One of the villages located in the Jaya Baru District of Banda Aceh City is the village of Punge Blang Cut which has five hamlets. Two of them are Tuan Dikandang and Tuan Dipakeh. Dusun Tuan Dikandang has 1 faqir community and 28 poor people. This faqir / poor community education is: no school 5 people, elementary school: 7 people, junior high school: 9 people, and high school: 8 people. Their jobs are housewives: 14 people, entrepreneurs: 3 people, not / haven't worked: 7 people, tire patchers: 1 person, 3 builders, and becak drivers: 1 person. Hamlet Tuan Dipakeh faqir community 3 people and 44 people poor. Their education is not in school: 1 person, elementary school: 2 people, junior high school: 14 people, high school: 25 people, D III: 2 people, and S1: 3 people. Their work is tricycles: 3 people, IRT: 6 people, entrepreneurs: 16 people, selling stalls: 4 people, making cakes: 3 people, unskilled laborers: 6 people, drivers: 3 people, not working: 3 people, and each - 1 person cut grass, sells fruit and a docker. Aloe Vera is one of the ten types of best-selling plants in the world that have the potential to be developed as medicinal plants and industrial raw materials that can be used both in the world of beauty and food that has many benefits. The purpose of this Community Service is to make training and cultivation of Aloe Vera and process it into healthy, nutritious food and many benefits, as well as business opportunities in order to improve the economy of the people in the two hamlets. The method of conducting training in processing Aloe Vera is an explanation by demonstration / practice of discussion and question and answer as well as how to cultivate Aloe Vera. All participants were distributed modules, tools and materials needed. The training activities are guided by resource persons who are competent in their bidag. The target to be achieved is 30 mothers / fathers who are skilled in cultivating Aloe Vera, and 30 mothers / fathers who are skilled in processing Aloe Vera into delicious, nutritious and rich food.

The aims of this study to know student vocabulary through drill vocabulary on second grade Elementary school in Sidomukti village, Kebomas Gresik. The participant from Elementary School until Junior high school and the enthusiastic of participant is good around 25-30 in every meeting.  Classroom activity was made fun but still get knowledge through game and material worksheet based on topic. Then drilling  method that is applied in the classroom, students not only listen theory but try to answer question in worksheet. Researcher want to make more relaxed learning atmosphere in every meeting in order to student did not bored, researcher try to guide student from worksheet to increase their  vocabulary. Vocabulary is the one of focus in this learning, their ability in vocabulary is variative because they are from different level Elementary School and Junior High School. Every meeting we try to drill their vocabulary so we hope their vocabulary increase step by step. We try to drill their vocabulary in every meeting to recognize some of vocabulary related with the material and  also try  to make student motivated for answer the question. This research method using pre-test and post-test for retrieve data .The result from this learning is participant happy and enjoy, their vocabulary ability and their vocabulary increase also.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in public and private Junior High School in Banda Aceh City. This research involved two objects, Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh and Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum. This research used the qualitative descriptive method and also used primary and secondary data in data collection.  The primary data were obtained directly by interviewing informants that were BOS coordinator in Education and Culture Services of Banda Aceh City and school BOS team consisting of the school principal and BOS treasure. The data were collected by direct observation in the field. The secondary data were collected by using documentation technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the study showed that the accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017 which reflected good governance, while the management of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum Banda Aceh in terms of transparency was still not perfect, but in terms of accountability and effectiveness were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017.

<span><em>This research is intended to look into the existence of Province Acreditation </em><span><em>for School and Islamic School in Jambi through the policies and programs </em><span><em>executed, include the result of acreditation for islamic school at Ministry </em><span><em>of Religious Affairs in Jambi. The data from Jambi Ministry of Religious </em><span><em>Affairs in 2012 showed that from 538 islamic schools which have been </em><span><em>acreditated, ie:(a) 244 Islamic Kindergarten, 169 (7,63%) kindergartens </em><span><em>were acreditated, 75 (28,37%) kindergartens were not acreditated, (b). </em><span><em>263 Islamic Elementary School, 171 (61%) schools were acreditated, 98 </em><span><em>(38,20%) schools were not acreditated, (c) 345 Islamic Junior High School, </em><span><em>158 (44,99 %) schools were acreditated, 187 (55,01%) schools were not </em><span><em>acreditated and (d) 184 Islamic Senior High School, 88 (47,01%) schools</em><br /><span><em>were acreditated and 96 (52,99%) schools were not acreditated. From 1036 </em><span><em>educational institutions, there have been 450 (43,44%) islamic schools </em><span><em>which were acreditated while there were 586 (56,56%) isclamic schools </em><span><em>which were not acreditated. The main problem which happenned was there </em><span><em>were many islamic schools got C in acreditation and even some schools were </em><span><em>not acreditated. To achieve vision, mission and the objectives of an institution is determined by capability of the teachers. The development and improvement of teacher must be done systematically, systematic, and be oriented to the four teacher proficiencies. This study aims to determine of how the pattern on increasing the teacher competence in Islamic Junior High School, Banda Aceh, using descriptive methods and the data collection is through observations, interviews and documentation. The subject of the study is head master of the school, chairmen of MGMP, teacher supervisor. The study also uses qualitative analysis. The study shows that: 1) the improvement of the teacher competence at MTsN Banda Aceh has not been supported by realistic program, comprehensive and operational. 2). The implementation of improving the teacher competence is not supported through teacher needs-based program in order to be implemented systematically, well-planned, and sustainably, 3) There is still many internal and external obstacles in implementing the teacher competence through school headmaster supervision and the supervisors could not reach the expected target.
