To maximize the welfare of stakeholders, can be achieved by maximizing the value of the company. But sometimes companies fail to increase that, because of less conscientious in applying factors influencing the value of enterprise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage and the size of the company in the pharmaceutical sector enterprise value on the Stock Exchange. The population in this study is pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2016 which amounted to 10 companies. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the samples obtained are 8 companies. Data collection methods used is non-participant observation. Sources of data is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis shows leverage significant negative effect, and the size of the company and significant positive effect on the value of the company. This study was conducted to examinate the effect of capital structure, dividend policy and liquidity on profitability of bank that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2015 to 2017. This study was associative research. The population of this study were 39 companies and observed during 2015 to 2017. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated samples. Based on these techniques, 39 companies obtained as samples. This study used the secondary data from IDX. The data collection methods used in this study was non participant observation method. The researcher used multiple linear regression as the analytical technique. SPSS 20 was used to help analyze. The result of analysis can be conclude Capital Structure had significant negative effect on profitability, Dividend policy had significant positive effect on profitability and Liquidity had positive significant effect on profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  leverage and  firm size on firm value with profitability as intervening variable on consumer goods industry  in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are companies in the consumer goods industry Indonesian Stock Exchange amounted to 46 companies 2014-2017. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sample that is obtained is 21, a company incorporated in consumer goods industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014-2017. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis and Sobel test. The result shows that leverage has significant negative effect on profitability  and firm size has significant positive effect on profitability. Leverage, firm size, and profitability have significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the effect of leverage on firm value significantly and profitability also mediates the effect of firm size  on firm value significantly.

The research aims to examine the effect of exchange rates on stock returns through profitability. The study was conducted on mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange which numbered 49 companies. Samples were determined by a purposive sampling method totaling 7 companies that were studied for 3 years of observation using quarterly reports, so there are 84 observation datas. Data collection methods and data analysis techniques used are non-participant observation methods and path analysis. The results showed that the exchange rate had a significant negative effect on stock returns and profitability. Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock returns, and exchange rates have indirect influence on stock returns through profitability. The company's financial performance can be used as a tool to measure the overall level of health of a company. One indicator that is often used to measure a company's financial performance is profitability. Profitability is the level of a company's ability to generate profits and measure operational efficiency and the efficiency of the use of its assets. There are several factors that are thought to affect profitability including intellectual capital and leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and leverage on company profitability. This research was conducted on 11 insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with the purpose sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The final results show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on profitability and leverage has a negative effect on company profitability. Banking world is inseparable from the competition of services, service offerings but also bank’s health scores, so banks are required to maintain their health scores. The purpose of this reseach was to know significantion analyze form that ratio IPR, LDR, IRR, PDN, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, NIM, ROA, and CAR has significant influence to bank’s health scores use RBBR metods. Population that wear in this research is BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 bank in Indonesia. The sample were selected used purposive sampling technique. This reseach use secondary data and data collection methods used documentation method. The type of research conducted in this research is causal research is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the calculation and analysis before the result of the research hypotesis that the IPR, LDR, IRR, PDN, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, NIM, ROA dan CAR have significant effect for soudness score on BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 bank. IPR, IRR, NPL, FBIR, ROA and CAR has a negative effect not significant, LDR, PDN, and NIM has a positive effect not significant, BOPO has a negative effect and significant. Of the ten variables studied  BOPO has dominant influence that is equal 24,4 percent among ten other independent variables. Suggestions for bank sample in this research to maintain its operational risks, minimize operational costs and increase operating income so that the health score is increasing every year.

Banking plays an important role in influencing economic activity. Banking is required to gain profit so as to compete in order to maintain its survival. The profit is used to pay for all types of operational costs. This research was conducted in Banking Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period Year 2014 - 2016. The number of samples is 20 banks, with the method of purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by observation or observation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of research, it is known that non performing loan has negative effect on return on asset, loan to deposit ratio has positive effect on return on asset, and capital adequacy ratio has negative effect on return on asset. The research objective was to examine and analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value in companies corporated in LQ 45 and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and test whether leverage can moderate the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. This research is causal research using secondary data. The population of this study is companies that are members of the LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2019. The method of determining the sample uses purposive sampling so that a sample of 10 companies is multiplied by 13 years of research to obtain 130 observations. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and moderating tests with the R Studio tools. The results of this study simultaneously profitability and liquidity have a significant effect on firm value. The results partially profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity has an insignificant negative effect on firm value. Meanwhile, for simultaneous moderating, the results show that leverage can moderate the relationship between profitability and liquidity simultaneously on firm value, and partially leverage cannot moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value. Leverage is not able to moderate the relationship between liquidity and firm value. Keywords: profitability, liquidity, leverage, firm value.

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of financial and non-financial ratios on firm value. This research was conducted on a building construction sub-sector company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples taken was 32 observational samples, with non-probability sampling method, especially the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection is done by non-participant observation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that profitability, managerial ownership and dividend policy have a positive effect on the value of the building construction sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019. This study aims to investigate the effects of Earnings per Share, Price Earnings Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio, both partially and simultaneously, on the Stock Return of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The period of the study was 2013 - 2015. This was an associative study aiming to investigate the effects or relationships of two or more variables. The research sample, consisting of 35 companies, was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique with the research period of 2013 - 2015.  The data analysis technique to answer the research problems was the panel data regression analysis technique using the program of EViews. The results of the study showed that EPS had a significant positive effect on the stock return; this was indicated by the value of t statistics of 2,928136 and a significance value of 0.0074. PER did not have a significant positive effect on the stock return; this was indicated by the value of t statistics of 0,095663 and a significance level of 0,9241. DER had a significant negative effect on the stock return; this was indicated by the value of t statistics of – 0.307209 and a significance value of 0,7596.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial distress with the Altman and Springate Models on stock returns either directly or indirectly by involving earnings management as a mediation. This study uses secondary data from Textile and Garment Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2019, with a sample of 20 companies using sampling so that 100 observations are obtained. The data is obtained from the annual financial statements. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS with the help of WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results of the study provide empirical evidence that financial distress has a positive effect on earnings management, while financial distress and earnings management has a negative effect on stock returns. Earnings management is able to mediate the effect of financial distress on stock returns.
