the role and importance of education in the system of formation of sustainable land use is shown. Of course, the development of scientific research should be based on reliable infor-mation, which will serve as the basis for land certification. The main disadvantages of the modern education system is the imperfection of contractual relations. In this regard, it seems appropriate to develop a comprehensive system of training programs that can ensure the implementation of the program of sustainable land use.

Such skills should be developed in modern educational centers, which, in turn, should become the starting point of an individual educational route. It is the individual approach and new technologies that will help to form a personality adapted to professional activities in a rapidly changing world. The article also classifies the factors affecting the modern education system, they are divided into three main groups: social, technological and geopolitical. a modern education system must meet the needs of society. But from the point of view of considering the theoretical side of the issue, the education system that provides educational services is a service provider not only for the end user of the service. In various views of the theory of the question, educational services are considered as services for the state, society and the student. The article considers the main approaches to determining the quality of educational services and the regulatory and legal support of the educational process. The object of the research is the theoretical foundations of the quality of educational services. The subject of the study is the quality of educational services.

The study of education systems as social phenomena has led scholars to question the role of education in modern society. The question of how to improve education naturally leads to concerns about what is wrong with the present education system. If education is meant to elevate the next generation, how can it meet the goal of ensuring a meaningful existence for those being educated? Scholars have demonstrated that education has been reduced to a process of the construction of objects, where curriculum as techne commodifies students into products with market value. We propose that the tendency of interpreting techne as technology is a perspective of the modern age, and the rules of modern education are based on the rules of modern technology, under the guidance of the paradigm of productivity. We will introduce a broader interpretation of techne which frames it as the cultivation of virtue, i.e., virtue-techne. On this basis, education could be viewed as techne in the sense of praxis (practice, exercise), rather than as fabrication in the sense of production. We highlight the rising rate of student suicides in Taiwan in recent years, where we determine the education system lacks a focus on praxis. This article investigates alternative praxis-oriented notions of education, from Aristotle's cultivation of virtue to Hadot's "spiritual exercises," to advocate for a shift away from the production paradigm. Indebted to Heidegger, we clarify his "techne as revealing" by emphasizing two frameworks for education: The first, modern education being valued by its adherence to metrics based in the paradigm of production. The second, education as a process wherein its value is derived from the life context of the participating individual. Finally, as a comparative study, we explore the current state of education in Russia and Taiwan, and present the case of one high school in Taiwan which has adopted the practice of spiritual exercises in its curriculum, including a required hike to the peak of Taiwan's tallest mountain, to cultivate a sense of (and value for) the liberated life before its students graduate.

The literature on the limitations on the current archaic education system is limitless, the consequences of which have only been exacerbated in the current lockdown scenario. The timed evaluations have not only failed as an assessment tool during these times but research has shown there are increased rates of using unfair means and proctoring as a result. Not only was the system faulty to begin with, it is failing miserably under current lockdown situations. Simultaneously the current literature keeps positing that since technology has become an integral part of our life already, it would not be long before technology integrates with education and assessments. Taking into consideration the need and potential of an integrative system, this paper aims to explore how artificial intelligence can be effectively introduced into education and improve learning outcomes. The paper performs a Comprehensive Literature Review (CLR), and analyses data based on the framework developed by Onwuegbuzie and Frels (2015). The paper thus reviews literature with the aim to explore current models of AIEd and relevant psychological concepts relating to learning and career outcomes.
