A person's condition when experiencing physical, mental, or emotional exhaustion is called burnout. This study aims to measure the level of burnout which is influenced by workload and is mediated by work stress. The research location is located at the Regional Hospital (RSD) Mangusada Badung, especially in the Oleg Room with a total sample of 50 nurses with the saturation sampling method. Data collection techniques using interview and dissemination systems. The type of data analysis used was path analysis and single test. The results showed that workload and work stress each had a positive and significant effect on burnout and work stress partially mediated the effect of workload on burnout. This study also provides an understanding that workload and work stress can have a significant effect on burnout, when the workload perceived by nurses is higher, the work stress felt by nurses will be higher so that it has the potential to increase burnout. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of work stress on turnover intention through the mediation of organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Queen’s Tandoor Seminyak restaurant in Badung Regency. The number of samples in this study were 79 employees, through the nonprobability sampling method, especially saturated samples. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study found that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work stress on turnover intention. Management should pay attention to the imposition of work so as not to exceed the ability of employees who can lead to job stress and increase employee involvement in the company. Work motivation is an influential condition for arousing, directing, and maintaining behavior related to the work environment including nurse work motivation. The purpose of this study was to edit the Nurses' Work Motivation in the Inpatient Room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. This type of research uses analytic survey methods. The sampling method uses a total sampling technique with a total sample of 55 nurses in 6 inpatients. Data collection techniques using a work motivation questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate. The results of the study 28 people (50.9%) have high work motivation. The conclusion of the results of this study some nurses have work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room of Majalaya Regional Hospital. Based on the results of the study are expected to require motivation support to increase work motivation of nurses.

The sampling method used was saturated sampling with a total sample of 14 companies. Data collection is done through non-participant observation. The analysis technique used is path analysis carried out using SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on stock returns, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on profitability, influential capital structure negative and significant effect on stock returns, profitability has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, profitability is able to mediate the effect of liquidity on stock returns, and profitability is not able to mediate the effect of capital structure on stock returns. Job satisfaction is a condition where employees feel satisfied with their work. People who express high satisfaction in their work tend to be more productive, while unproductive people tend to experience stress on workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction with motivation as an mediation variable on Denpasar City Revenue Agency. This research was conducted at the Denpasar City Regional Revenue Agency, the number of samples in this study were 92 civil servants with saturated sampling method. Path analysis technique is used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of the study found that job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative and insignificant effect on motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation is able to mediate the influence of work stress on job satisfaction. This means that despite work stress but if supported by high motivation, maximum job satisfaction will arise.

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline in improving nurse performance and to examine the mediating role of motivation. The study used a quantitative approach at the Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Regional Hospital. Data collection using a questionnaire to 72 nurses as respondents. The research variables consisted of work discipline, nurse performance and motivation as mediating variables. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurses' performance; Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurses' motivation, then nurses' motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurses' performance. So motivation plays a role in mediating the effect of work discipline on nurse performance.

The purpose of this study is to explain product innovation plays a role in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. This research was conducted at the fashion industry UKM in Denpasar City. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires in the fashion industry SMEs in Denpasar City. Data analysis in this study used path analysis and sobel test. The results of path analysis and sobel test show that product innovation variables play a role in mediating the effect of market orientation on the marketing performance of the fashion industry SMEs in Denpasar City. The results of this study indicate that the better the fashion industry SMEs in Denpasar City make product innovations, the greater the influence of market orientation on marketing performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on organizational commitment withwork stress as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was undertaken forthis research. This research was conducted at PT. INDOLAKTO Purwosari with a total sample of 88 employees. Data collection was carried out using a survey questionnaire. The hypotheses in this study were tested by path analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of hypothesis testing showed that workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress, Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job stress mediates the relationship between workload and organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compasation on intention to stay with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The sampling method used in this study nonprofit sampling with purposive technique. The total sample in this study was 40 respondents. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was the validity and reliability instrument, the classical assumption test, hypothesis test and path analysis using the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that all items of each variable are valid and reliable. The first model fulfills the criteria for the classical assumption test with no multicolonierity, heteroscedasticity, and fulfills the normality assumption, but in the second model there is multicolonierity. Based on the t test, it shows that job satisfaction and compensation have a significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and compensation have a significant effect on intention to stay, organizational commitment has a significant effect on intention to stay.

Employee performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program of activities or policies in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization which is expressed through the strategic planning of an organization. The purposes of this study are: 1) to determine whether there is an influence between job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of  PT Famed Calibration, 2) to find out whether there is an effect of work stress on employee performance at PT Famed Calibration, 3) to determine whether there is an effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Famed Calibration. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative research approach. The sample used purposive sampling method, namely by directly selecting all employees as many as 70 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 19 software for windows. The study found that all hypotheses in this study have been proven. 1) Job stress and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the PT Famed Calibration, 2) Job satisfaction has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Famed Calibration, 3) Job stress partially affects the performance of PT Famed Calibration

This study aims to see the effect of store atmosphere on emotions and impact on purchasing decisions at Transmart Carrefour Semarang.  The sample in this study were 272 respondents who had made a purchase decision on Transmart Carrefour Semarang. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with purposive sampling method. In testing the hypothesis, the data analysis technique uses Path Analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere significantly influences emotions, and emotions significantly influence purchasing decisions, then the store atmosphere has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Testing of intervening variables in this study shows that emotional variables can influence the indirect effect between store atmospheres on purchasing decisions.
