Abstract: Inclusive economic growth is related to how economic growth achieved can reduce poverty, income inequality, and unemployment. The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that influence inclusive economic growth in Yogyakarta. This study used panel data from 2011 to 2017. Estimation of the model (simultaneous equations) used the Two-Stage Least Square (2SLS) method. The result of the analysis showed that Factors that have a positive impact on inclusive economic growth are household consumption, exports of service/goods, foreign investment, domestic investment, per capita income, and average length of year of study. Whereas the negative influence is the level of open unemployment and imports of service/goods. An increase in household consumption by 2% willincrease gross regional domestic product by 1.5%, decrease the open unemployment rate by 3.0%, decrease poverty by 10.7%, and decrease income inequality by 5.5%.Keywords: inclusive economic growth. simultaneous equations. This study aims to determine the determinants of the money supply, the interest rate, and inflation on Indonesia's economic growth in the 2009-2018 period. This research uses descriptive method and is strengthened by the OLS (ordinary least square) method with secondary data. The data used is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency and Bank Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the money supply and the interest rate have a negative effect but inflation has a positive effect on Indonesia's economic growth. The JUB variable is not significant with a probability value of 0.1326. The JUB regression coefficient value has a negative relationship to the economic growth variable with a coefficient of 0.9288. The interest rate variable entered in the above equation turns out to be negative and significant with a probability value of 0.0571. The value of the coefficient of the exchange rate is (0.4843). The independent variable inflation gives a negative and not significant result with a probability value of 0.1134. Inflation coefficient value is 0.1724. In the equation model that uses economic growth as the dependent variable above, the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Squared) is 0.573429. This shows that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the diversity of the independent variables is 57.34% while the remaining 42.66% is influenced by other variables not included in the model.

Economic growth is a picture to see the progress of economy a country or region, as measured with the amount of data on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) or data on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The purpose of this study is to analyze the independence of the variables that affect economic growth, such as Domestic Investment (DI), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Third Party Funds (TPF) and Islamic Banking Financing. The research method uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in time series with the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) methods and uses the help of Eviews 9 program. This study uses a sample from 2010 to 2020. The results of this study indicate that in the long run the variables of DI, FDI and Financing Islamic Banking have a positive and significant effect on the GRDP of North Sumatra, while the TPF Islamic Banking variable has a negative effect on the GRDP of North Sumatra. In the short term, the DI variable significantly affects the FDI. This study suggests that in order to advance the economy of a region, North Sumatra government should encourage and support activities carried out by DI and FDI, as well as financial institutions such as Islamic banking, which are primarily activities in the form of Third Party Funds and financing. The existence of financing disbursed by Islamic banking can provide capital assistance to business actors, so as to increase economic growth.

This study examines the impact of capital inflows on economic growth of developing economies; the case of Nigeria, Ghana and India from 1986-2012. This is necessitated by the doubts being raised as whether the huge inflows of foreign capital in developing economies over the years have transmitted to real economic growth. Augmented Dickey Fuller unit root test was employed to evaluate the stationarity of the data, while Johansen Co-integration was used to estimate the long-run equilibrium relationship among the variables. The casual relationship was tested using Granger Causality, and Ordinary Least Square method was used to estimate the model. The findings reveals that capital inflows have significant impact on the economic growth of the three countries. In Nigeria and Ghana, foreign direct and portfolio investment as well as foreign borrowings have significant and positive impact on economic growth. Workers’ remittances significantly and positively related to the economic growth of the three countries. The enabling environment should be created in the developing countries to encourage more inflow of foreign investments and workers remittances. This will help in closing the savings-investment gap and encourage economic growth in these countries. The study signifies that capital inflows is indispensable in closing the savings-investment gap required for economic growth of developing countries.
