mediated by profitability. The population used in this study are textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The sampling method used was saturated sampling with a total sample of 14 companies. Data collection is done through non-participant observation. The analysis technique used is path analysis carried out using SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on stock returns, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on profitability, influential capital structure negative and significant effect on stock returns, profitability has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, profitability is able to mediate the effect of liquidity on stock returns, and profitability is not able to mediate the effect of capital structure on stock returns. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2013-2016. The number of samples used are 37 companies selected through purposive sampling method with 4 years of observation so that the total sample used to be 148 samples.. The Eckel Index is used as a distinguishing indicator between firms that do income smoothing and do not make income smoothing. Data collection was done by non participant observation method. Data analysis technique used is logistic regression. Based on the results of analysis in this study indicate that profitability variables affect the income smoothing, while the variable size of the company, financial leverage, and winner/loser stock has no effect on income smoothing. The amount of dividends distributed to shareholders depends on the company's dividend policy. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability on dividend policy with an investment opportunity set as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at companies classified as LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling to obtain 87 observations. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on research results, it is known that profitability has a positive and significant effect on investment opportunity set. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment opportunity set is able to mediate the effect of profitability on dividend policy.

The research aims to examine the effect of exchange rates on stock returns through profitability. The study was conducted on mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange which numbered 49 companies. Samples were determined by a purposive sampling method totaling 7 companies that were studied for 3 years of observation using quarterly reports, so there are 84 observation datas. Data collection methods and data analysis techniques used are non-participant observation methods and path analysis. The results showed that the exchange rate had a significant negative effect on stock returns and profitability. Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock returns, and exchange rates have indirect influence on stock returns through profitability. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on stock returns with capital structure as a moderating variable in cosmetic and household needs companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique in this study is inferential statistics (linear regression) using MRA, with a significant level of 5 percent using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that ROE has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. DER is not able to moderate the effect of ROE on stock returns in cosmetic companies and household needs for the 2011-2018 period.Keywords:ROE, Return Saham, DER

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, managerial ownership, and income variability on the company's capital structure (DER). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017- 2019 period. The population in this study were 181 companies, using the purposive sampling method the research sample was obtained as many as 46 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique with Eviews version 11 as a tool. Based on the research results, it is found that the asset structure has no effect on the capital structure. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable firm size (Size), business risk (risk), and liquidity (CR) of the debt policy (DTA) and the effect of the debt policy on firm value (PBV) in the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) the period of 2007-2011. This study uses purposive sampling method to take samples. The data obtained based on the publication of Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), obtained a total sample of 32 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis stages. Hypothesis testing using the t test. Similarly, the business risk variable positive and significant effect on the debt policy because it has a significance value smaller than 5% level. While the liquidity variable and significant negative effect on the debt policy because it has significant value which is lower than the 5% significance level. And the debt policy itself has a positive and significant impact on firm value.

Capital structure is a combination or source of payment mixor long-term debt. Capital structure shows the proportion of the use of debt to finance the company's investment, so that by knowing the capital structure of the company, investors can find out the balance between the risk and return on investment. The objective of this research is to find influence signification of firm size, tangibility assets, and managerial ownership on capital structure in retail company at Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. Data collection in this research using nonparticipant observation methods, researchers can make observations as data collection without getting involved from observed phenomena. Sampling in this research using non probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling where sampling uses certain considerations. This research uses quantitative data and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research showed that firm size and tangibility assets has positive and significant effect to the capital structure, and managerial ownership has negative and significant effect to the capital structure. This research was conducted on consumers who have already purchased isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City. The number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents, with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis (analyze path). Based on respondents' data, it can be directly seen that: (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (4) brand image acts as a mediating variable between product quality variables and repurchase intention. The findings of this study conclude that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the brand image and consumer repurchase intention on isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City, the brand image is able to mediate the quality of the product against repurchase intention. The firm value can be interpreted as a measure of the success of the firm’s performance in increasing the prosperity of shareholders. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of profitability and capital structure on the firm value and the role of the capital structure as an mediating variable in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019. The sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling technique with total sample of 44 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. This study finds the results that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive on capital structure, capital structure has a non significant effect on firm value, and capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value of property and real estate.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size and leverage of the financial sector bond ratings in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The total sample of 36 manufacturing sectors the company's bond period in 2017, using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the logistic regression analysis and data processing using Eviews 9. The analysis showed that the positive effect on the profitability of bond ratings. liquidity positively affects bond ratings. Firm size positively affects bond ratings. Leverage negatively affect bond ratings. Companies should pay more attention and be able to increase the value of the company's liquidity so that companies ranked category of investment-grade bonds because investors are more interested in investing in bonds in the company investment-grade category.
