peninsula countries will be analyzed to draw a comparison and analyze the Albanian Constitution as regards the procedure for its revision. The study intends to analyze the procedures for the revision of the Constitution as well as the explicit and implicit limits to these revisions. In the Constitutional revision in Albania in 2016, the role of the Constitutional Court on the control of the constitutional legitimacy of constitutional revision laws was clarified. Formal constitutionality is usually emphasized since the Albanian constitutional reform underlined that the Constitutional Court in Albania could express itself on the constitutionality of the Constitutional revision law only from a formal point of view.   Received: 2 January 2021 / Accepted: 27 February 2021 / Published: 7 March 2021

A traffic accident is an unpredictable event, although it may be committed as a result of non-compliance with safety rules, i.e. the general standard specified in Art. 177 & 1 of the Penal Code, or the detailed rules set out in the Law on Road Traffic. Its important cause can also be absolutely unpredictable, deviating from the model behaviour of participants of traffic. They can mislead on another, which from a formal point of view is chargeable, for example, not yielding priority, cutting off traffic, failure to comply with particular caution when approaching the designated crossing points or other dangerous places. Rating non-model, misleading behaviour, repeatedly escapes the attention of law enforcement or the courts. A large part in this is also shared by expert witnesses in traffic and automobile technology, who in their opinions carry out legal assessments, especially the opportunities and obligations. This is an issue strictly dogmatic, not belonging to their competence.

This paper proposes a formal representation of modeling languages based on category theory. These languages are generally described by "metamodels", i.e. structures composed by classes and relations, and related by "transformations". Thus, this paper studies how the key categorical concepts such as functors and relations between functors (called natural transformations) can be used for equational reasoning about modeling artifacts (models, metamodels, transformations). As a result, this paper proposes a formal point of view of models usable to specify/prove equivalence between models or transformations (with an application to refactoring).

Abstract Therapeutic jurisprudence is an interdisciplinary examination on the effect of the law on the mental and emotional health of those implicated in the judicial process. It concentrates primarily on the psychological impact of legal rules and procedures, as well as on the behaviour of legal players. TJ is a tool not often used in the promotion of linguistic rights. Endowed with a double mission, both normative and descriptive, TJ makes it possible to measure the impact of health incidences. In providing legal reformers with more precise tools to assess the health impacts of new linguistic rights standards TJ offers such a path of implementation of linguistic rights – not only from the formal point of view, but by keeping in mind their actual effectiveness – integrating law and languages in a way to mitigate their consequences on a population’s health.

The relationships between moral and legal codes, that is, between specific normative sets, is a traditional problem of ethics, politics and law philosophy. Deontic logics have provided some instruments for a deeper analysis of those relations. The authors try to analyze the logical consequences of the adoption of different axiomaticallogical systems, where deontic modalities are introduced as expressing different senses of moral or legal obligation, prohibition, permission, etc. It tums out, as a result of the analysis , that sorne very traditional thesis about the relationships between law and moral presuppose different logical requirements, some of which are not only interesting from a pure formal point of view, but also as an essay in a rational analysis of normative discourse. Different types of logics, specially sorne called bidimensional deontic systems, are investigated, as sorne mixed alethic-deontic and paraconsistent systems are sketched, Contraintuitive consequences and paradoxes deriving Crom those logical presuppositions are described and their consequences in ethical thinking are underlined. The paper' s purpose is to attain a better understanding of sorne informal ethical notions through the construction of formal systems expressing with sorne precision the very vague notions that sometimes are behind accepted legal or moral conceptions. Thus, the authors think, it would be possible a progressive aproximation to a better analysis of sorne important presuppositions of ethical discourse, a discourse where morals and law have an essential part to play. Abstract. The 1805 earthquake damaged a large area of the Southern Italy, destroying most of the architectural heritage in the “Contado of Molise”, a poor region characterized by numerous medieval towns. In the aftermath of the catastrophe, the reconstruction and in fewer cases the restoration of important buildings, mainly the ecclesiastical ones, took place without a well-defined rebuilding plan. If, from a formal point of view, interesting design levels were not reached, the same cannot be stated for the construction solutions adopted, especially regarding vaulted systems. Actually, they were conceived either with wood, concrete with aggregates or full/hollow clay bricks. This variety of constructive raw elements is a direct manifestation of the richness of the vernacular constructive tradition. Moreover, the intrinsic lightness of such materials suggests as well the need at the time of new lightweight structures capable of standing on pre-existing weakened masonries. This approach was probably taken in order to reduce vulnerability and improve structural resilience to earthquakes. In light of these considerations, the paper focuses on the different construction techniques used to rebuild the vaulting systems after the 1805 earthquake in Molise, discussing their potentialities and weaknesses as well as their capacity to improve resilience in the architectural heritage.

This article analyzes in detail the story of Zhumeken Nazhimedenov “Көне жұрт”. The analysis of the story is carried out from the point of view of the author's concept, from the point of view of the artistic structure. In artistic details-inappropriate use. The path and shape type are determined. A psychoanalyst is created for the main character. We also analyzed the manifestations of psychoanalysis in the modern literary process. It is analyzed from a meaningful and formal point of view, and an overview of the artistic world is given. Weak points of plot connections are shown. On the basis of Sigmund Freud's philosophical platform "vision of color", a psychoanalyst of the hero is created. The significance of the article lies in the analysis of the artistic structure of Zhumeken's stories, which were not analyzed in the prose of past eras. Defining ways to create the main character, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of stories from that period. To reveal the essence of the aesthetics of helplessness through a thorough analysis of the state of the soul and mind, the hero's exit from the psychological category into a duel of consciousness with paradoxical events. In a social phenomenon, an action that carries consciousness is a demonstration that the brutal treatment of the hero, who was left in the captivity of powerlessness, led the main character to the aesthetics of helplessness.

Abstract Multiplying the capacity of communication links by using the multiple-input multiple-output mechanism has become an essential part of various wireless standards. In this paper, we focus on the bit error rate in such systems and consider its optimization under parameter uncertainty from a formal point of view (including methods with result verification). The theoretical results are demonstrated using a close-to-life application.
