The aim of this study are : First, to explore the effect of brand image on customer loyalty. Second, to explore the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction. Third, to explore the effect of customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty. Fourth, to find out if customer satisfaction can mediate brand image towards customer loyalty.  The method of data collection is convenience sampling.  The samples of this research are collected from 135 respondens, who are the customers of Brand x in Jakarta.  The technique of data analysis used in this study was regression analysis and mediating test to find put the hypotheses. The results are : (a) the effect between brand image have a significant and positive impact toward customer loyalty; (b)  the effect between brand image have a significant and positive impact toward customer satisfaction; (c) customer satisfaction has a positive impact on customer loyalty; (d) customer satisfaction will mediate the effect of  brand image towards customer loyalty.

It has often been argued that customer satisfaction can contribute significantly to a company’s success in a variety of ways. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image, perceived price and service quality on customer satisfaction. The method of data collection is convenience sampling. The samples of this research are collected from 109 respondents, who are the customers in one of the biggest smartphone service center in Jakarta. The technique of data analysis used in this study was regression analysis. The result is: the relationship between brand image, perceived price and service quality have a significant and positive impact toward customer satisfaction.

The aim of this study are: First, to explore the effect of brand image on purchase intntion. Second, to explore the effect of service quality on purchase intention. The method of data collection is convenience sampling. The samples of this research are collected from 150 respondens, who are the customers of Coffee shop in Jakarta. The technique of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis and classic assumption test. Testing the result of Hypoteses used the F-test, t-test, and R2. The results are: (a) the effect between brand image have a significant and positive impact toward purchase intention; (b) the effect between service quality have a significant and positive impact toward purchase intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : pertama, untuk menguji efek dari brand image terhadap minat beli. Kedua, untuk menguji efek dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli. Metode dari pengambilan data adalah convenience sampling. Sampel merupakan pelanggan kedai kopi di Jakarta. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 150 responden. Teknik dari data analisis penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dan Uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian hasil hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F, Uji-t, dan R2.. Hasilnya adalah : Hasilnya adalah (a) brand image mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. (b) service quality mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention.

The aim of this study are: Frist, to explore the effect of service quality towards customer satisfaction. Second , to explore the effect of trust towards customer satisfaction. The method of data collection is convenience sampling. The sample of this research are collected from 186 respondent, who used one of these online shops in Jakarta. The technique of data analysis used in this study was regression analysis via the statistical package for social sciences computer programme version 18. The result are: (1) service quality has a positive impact towards customer satisfaction; (2) trust has a positive impact towards customer satisfaction.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of brand image, brand awareness, and product quality on the consumer’s purchase decision. The population of this research were students of Tarumanagara University in Jakarta. The sampling frame was limited to those of the Economic Faculty. The non-probabilistic convenience sampling method was used in this research. The method of data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The technique of data analysis used was the multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research showed that purchase decision is positively and significantly affected by brand image, brand awareness, and product quality.

This study aims 1) To test and explain the effect of brand image on customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek. 2) To test and explain the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek. 3) To test and explain the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek and 4) To test and explain customer satisfaction mediation relationship between brand image with customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek.Penelitian using eksplanasi research methods conducted through data collection in the field. The assumptions used in this study are the variables that can be measured by using the responses of respondents with questionnaires, TITIN Trenggalek Household consumer population, and samples of 100 respondents / consumers, data analysis using multiple linear regression statistic method, test sobel and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research indicate that 1) Brand imagedapat improve customer loyalty at Restaurant TITIN Trenggalek.2) Brand imagedapat improve customer satisfaction at Restaurant TITIN Trenggalek. 3) customer satisfaction can increase customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek and 4) Customer satisfaction mediate the relationship between brand image with customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek.

The aim of this study are : first, to explore the effect of brand personality towards commitment to the brand. Second, to explore the effect of trust in the brand towards commitment to the brand. Third, to explore the effect of attachment to the brand towards commitment to the brand. The method of data collection is convenience sampling. The samples of this research are colleted from 113 respondent. The technique of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis via the SPSS computer programme version 26. The results are : first, brand personality hasn’t a positive impact towards commitment to the brand. Second, trust in the brand hasn’t a positive impact towards commitment to the brand. Third, attachment to the brand has a positive and the main impact towards commitment to the brand.

Second, to explore the effect of  customer perceived value , service quality, and physical  environment on customer satisfaction. Fourth, to find out if customer satisfaction can mediate  customer perceived value , service quality, and physical  environment towards customer loyalty.  The method of data collection is purposive sampling.  The samples of this research are collected from 326 respondents, who are the customers of  furniture store in Jakarta.  The technique of data analysis used in this study was regression analysis and mediating test to find put the hypotheses. The results are : (a) the relationship between customer perceived value , service quality, and physical  environment have a significant and positive impact toward customer loyalty; (b)  the relationship between customer perceived value , service quality, and physical  environment have a significant and positive impact toward customer satisfaction; (c) customer satisfaction has a positive impact on customer loyalty; (d) customer satisfaction  will mediate the effect of  customer perceived value , service quality, and physical  environment towards customer loyalty.

: Tujuan penelitian: (a) untuk mengetahui pengaruh service fairness, empathy dan physical environment terhadap customer loyalty; (b) untuk mengetahui pengaruh service fairness, empathy dan physical environment terhadap customer satisfaction; (c) untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty; (d) untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer satisfaction dalam memediasi service fairness, empathy dan physical environment terhadap customer loyalty. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan salah satu kedai kopi di Jakarta. Sampel diperoleh dari pelanggan salah satu kedai kopi di Jakarta Barat. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive dengan jumlah 250 responden.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian: (a) service fairness, empathy dan physical environment mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap customer loyalty; (b) service fairness, empathy dan physical environment mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap customer satisfaction; (c) customer satisfaction mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty; (d) customer satisfaction dapat memediasi pengaruh antara service fairness, empathy dan physical environment terhadap customer loyalty.The purposes of this study are: First, to explore the effect among service fairness, empathy and physical environment on customer loyalty. Second, to explore the effect among service fairness, empathy and physical environment on satisfaction. Third, to explore the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. In the past the function of the hotel was only as a place to stay for consumers who travel on business or tourism and do not have a relationship or family at their destination. Sharia concept hotels continue to grow along with the needs of Muslim consumers around the world. The concept of sharia hotels also continues to grow in Indonesia, especially in the Yogyakarta region as one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and brand image on customer loyalty of sharia hotels in Yogyakarta Special Region both partially and simultaneously.This type of research is causally comparative. The variables in this study are price, service quality, brand image and customer loyalty. The population in this study are customers who have visited sharia hotels in Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by nonrandom sampling, specifically using purposive sampling where the sample was taken from the population, with the following criteria: 1) Customers who had stayed in sharia hotels in Yogyakarta more than twice, and 2) Respondents aged 18 years. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Prices have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (3) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; and (4) Price, service quality, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
