The rapid development of the restaurant is currently an opportunity for the younger generation to be able to open culinary business and can combine innovations to attract consumers. This study aims to find out the influence of raw materials, entrepreneurship and work experience on the production and income of the culinary industry in Denpasar. The population in the study were all restaurant businesses. The sample used was 76 with Simple Random Sampling. Path analysis techniques are used. The results of the study show that raw materials and entrepreneurship have positive and significant effect on industrial production, work experience has no effect on industrial production. Raw materials, entrepreneurship, and production have positive and significant effect on income, work experience has no effect on income. Raw materials and entrepreneurship have indirect effect on income through production, work experience does not have indirect effect on income through the production of the restaurant's industry.

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of work experience variables and education level on performance benefits and employee performance. The population in this study were 248 employees at one of the Customs and Excise Offices in the Bekasi area. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample size of this study was 71 respondents. Sampling with probability sampling techniques, using simple random sampling method. Meanwhile, data analysis uses Path Analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that: work experience (X1) and education level (X2) have a direct and significant effect on performance allowance (Z). Work experience (X1) and education level (X2) have a direct and significant effect on employee performance (Y). And the performance allowance (Z) has a direct and significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Berlatar belakang keilmuan informatika para mahasiswa belum menunjukan minat menjadi seorang teknopreneur. Kegiatan-kegiatan selama proses pembelajaran, Lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat dan pendidikan merupakan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi seseorang memiliki minat menjadi wirausaha. Faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat teknopreneur adalah faktor internal diantaranya sikap dan mental, intensi berwirausha, efikasi diri, kebutuhan akan prestasi, kesiapan instrument, gender, prestasi akademik dan pengalaman kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan N-ach terhadap minat teknopreneuer. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitaif serta teknik analisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan variabel terikat yaitu minat teknopreneur sedangkan variabel bebas adalah efikasi diri dan N-Ach. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner diberikan kepada 240 mahasiswa yang telah menerima mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan dipilih secara acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian yaitu efikasi diri dan N-ach turut mempengaruhi secara signifikan minat teknoprenuer. Minat mahasiswa informatika untuk menjadi teknopreneuer sebesar 40% dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri dan N-ach dan sebesar 60% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar model. Kata Kunci:  Teknopreneur, Minat, Efikasi diri, N-Ach AbstractStudents with informatics backgrounds have not shown an interest in becoming a technopreneur. Activities during the learning process, family environment, and the community are external factors that affect a person having an interest in being an entrepreneur. Other factors that can influence technopreneur interest are internal factors including attitude and mentality, entrepreneurship intentions, self-efficacy, need for achievement, instrument readiness, gender, academic achievement and work experience. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and N-ach on teknopreneuer's interest. The research uses a quantitative approach and analysis techniques using multiple regression with the dependent variable is technopreneur interest while the independent variables are self-efficacy and N-Ach. Data collection using a questionnaire was given to 240 students who had received entrepreneurship courses and were chosen at simple random sampling. The results of the research explain self-efficacy and N-ach also significantly influence the interest of technoprenuer. The interest of informatics students to become a technopreneuer by 40% is influenced by self-efficacy and N-ach and by 60% is influenced by other factors outside the model.Keywords: Technopreneur, Interest, Self-efficacy, N-Ach

Abstract: The objective of the research was to find out the empirical information of the effect ofintention, motivation, and teacher understanding on the implementation of inclusive education.The research used path analysis techniques. It conducted the elementary-school-teacher in EastJakarta, Indonesia. The simple random sampling technique is applied, which 50 teachers involvedas the research sample. Empirical findings of the research revealed that: 1) There is no directpositive effect of intention to the implementation of inclusive education; 2) There is no directpositive effect of motivation to the implementation of inclusive education; 3) There is no directpositive effect of teacher understanding to the implementation of inclusive education; 4) There isno direct positive effect of intention to the teacher understanding; 5) There is direct positive effectof motivation to the teacher understanding; 6) There is direct positive effect of intention to themotivation. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari informasi empiris tentang pengaruh intensi,motivasi, dan pemahaman guru terhadap implementasi pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian inimenggunakan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini mengukur perilaku guru SD di Jakarta Timur,Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan melibatkan 50guru. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif langsungintensi terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 2) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadappendidikan inklusif; 3) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif pemahaman guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 4) Tidak ada pengaruh positif langsung intensi terhadap pemahaman guru; 5) Adapengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap pemahaman guru; 6) Ada pengaruh langsung intensiterhadap motivasi. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, the location of distribution centers and logistics costs in the effective delivery of goods from distribution centers to book stores.  This survey respondents amounted to 78 employees in Scholastic Distribution Center and a few head or store manager Scholastic. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling and analysis techniques using path analysis (path analysis) with SPSS. The results showed the quality of human resources, the location of distribution centers and logistics costs directly affect the good’s  delivery effectivenes.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of reeligiosity, professionalism, and human capital on the performance of Bmt Al Amin Gombong employees with motivation as an intervening variable. Data collection is done by questionnaire, using simple random sampling method. This study describes a sample of 30 respondents in BMT  Al Amin Gombong employees. The hypothesis was tested using path analysis techniques with the help of SPSS Version 16.00. The results of this study indicate that based on the validity test of all statements used in the variables of religiosity, professionalism, human capital, motivation and performance are declared valid. Based on the results of the reliability test, all variables were declared realistic. Based on the results of the t test all hypotheses are accepted. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that Religiosity has a significant and significant influence on the Motivation of BMT Al Amin Gombong Employees, Professionalism has a significant and significant influence on the Motivation of BMT Al Amin Gombong Employees, Religiosity has a significant and significant influence on BMT Al Amin Gombong Employees, Professionalism has a significant and significant influence on BMT Al Amin Gombong Employees, Human Capital has a positive and significant influence on the Performance of BMT Al Amin Gombong Employees, Motivation has a significant effect on Performance at BMT Al Amin Gombong employees.

The objectives of this study are: 1). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance directly. 2). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance. 3). Knowing the effect of work performance on employee performance. 4). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance through work performance. The population is defined as "the number of families that will be studied", the population used by researchers in this study is the entire work of PT. Nippon Paint Kediri. This research sample was taken by using simple random sampling technique that is sampling technique from the population that was carried out randomly regardless of the strata that existed in the population. simple random sampling is a method of sampling where each element of the population has the same opportunity to be chosen as a member of the sample and the sample is taken using a number table/generator. The technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the research and the discussion described, conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1). There is a significant direct effect between the variable compensation (X1) on employee performance (X2) of 0.410. 2). There is a significant direct effect between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 0.561. 3). There is a direct significant between employee work performance (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 0.358. 4). There is an indirect effect between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) through employee work performance (X2) of 0.708.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of stress and job satisfaction toward the Authorities of Education, Youth and Sport of Bukittinggi, West Sumatera Employee’s absenteeism. The research was conducted by using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 103 personnel. Research samples selected as much as 82 personnel using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed by using path analysis techniques. The objective of this research is to know the effect of motivation and leadership effectiveness to productivity at vocational school in the subdistrict of West Cikarang Bekasi district. The research was conducted using survey method with path analysis technique. Research samples were selected as much as 74teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: First, the motivation have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of motivation will lead to increased productivity. Second, the leadership effectiveness have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of leadership effectiveness will lead to increased productivity. Third, motivation have positive direct effect to the leadership effectiveness. The productivity can be improved by increasing motivation and leadership effectiveness.

A study of determining the influence of QWL and reward on the teachers productivity at state elementary school has been done which the samples were taken in district kebon jeruk west jakarta city. In this work a survey method with path analysis techniques was used by applying a questioner as a researched instrument. 152 responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questioner. Those responders were decided using simple random sampling among all teachers that working at the predetermined location. The results showing both QWL and reward perform significant effect on the teacher’s productivity. Moreover there was a correlation between QWL and reward which one affects the other.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.
