The purpose of this study is to analyze organizational culture and leadership of the sport branch Board and Athlete Performances and impact against KONI (Indonesian National Sport Committee) of Riau Province. The object of research is the Sport Branch Board members of KONI (Indonesian National Sport Committee) of Riau Province. Population in this study is the Sport Branch Board members of KONI of Riau province as many as 165, with a sample of 117 people, by using a formula Solvin. The type of data required in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained from the results of empirical research through deployment questionnaire to the Branch Board Sports, while the secondary data source authors were obtained in the form of ready-made include about organisational profile of KONI of Riau Province.  Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis tools used in the study was a multiple linear regression analysis.  Results from this study showed that: (1) There is a positive effect of the Cultural Organization (X1) on the performance variable (Y1) the coofficient 0,386 with sig = 0.002 ≤ 0,05; (2) there is a positive influence Leadership variable (X2) of the variable Cultural Organization (Y1) the coofficient 0,182 with sig = 0,038 ≤ 0,05; (3) there is a positive influence organizational culture variable (X1) to achievement athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,252 with sig 0,002, 4). there is positive leadership variables (X2) on achievment athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,287 with a value coofficient sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. there is a positive influence organizational culture variables (X1) to the achievement athlete (Y2) with sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Cultural organizations are independent variables that influence is greater than the other independent variables. Coofficient determination or R-square is 79.04%, while 20.96% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Suggestions for further research are to find out other variables that have a greater influence on the performance of government policy, and the development of school sports.

This study uses correlative or correlational models with the quantitative type of qualitative research. Based on the primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to employees and secondary data in the form of journals, books and etc. By using Multiple Linear Regression analysis, it can be seen the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable partially and the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, organizational culture variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance partially and conversely the satisfaction variable does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, simultaneously organizational culture and satisfaction have sufficient influence on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, location and promotion, both simultaneously and partially whether it has an influence on the decision of consumers to buy a house in Housing Borneo Paradiso Balikpapan. The number of samples in this study were 54 respondents and using census techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data, methods of data collection using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis is simultaneously proven because the four independent variables namely product, price, location and promotion simultaneously have a significant influence on buying decisions and the hypothesis is partially proven that the location variable is the dominant variable in this study.

This study aims to determine whether the Credit Procedure has an influence on Credit Taking Decisions on CV. Sahabat Solution, knowing Service Quality has an influence on Credit Taking Decisions on CV. Sahabat Solution and find out whether Credit Procedure and Service Quality have an influence on Credit Taking Decisions on CV. Sahabat Solution. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers or numerals. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to consumers who buy credit at CV. Sahabat Solution, secondary data is obtained from data data and literature which are related to the issues discussed. The population in this study is the number of consumers who buy credit at CV. Sahabat Solution is 801 people. By using the Slovin formula, the number of samples obtained are 267 people. Data were analyzed using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research analysis show that the credit procedure has a significant and positive influence on credit. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a significant and positive influence on credit.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction. Indicators of leadership style are directive leader, supportive leader, participtive leader and achievement oriented leader. Indicators of organizational culture are clan culture, adhocracy culture, hierarchy culture, and market culture. Indicators of job satisfaction are pay satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, supervision satisfaction, coworker satisfaction, and satisfaction with work itself. The primary data was obtained from questionnaires from 60 samples of 144 employees in PT. Agung Automall branch Sipin in Province Jambi. While secondary data were obtained by literatures. Method data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS program version 16.0. The result of the study showed that leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction are good. The result of a mathematical equation is Y = 0,782 + 0,483X1 + 0,326X2 + e. The result showed variable leadership style and organizational culture has a positive impact on job satisfaction. The influence of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction are 40,4 percents and 59, 6 percents job satisfaction is influenced by another variable.Keywords : leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfac

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) <(1,984) and not significant (0,348)> (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. <p>This study aims to determine how the effects of inflation and exchange rate against <em>ujrah</em>, <em>musyarakah</em>, <em>mutanaqisah</em> PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Pematang Siantar. This research is a field research using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data used are secondary data, ie., data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency report, Report of Bank Indonesia, and the financial statements of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Pematang Siantar. The data were processed using SPSS 16. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the inflation and the exchange rate (the independent variable) affects <em>ujrah</em> in <em>Musharaka</em>h financing <em>mutanaqisah</em> (dependent variable). The independent variables in this study could explain the change by 3.4% and the rest (96.6%) is explained by other variables beyond the variables used. Partially, the level of significant 5% and t <sub>table</sub> of 2034, inflation and exchange rate does not significantly affect the <em>Musharakah</em> financing <em>ujrah</em> <em>mutanaqisah</em>. This is demonstrated by the t <sub>value</sub> inflation of 0. 489 and t<sub>exchange</sub> rate of 0899.</p>
