This study aims to examine the effect of applying the principles of good governance and organizational culture on financial performance. This research was conducted at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Gianyar Regency. The sampling method uses proportionate stratified random sampling. The number of samples of this study were 25 LPDs spread in each district in Gianyar Regency. Data collection was carried out through a survey approach with a questionnaire method and also data collection in the form of LPD financial statements in 2018. The data analysis technique used was the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis test. Based on the test results, it was found that there was a positive influence from the application of good governance principles and organizational culture to the financial performance of LPD in Gianyar Regency. The high demand for accountability in the management of village funds which must be the top priority of the village government is a phenomenon that usually occurs within the scope of village government. Village government does not only demand capability and professionalism but for now emphasizes the realization of a government that is free from corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good governance, human resource competence, and organizational culture on the performance of village fund management in Mengwi District. This study used 75 samples. In collecting data, researchers used a questionnaire method that was distributed directly to respondents. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that Good governance, Human Resource Competence, and Organizational Culture had a significant positive effect on the Performance of Village Fund Management in Mengwi District. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and love of money on the perception of students about professional ethics of accountants. The theory used in this study is the Motivation Theory. The population in this study is all non-regular students class of 2015 in Faculty of Economics and Business Udayana University. The number of samples used in this study were 114 respondents with the technique of determining the sample purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and positive influence of love of money negatively affect the perception of students about professional ethics of accountants. Accountability is the responsibility of the village government regarding the management of village funds to the community in a transparent, honest, orderly and disciplined manner. The purpose of providing village funds is in line with Law no. 6 of 2014 which is to improve the welfare of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of village head leadership, village apparatus competence and community participation on fund management accountability in 8 villages in North Denpasar District with 178 respondents. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership of the village head and the competence of the village apparatus had a positive influence on the accountability of village fund management in North Denpasar District, while community participation had no significant effect on the accountability of village fund management in North Denpasar District. This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) <(1,984) and not significant (0,348)> (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

 ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha  Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. In this case numerous factors should be considered in improving performance of SMEs such as entrepreneurship and market orientations, so this study was conducted with aim to examine the crucial effect of entrepreneurship and market orientations on the business performance to MSMEs. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyze organizational culture and leadership of the sport branch Board and Athlete Performances and impact against KONI (Indonesian National Sport Committee) of Riau Province. The object of research is the Sport Branch Board members of KONI (Indonesian National Sport Committee) of Riau Province. Population in this study is the Sport Branch Board members of KONI of Riau province as many as 165, with a sample of 117 people, by using a formula Solvin. The type of data required in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained from the results of empirical research through deployment questionnaire to the Branch Board Sports, while the secondary data source authors were obtained in the form of ready-made include about organisational profile of KONI of Riau Province.  Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis tools used in the study was a multiple linear regression analysis.  Results from this study showed that: (1) There is a positive effect of the Cultural Organization (X1) on the performance variable (Y1) the coofficient 0,386 with sig = 0.002 ≤ 0,05; (2) there is a positive influence Leadership variable (X2) of the variable Cultural Organization (Y1) the coofficient 0,182 with sig = 0,038 ≤ 0,05; (3) there is a positive influence organizational culture variable (X1) to achievement athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,252 with sig 0,002, 4). there is positive leadership variables (X2) on achievment athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,287 with a value coofficient sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. there is a positive influence organizational culture variables (X1) to the achievement athlete (Y2) with sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Cultural organizations are independent variables that influence is greater than the other independent variables. Coofficient determination or R-square is 79.04%, while 20.96% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Suggestions for further research are to find out other variables that have a greater influence on the performance of government policy, and the development of school sports.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.

Personality types A and B were introduced by Friedman and Ray Roseman. They concluded that people who have personality type A are very competitively oriented and achievement oriented, feeling time is always urgent, it is difficult to relax and become impatient and angry when faced with delays or with people who are considered incompetent. Whereas ti [e personality B is the opposite of personality type B. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The number of samples taken was 150 students. With non probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that personality type A had better performance than students with personality type B. This means that the variable type A personality has a positive influence on student performance. Keywords: Personality types A and B; student performance.
