Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB, dan juga membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah serta gaya transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala likert yang telah diuji kesalahan dan kehandalannya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analisis). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbukti bahwa ada pengaruh positif budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 9,6 %, adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 62,2 %, adanya pengaruh positif motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 24,0 %, adanya pengaruh positif budaya sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK sebesar 20,3 %, dan adanya pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi guru SMK sebesar 67,1 %. Dari hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini maka penulis menyarankan agar Kepala Sekolah seluruh SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB agar memperbaiki budaya sekolah, menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, serta terus menerus memberikan motivasi kerja kepada para guru-guru demi meningkatkan kinerja guru SMK sehingga tercipta sekolah yang berkualitas baik siswa maupun tenaga pengajar di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB. AbstractThis study aims to prove the influence of school culture, the influence of transformational leadership styles, the influence of work motivation on the performance of SMK teachers in Lombok Island, NTB Province, and also to prove the influence of school culture and transformational style on the work motivation of SMK teachers in Lombok Island, NTB Province. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale measuring instrument that has been tested for errors and reliability. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of this study are proof that there is a positive influence of school culture on the performance of SMK teachers is at 9,6 %, the influence of transformational leadership styles on the performance of SMK teachers is at 62.2 %, there is a positive influence of work motivation on the performance of SMK teachers is at 24,0 %, there is a positive influence of school culture on SMK teacher work motivation is at 20,3 %. There is a positive influence of the transformational leadership style on SMK teacher motivation is at 67,1 %. From the results of data analysis in this study, the authors suggest to Head Masters of all SMK in Lombok Island, NTB Province to improve school culture, apply transformational leadership styles, and continuously provide work motivation to teachers in order to improve the performance of SMK teachers so that schools that are good quality students and teachers on the island of Lombok, NTB Province.

Purpose - This study aimed to gain a sense o1qf leadership style, gain a working motivation overview, and  overview of employee performanceDesign / methodology / approach - The method used is an Explanatory Survey with a sample size of 44 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with spss 20.0 for windows programming tool.Findings- Research results show that leadership style is in the category of effective, work motivation is in the strong category and employee performance is in good category. Leadership style and work motivation have a positive influence on employee performanceOriginality / value - This study provides a basis for understanding the style of leadership and work motivation that affects employee performance. The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object of research that is Hotel Cipanas Indah company and use theory or reference different from previous researcher

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work satisfaction on work engagement. The population used in this study were 109 employees of the Petrokimia Gresik Family Employee Cooperative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria working period of at least 5 years, so the number of samples used was 80 people. The analysis model used is path analysis using SPSS. The research results show that: There is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style on work engagement, transformational leadership has positif effect on on work satisfaction, positive and significant effect of work satisfaction on work engagement, and There is a positive influence and significant transformational leadership style on work engagement through work satisfaction. Its indicated that the leaders should be consistent in applying transformational leadership styles and increase employee work satisfaction to increase work engagement for their employees. When employees have work engagement, they will become productive at work so they can make the best contribution to the company.

The ethical behavior of managers greatly influences the success of an organization. But in practice, not a few managers who work outside the rules that have been set so that it behaves unethically. This research was conducted to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of transformational leadership styles and work motivation on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. This research was conducted in 48 cooperatives in Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style has a significant insignificant positive effect on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers, which means that transformational leadership styles are not able to influence the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers, which means that the higher the work motivation of managers, the higher the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of contract employees the role of transformational leadership style on contract employees and organizational commitment of contract employees to the performance at pt. Bank rakyat indonesia denpasar regional office. The method of determining the sample in this study uses the census method, where respondents numbered 54 contract employees who worked in the indonesian people's bank denpasar regional office. The data analysis technique used for this study is multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis of this study indicate that contract employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on contract employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees. Suggestions for the bank rakyat indonesia denpasar regional office should pay attention to continuance commitment to be able to improve the performance of contract employees in order to achieve the organization's long-term goals. Morale for employees has a big impact on company productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture on employee morale at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar. The number of samples was set at 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the analysis, it was found that transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee morale at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar partially and simultaneously. The suggestion in this research is that the management of BPR Angsa Sedanayoga pays more attention to employee morale in terms of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture.

This study has purpose to analyze the effect of transactional leadership styles, transformational leadership styles, and motivation on the performance of academic staff. This study was conducted at the State Islamic Institute of Surakarta with a total sample of 30 respondents in 2020 by using simple random sampling.   The results of the analysis on the variable transactional leadership style showed the value of t = 3.183 and a probability of 0.002, which means that the transactional leadership style has an effect on the performance of academic staff. Then, the results of the analysis on transformational leadership style variables showed the value of tcount = 3.418 and a probability of 0.003, which means that the transformational leadership style has an effect on performance. And the results of the analysis on the work motivation variable showed the value of tcount = 2.251 and a probability of 0.032, when compared to ttable (2.056) which means that work motivation has an effect on performance.   Keywords: transformational leadership, transactional leadership, work motivation, and academic staff performance.

The purpose of this research is to analyze further the effect of transformational leadership style,employee motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study, theresearcher uses of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational cultureas an independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable.Methods of data collection in the research that is used is a questionnaire with a sample of 57permanent employees of PT. BPR Arta Utama Pekalongan (consisting of a central office and fourbranch offices), in which the research is using a sample of census or using the entire population ofemployees of PT. BPR Arta Utama. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiplelinear regression analysis.Based on the multiple linear regression that is performed to produce transformational leadershipstyle, it has a positive and significant impacts on employee performance. <em>The problem of the sewing department of PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang was it never reached the production target in 2019. This purposes of this research are to find out influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. Dependent variabels in this reseach is leadership style and work motivation while dependent variables is employee performance. Data collection used are questionnaires, interview, and literature review. The sample in this study are 95 employees of the sewing devision at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The result of multiple regression indicated that leadership style and work motivation all of them had positive influence on employees performance. The most dominant variable that influence the employee performance is the work motivation. While from the result of determination coeffiecient (Adjusted R Square) indicated that leadership style and work motivation affects employee performance 0.597 or 59.7%. While 40.3 or 40.3% influenced by other variables not examined in this research</em>

This   research   aims   to   know   the   Influence   of   Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The place of this research is at PT. ISS Indonesia at Mall Matahari Daan Mogot.  This research was done to 62 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Thus, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of of double linear regression test. Data collected directly from the respondents by using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and technical data analysis using software SPSS Ver 23. The results of this study show partially and simultaneously, the variable Transformational Leadership Style has no significant effect on Employee Performance PT. ISS Indonesia.
