In the past the function of the hotel was only as a place to stay for consumers who travel on business or tourism and do not have a relationship or family at their destination. Sharia concept hotels continue to grow along with the needs of Muslim consumers around the world. The concept of sharia hotels also continues to grow in Indonesia, especially in the Yogyakarta region as one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and brand image on customer loyalty of sharia hotels in Yogyakarta Special Region both partially and simultaneously.This type of research is causally comparative. The variables in this study are price, service quality, brand image and customer loyalty. The population in this study are customers who have visited sharia hotels in Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by nonrandom sampling, specifically using purposive sampling where the sample was taken from the population, with the following criteria: 1) Customers who had stayed in sharia hotels in Yogyakarta more than twice, and 2) Respondents aged 18 years. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Prices have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (3) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; and (4) Price, service quality, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This study aims 1) To test and explain the effect of brand image on customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek. 2) To test and explain the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek. 3) To test and explain the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek and 4) To test and explain customer satisfaction mediation relationship between brand image with customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek.Penelitian using eksplanasi research methods conducted through data collection in the field. The assumptions used in this study are the variables that can be measured by using the responses of respondents with questionnaires, TITIN Trenggalek Household consumer population, and samples of 100 respondents / consumers, data analysis using multiple linear regression statistic method, test sobel and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research indicate that 1) Brand imagedapat improve customer loyalty at Restaurant TITIN Trenggalek.2) Brand imagedapat improve customer satisfaction at Restaurant TITIN Trenggalek. 3) customer satisfaction can increase customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek and 4) Customer satisfaction mediate the relationship between brand image with customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek.

This research aims to analyze the impact of Service Quality, Price Perception and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction of The User of Online Transportation (Case on The User of GrabBike in Medan). Data collection empasys a sample of 100 from 32 items using Likert Scale standard of measurement. In this research, free variables consist of service quality, price perception, and brand image. Bound variable is customer satisfaction. Testing includes test the validity, reliability test and assumptions classic. While the method of data analysis used multiple linear regression.The result of ttest showed that the service quality, price perception and brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of signification value for each variable, both variables X and variable Y is above the alpha value (0.05), resulting in acceptance of H1and H0rejection. The result of F test showed that the service quality, price perception and brand imageworked togetherto gave positive and significant contribute on customer satisfaction.In accordance with a multiple linear regression equation, Y = 2,689 + 0,106 X1 + 0,133X2 + 0,141X3 +e. So in essence, variable X has a significant effect at customer satisfaction.The result of this research were brand image has the highest significant effect to customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotions (X3) on customer satisfaction at Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage. The study used a quantitative approach and was conducted from March to June 2020. Purposive sampling was used. 120 people were included in the research and 97 people were selected as samples. Participants were customers of Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage who had visited at least 2 times. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved linear regression, hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests, using the SPSS program. Price and service quality had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction, but promotions did not. Keywords: price, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. This study aims to examine the effect of Service Quality, Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction on Logistics Customer Loyalty at PT. Tiki Track Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) in the City of Gresik. Then a literature review and the preparation of hypotheses were carried out, data were also obtained from questionnaires on 96 Gresik people who had used PT. Tiki Nugraha Ekakurir Line (JNE) using nonprobability sampling technique. Testing is done using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that service quality significantly affects customer loyalty, brand image significantly influences customer loyalty and customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty.

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction from customers that arise after using or consuming a product / service. The purpose of this study is to determine how promotion and quality influence Grab customer satisfaction in Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that the effect of promotion and service quality on Grab service satisfaction in Denpasar City is partially and simultaneously significant.

This research aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty towards Netflix’s user. This research uses quantitative method and the data collection use survey method with questionnaires as the instrument. The sample of this research is 200 respondents who live in DKI Jakarta and have used Netflix in the past 6 months. Data were analyzed using software SPSS version 25 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from Lisrel 8.8 to process and analyze the research data. The result of hypothesis testing shows that e-service quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. However, e-service quality has significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The result also found that brand image has significant effect on both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction has the most influence on customer loyalty

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and brand image on interest in buying Iphone 12 in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 4,175 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, while the sample in this study used the slovin formula as many as 98 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program.
