Millennials is a generation that’s gifted with techonology, they were born surrounded by technology. But as the time goes bye, using all the technologies such as mobile devices and internet would bring a negative effects. With all the easiness to access all information, many people (millennials) find it difficult to differentiate the negative and the positive ones, since the internet would provide all kind of information including the negatives such as pornography. A group of people who spent more time on the internet (more than four hours per-day) would have a higher tendency to premarital sexual behavior (Indrijati, 2017).  As a result now, bunch of millennials are exposed to a sexually transmitted disease (STDs). Due to lack of sex education, preventing and controlling the disease has become a difficult task. Sex education still categorized as a ‘taboo’ thing to be discussed on public, even more to be educated.  This becomes the main reason for many millennials to seek out the information by themselves through the internet, and eventually got exposed by the negative contents such as pornography. By analyzing various elements of sex education as the basis and providing a decent information that’s suitable for the community especially millennials, while also noticing modern entertainment’s development as a catalyst to introduce the program. The idea is to emerge an incorporate elements of sex education and modern entertainment technology into a museum. 3d mapping technology used to provide a whole new experience on public education. The chosen site is on Mangga Besar area which known as the “Eden Garden” at night, because of the culinary center and the nightlife in West Jakarta. This project would also interacts with its surroundings, as an open space for the communities around. This project consisted of some programs which is, supported by 3d mapping room, café, gallery, and seminar room. This project aim to amend people’s perception of sex as a taboo thing to become something that must be educated to all the community.

Communication between parents and their children plays an important role in instilling moral values in avoiding negative behaviours, such as premarital sexual behaviour. This study aims to determine the extent of education and application of the rules by parents to prevent premarital sex. This research employed a descriptive qualitative study through an in-depth interview with four mothers and four children. The selection of informants is done by purposive sampling. The theory used was the rules theory with the rule-governing specification, purposed by Shimanoff. The results showed that awareness of the importance of sex education and the dangers of premarital sex was relatively low because it was considered inappropriate to discuss it with their children. As a result, their children obtained sex-related information mostly from other sources, such as peers and the internet. This resulted in the misinterpretation of information which encouraged negative behaviours which have intensified without any binding rules from parents.

Introduction: Trichomoniasis is a worldwide sexually transmitted disease caused by Trichomonas vaginalis. It inflicts severe complications to the human genitourinary system. The devastating negative effects and the emergence of resistance to common medication impose the search for safer and effective alternatives. This research aimed to investigate the effect of the Allium sativum, Nigella sativa crude extracts (NsCE) and the combination between their most effective doses with metronidazole. Methodology: Vaginal swabs were obtained from symptomatic patients, and cultured on Diamond's medium. Assessment of various concentrations of these herbs at different follow-up periods was done by counting the number of dead T. vaginalis trophozoites using the hemocytometer and trypan blue staining. Transmission electron microscope study was done. Results: NsCE 9 mg/mL yielded the highest lethal effect on T. vaginalis trophozoites after 72 hours, compared with metronidazole. Combination of NsCE 9 mg/mL and metronidazole 50 µg/mL gave the best result. Additionally, Tomex90 µg/mL, represents a tolerable effect after 72 hours, but metronidazole 100 µg/mL still has higher effect. These results were confirmed by the ultrastructural changes observed in T. vaginalis trophozoites, signifying severe damage of nucleus and cytoplasm with large vacuolization and cell membrane defects. Conclusions: NsCE is a promising anti-Trichomonas especially its combination with metronidazole which showed a high synergistic effect.

By analysing data randomly collected via administration of questionnaire by interview of individuals on sexual risk behaviour to 628 young people living in Osogbo, Nigeria, the results of the questionnaire revealed that the mean age of first sexual encounter was 17.4 years for men and 16.5 years for women. Men tended to have multiple sexual partners more than the women (74.4% and 25.1%, respectively), while there was a highly significant relationship between sexually transmitted disease and multiple sexual partners among singles with P<0.001 and P= 0.000. We concluded that parents and government alike should teach sex education at home, and in schools involving intensive counselling.

Where we access the internet dictates what we see or, more importantly, do not see online. Access to online media content and information on the internet is controlled worldwide by a process called geoblocking. The term geoblocking refers to the process whereby a website blocks a user's access to digital media content or other information based on their geographic location. While it is possible that openness can exist on the internet, this dissertation asserts that the internet is not a completely free and open space as it continues to be shaped and bordered by media corporations, governments, and audiences. This dissertation further argues that geoblocking media content is an economic, political, and social reaction against the perceived danger of digital permeability of national borders through the internet. This dissertation examines how traditional, older models of media distribution and exhibition based on national borders, persist when the internet allows for global media access. Because of globalization, media corporations, governments, and the audience are in a connected loop where each are negotiating the real and virtual positive and negative effects of economic, political, cultural, and technological globalization. This dissertation finds that media corporations, governments, and the audience are responsible for using geoblocking to serve their varying motivations for maintaining control over accessibility of content and information. Examining geoblocking from the perspectives of media corporations and governments and the audience gives us further insight into the larger whole of the digital and real infrastructure of the internet -- where it is located, who has power over it, and who has access or not and why. By analyzing the relationships between media corporations, and motivations this study shows an uneven power distribution exists with media corporations and governments maintaining most of the control with the ability to dictate audience behaviors online to match their expectations and offline model. It is determined that what is at stake when geoblocking borders off the world by censoring content on the internet is: balance or power, access, and freedom.

The challenges posed by the implementation of sex education within a social context, by teachers or parents, are impasses that compromise adolescents’ and young adults’ sexual health, resulting in sexual risk behaviors. This study evaluated the forms of sex education, knowledge about sexually transmitted infections, and the vulnerability of university students within the Brazilian Legal Amazon. A total of 149 healthcare students provided their sociodemographic data and how they obtain information about safe sex practices. The data collected were evaluated using the Sexually Transmitted Disease Knowledge Questionnaire (STD-KQ) questionnaire. Bivariate analyses and Pearson correlation were performed. The sources of sex education were primarily accessed by students approaching course completion and female students nearing graduation, through teachers, specialized books, media, and friends. In general, men were found to have a higher degree of knowledge about STIs, while women reported feeling less protected sexually. Time spent at the university and the knowledge men possess were not found to reduce risky behavior. This cross-sectional study confirms that interventions to combat misinformation in the face of risky sexual behaviors and their consequences should be prioritized and should consider the gender of individuals and all the differences in the perceptions and actions of both male and female healthcare students.

The objective of this studywas to describe Web sites with sex education material and assess the accessibility of specific information on the Internet. First, the authors conducted a review of Web sites using specific sex education keywords. Second, 27 undergraduate students were asked to locate information on proper condom use and sexually transmitted disease (STD) symptoms. The time, number of search attempts, and number of clicks needed to identify each piece of information were recorded. The authors identified 41 sites with sex education material from almost 6 million pages yielded by the keywords. Sixty-three percent of the 1,556 most compatible pages were categorized as pornography. The students found the information on condom use and STD symptoms in an average of 4 minutes, using fewer then six clicks and two searches. The authors concluded that general information on sex education is difficult to locate on the Internet and often lacks essential elements, but accurate and useful information on specific topics can be more easily obtained.
