In this study using primary data collected by explanatory research methods and sample collection techniques in the form of accidental sampling of BMT customers Adzkiyah Khidmatul Ummah using a questionnaire with a likert skla in BMT Adzkiyah Khidmatul Ummah in Metro City. Testing the instrument requirements used include validity, reliability testing. Requirements analysis using normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test. And analysis tools using multiple linear regression with partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coef icient of determination test (R2). As testing requirements analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis obtained location influences customer satisfaction, the quality of savings products does not af ect customer satisfaction, and service quality influences customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of each dimension of service quality on the level of satisfaction of inpatients which dimensions of service quality are more dominant in influencing the level of satisfaction of inpatients The analytical tool in question is: validity test and reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, coef icient of determination, t test and F test. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the dimensions of direct evidence (tangibles) have a significant ef ect on the level of satisfaction of inpatients at Dr. Abdul Rivai General Hospital, while reliability, responsiveness, assurance and attention have no significant ef ect. Tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and attention can provide a positive and significant influence together or simultaneously on patient satisfaction at Dr. Abdul Rivai General Hospital. The most dominant dimension of influence on the satisfaction of hospitalized patients at Dr. Abdul Rivai General Hospital is a dimension of direct evidence (tangibles), with a regression coef icient of 0.965 or 96.5%. The coef icient of determination or R Square is 97.4%, while the remaining 2.6% is influenced by other factors besides the five dimensions of service quality

The development of a company will illustrate the increasing asset of a company that will describe the value of a company. Company value can be reflected from financial performance (EPS, ROA and NPM) as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure. In this research firm value is analyzed with financial performance data and corporate CSR in 5th interval from year 2011 to 2015. Based on research that has been done show that financial performance proxy with ratio of EPS, ROA and NPM partially only NPM which have significant influence, where The company's value will increase 2,207 if the company's net income is generated high. In addition, corporate value is also proxied with the disclosure of social responsibility (CSR), in this study CSR does not significantly influence. Corporate performance and social responsibility disclosure simultaneously based on the research that has been done have an ef ect on simultaneously and significantly. This is indicated by the value of testing the value of F - Calculate is greater than the value of F - Table. The test results obtained value F - count 3.079, the value when compared with the value of t - table has a larger value, for t - table produced with df = 4 and N = 54 of 2.54. This indicates that financial performance simultaneously / simultaneously af ect the value of the company. And based on the result of testing the significance value of 0,024 <0,05, this result indicate that financial performance and disclosure of social responsibility significantly influence company value.

This study aims to analyze the factors of consumer preferences for shopping at the night market and the impact of these preferences on improving the economic welfare of night market entrepreneurs in Samarinda City. Sampling in this study was carried out by the method of non-probability sampling with convenience sampling technique, an analysis tool used simple linear regression. The results showed that there are 5 factors that influence consumer preferences in choosing the night market as a place to shop, of the 5 factors, the most dominant factor is the product. The diversity of products provided at the night market is considered to meet consumer expectations. With the Kaiser- Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test and Bartlett's Test, it shows a value of 0.672 so that the factor analysis process is feasible and the Barlett's Test of significance level of 0,000 shows that there is no correlation between variables so that factor analysis can be done. Meanwhile, the impact of consumer preferences on improving economic welfare can be seen from the results of t count of 5.270 with a significance level of 0,000. From the results of the test of the coef icient of determination can be seen by 72.7% increase in welfare of the night market business.
