The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of savings and credit loans and current ratio on the Time Result Operational Results (SHU) partially and simultaneously at the Bali Sinar Pandawa Cooperative, Sukawati Gianyar-Bali. The sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling. The number of samples in this study is 7 years of research data on credit loans, current ratio and Time Result Results (SHU). Data analysis techniques used include: Classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (adjusted R2), t test and F test and the data is processed using SPSS version 25.0 for windows. The results of the analysis show that savings and loan loans and the current ratio have a significant effect simultaneously on the Time Result Operating Results (SHU). Savings and loan variable and current ratio have a positive and partially significant effect on the Time Result Operating Results (SHU).

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios on changes in earnings at PT Akasha Wira Internasional Tbk listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI). In this study, the company's liquidity ratio is measured by the Curren ratio and the Quick Ratio. The population in this study is the company PT. Akasha Wira Internasional Tbk which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2006-2019 period. The sample of this study was used 10 years starting from 2010-2019 taken using purposive sampling method. data analysis used to test the hypothesis is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the research results, it was found that the results of the t test partially Current Ratio had no effect on changes in earnings as evidenced by a significant value of 0.678> 0.05, while the significant value of the Quick Ratio was 0.222> 0.05. This proves that the current ratio and quick ratio have no significant effect on changes in earnings. it can be concluded that the current ratio and quick ratio simultaneously do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. The results of this study are in line with Gunawan and Wahyuni ??(2013). Keywords: Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Profit Changes

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits of hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The number of samples used is 96 hotel taxpayers in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques namely multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was determined by the nonprobability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. Based on the results of this study it was found that variable awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. That is, the better awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits will encourage hotel taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations. Phenomenon in this study lie in the average value of Return on Equity which tends to decline in 2015-2018. While the average value for the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio has a good value. When the average value of the Current Ratio is good, but the average value of Return On Equity can be said to be bad. This is the purpose of this research, to find out whether there is an effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity in retail trade subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2018, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a purposive sampling method in selecting samples from retail trade subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. This study also uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that partially, Current Ratio had no effect on Return On Equity because it had a significance value greater than 0.05, and Debt to Equity Ratio had a significant effect on Return On Equity because it had a significance value of less than 0.05. While simultaneously, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio significantly influence Return On Equity.

This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.

The pupose of this research is to determines the effects of own equity, assets and financing income as the factors of increase and decrease in cooperative surplus on KJKS Ben Iman Lamongan.The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, the sample is KJKS Ben Iman Lamongan. The author uses secondary data from monthly reports of balance sheet and the calculation surplus of operations of the period January 2014 to December 2016.The results of this study are own equity and assets partially no significant effect on the cooperative surplus distribution, financing income partially significant affect the cooperative surplus distribution and own equity, assets and financing income simultaneously affect the cooperative surplus distribution amounted to 93.13% while the rest 6,87% determined by othervariables.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumers' buying interest in the XMART mini market of Padang Padang. The sample used is 100 consumers, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere variable had a positive effect (4,527 &gt; 1,6772) and significant (0,000 &lt;0,05) on consumer buying interest. Location variables have a negative effect (-0,079) &lt; (1,6772) and are not significant (0,937 &gt; 0,05) to consumer buying interest. From this research, the R2 value is 0,244, it means that 24,4% of consumers' buying interest can be explained by the independent variables, namely the store atmosphere and location and the remaining 74,3% is explained by other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of the lecturer at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This research was conducted at the Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. The population in this study were all lecturers at the University of Indonesia Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. The sample in this study were 50 people with porposional techniques. Types and sources of research data consist of primary data that is data obtained from the opinions of respondents through research questionnaires, and secondary data that is data obtained from the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang Data analysis techniques used in testing the research hypothesis are multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 17.0 program. The results found that: 1) compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang lecturers; 2) Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Indonesian Putra University YPTK Padang lecturer; 3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang lecturers; and 4) Compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on the performance of the lecturer at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang with a contribution of 46% and the remaining 54% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study.
