The purpose this study is to determine the effect of awareness tax, knowledge and understanding of tax regulations, the effectiveness of tax system, the quality of tax services on the willingness to pay personal taxpayers. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The population is individual taxpayer registered in KPP Pratama Gianyar as many 114,677 taxpayer with the amount of samples taken as 100 personal tax payers with incidental sampling technique by filling out the questionnaire. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Based on the results found that awareness tax, knowledge and understanding, tax system effectiveness, and quality of tax services have a positive and significant impact on the willingness to pay taxes. This shows that the higher level of awareness of paying taxes, knowledge and understanding of tax laws, the effectiveness of the tax system, the quality of tax services will be higher the willingness to pay taxes. Surabaya City currently lacks of potential natural tourism, Surabaya needs new alternative tourism to increase tourists to visit Surabaya by making museum tours become a tourist attraction. One of the factors that influencing tourists to visit are the promotion factor and service quality. This research was conducted to find out the influence of promotion and service quality towards interest to visit to museum Surabaya. The promotion aims to provide & attract tourists to visit. The quality of service is needed so that tourists feel comfortable to visit the museum and desire to revisit museum. The accidental sampling technique used by distributing questionnaires to 100 local tourists who visiting the museum . Multiple linear regression was used to measure the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable using SPSS version 24.0. The results of this research showed that the promotion variable (X1) does not partially had a positive and significant effect on tourit interest (Y) with t-count 1,629 < t-table 1,984. Service quality variable (X2) partially had a positive and significant effect with t-count 6,907 > t-table 1,984.Promotion variable (X1),and service quality variable (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect with F-count 35,561 > F-table 3.939. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test, obtained the regression equation is Y = 13,849 + 0,200 X1 + 0,366 X2 + e with the correlation coefficient of 0.650 and the determination coefficient of 0.411 (41,1%).

AbstrakJumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan merupakan salah satu indikator kinerja pelayanan rawat jalan di rumah. Jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit X selama tiga tahun terakhir  tahun 2016-2018 mengalami penurunan sebesar 10%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan terhadap tingkat loyalitas pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit X. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian diskriptif analitik dengan rancang bangun penelitian cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat jalan sebesar 36 sampel dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian  menujukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dokter, perawat, petugas pendaftaran sudah baik (mean ≥ 3,00). Kualitas sarana prasarana kurang baik (mean < 3,00). Tingkat loyalitas pasien berada pada level kesediaan untuk menggunakan kembali dan belum sampai pada level advocacy. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dokter dan petugas pendaftaran berpengaruh terhadap tingkat loyalitas pasien. Kualitas pelayanan perawat dan sarana prasarana tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat loyalitas pasien. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah  secara keseluruhan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat loyalitas pasien.  Kata kunci : kualitas, pelayanan, loyalitas, pasien AbstractThe number of outpatient visits is one indicator of the performance of outpatient services in hospitals. The number of outpatient visit at Hospital X during the last three years in 2016 – 2018 increased a decrease of 10%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the quality of outpatient services on the level of outpatient loyalty at Hospital X. This was descriptive analytics research with cross-sectional design. The sample of this study was outpatients for 36 samples with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression test. The result showed that the quality of the services of doctors, nurses, registration officers was good (mean ≥ 3,00). The quality of infrastructure is poor (mean < 3,00). The level of patient loyalty is at the level of willingness to use again and has not yet reached the level of advocacy. The results of multiple linear regression tests indicate the quality of the services of doctor and registration officers affect the level of patient loyalty. The quality of nurse services and facility does not affect the level of patient loyalty. The conclusion  of this study is that overall service quality affects the level of patient loyalty.Keywords : service, quality, loyalty, patients

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on Milala Service Station Medan. The population of this research is the service users of Milala Service Station during the study period with a total sample of 82 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data collection method with a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The multiple linear regression equation obtained from the test results is Y = -0,636 + 0,145X1 + 0,224X2 + 0,236X3 + ei, meaning that simultaneous service quality, price and location have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of users of MilalaService Station Medan services. However, location variable is the most influential variable on customer satisfaction of service users of Medan Milala Service Station. With a regression coefficient of 0.236 or 23.6%, this means that Milala Medan Service Station should maintain its existing location. R square of 0.401, meaning that variations in customer satisfaction can be explained by variations in service quality, price and location by 40.1% and the remaining 59.9% can be explained by other variables not explained in this study. From the results of research and discussion, Medan Milala Service Station should further develop and maintain indicators of service quality, price and location available at Medan Milala Service Station, so that employees can further enhance customer satisfaction.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui rumusan masalah adakah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab di Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Asosiatif yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab di Kota Palembang. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 68 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purvosive Sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang didapat Y =. 3,725+ 0,130 X1 + 0,255 X2 + 0,082 X3 + 0,273 X4 - 0,088 X5+e Secara simultan (Uji F) ada pengaruh yang signifikan tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab di Kota Palembang. Secara parsial (Uji t) variabel tangible thitung (2,609) ≥ ttabel (1,666), variabel reliability thitung (3,454) ≥ ttabel (1,666), variabel responsiveness thitung (1,176) ≤ ttabel (1,666), variabel assurance nilai thitung (3,235) ≥ ttabel (1,666), dan variabel empathy thitung (-0.985) ≤ ttabel (1,666), Koefisien Determinasi R2 sebesar 0,663 angka tersebut menggambarkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan sebesar 66,3% sedangkan sisanya 0,337 atau 33,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to determine the problem formulation whether the effect of service quality on Grab customer satisfaction in Palembang City. This type of research is associative research, which is to determine the effect of service quality on Grab customer satisfaction in Palembang City. The variables used are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The sample in this study were 68 respondents, with purposive sampling technique as a sample. Partially (t test) tangible variable t count (2.609) ≥ttable (1.666), variable reliability tcount (3.454) ≥ttable (1.666), variable responsiveness tcount (1.176) ≤ttable (1.666), assurance variable tcount (3,235) ≥ t table (1.666), and the empathy variable tcount (-0.985) ≤ttable (1.666), the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.663 this figure illustrates that customer satisfaction can be influenced by service quality by 66.3% while the remaining 0.337 or 33.7% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

This aims to determine the effect of competitiveness, price and service quality on business continuity at the UD Kembang Ternak fish feed shop. In this study using an Associative with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, in order to obtain the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the competitiveness variable has a positive effect but does not have a significant effect on business continuity at UD Kembang Ternak. With a t value of 1.717 <1.98 and a significant value of 0.089> 0.05. Price variables have a positive effect but there is no significant effect on the sustainability of the business at the UD Kembang Ternak fish feed shop. With a t value of 0.020<1.98 and a significant value of 0.984> 0.05. Service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of the business at UD Kembang Ternak fish feed shop. With a t value of 15.711> 1.98 and a significant value of the Research Methods of 0.000 <0.05

This study has a purpose to determine the effect of tax amnesty, tax sanctions and the quality of tax authorities on compliance of individual taxpayers that conducted at KPP North Badung. The number of sample are 100 respondents by using accidental sampling methods. Data analysis technique that used are descriptive statistical test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of testing conducted, it is known that tax amnesty, tax sanctions and the quality of tax authorities have an effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers registered in KPP North Badung. This article analyzes the satisfaction of visitors to the tourist attractions of Hairos Waterpark Medan. The sample in this study was 90 respondents with a purposive sampling as a sampling technique that is only addressed to respondents who have made visit to Hairos Waterpark. Data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression because it only analyzed service quality to the visitor satisfaction in Hairos Waterpark. The regression result was Y = 3.006 + 0.269X + e. The t test result was 3.452 and the coefficient of determination was 0.119. These results indicate that service quality positively and significantly influence to the visitor satisfaction in Hairos Waterpark Medan. Therefore, Hairos Waterpark management really needs to consider the quality of service in influencing people to visit Hairos Waterpark and further affecting visitor's satisfaction. This research is motivated by customer satisfaction which is a customer action to save. The purpose of this study was to determine the ef ect of location, quality of savings products, service quality on customer satisfaction. In this study using primary data collected by explanatory research methods and sample collection techniques in the form of accidental sampling of BMT customers Adzkiyah Khidmatul Ummah using a questionnaire with a likert skla in BMT Adzkiyah Khidmatul Ummah in Metro City. Testing the instrument requirements used include validity, reliability testing. Requirements analysis using normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test. And analysis tools using multiple linear regression with partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coef icient of determination test (R2). As testing requirements analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis obtained location influences customer satisfaction, the quality of savings products does not af ect customer satisfaction, and service quality influences customer satisfaction.

ABSTRACT  This research aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction in using BRIMobile (BRImo) partially and simultaneously. The sample in this research consisted of 100 customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with analysis tools, namely SPSS Version 26.0. The results of this research partially indicate that service quality and customer trust have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction in using BRI Mobile (BRImo).
