With the development of Chinese medical insurance industry, the amount of claim cases is growing rapidly. Ultimately, more claims necessarily indicate that the insurance company has to spend much time assessing claims and decides how much compensation the claimant should receive, which is a highly professional process that involves many complex operations. Therefore, the insurance assessor's role is essential. However, for the junior assessor often lacking in practical experience, it is not easy to quickly handle such an online procedure. In order to alleviate assessors' cognitive workload, we propose an Intelligent Insurance Assessment System (IIAS) that helps effectively collect claimant information through online real-time conversation analysis. With the assistance of IIAS, the average time cost of the insurance assessment procedure is reduced from 55 minutes to 35 minutes.

Abstract Adoption of Robotic-Assisted Surgery has steadily increased as it improves the surgeon’s dexterity and visualization. Despite these advantages, the success of a robotic procedure is highly dependent on the availability of a proficient surgical assistant that can collaborate with the surgeon. With the introduction of novel medical devices, the surgeon has taken over some of the surgical assistant’s tasks to increase their independence. This, however, has also resulted in surgeons experiencing higher levels of cognitive demands that can lead to reduced performance. In this work, we proposed a neurotechnology-based semi-autonomous assistant to release the main surgeon of the additional cognitive demands of a critical support task: blood suction. To create a more synergistic collaboration between the surgeon and the robotic assistant, a real-time cognitive workload assessment system based on EEG signals and eye-tracking was introduced. A computational experiment demonstrates that cognitive workload can be effectively detected with an 80% accuracy. Then, we show how the surgical performance can be improved by using the neurotechnological autonomous assistant as a close feedback loop to prevent states of high cognitive demands. Our findings highlight the potential of utilizing real-time cognitive workload assessments to improve the collaboration between an autonomous algorithm and the surgeon.

Transmission power towers play an important role in power delivery systems. In recent years, some important results on reliability of transmission towers have been obtained based on theoretical analysis, but there are very few practical application systems of real-time condition monitoring. This paper proposes a new real-time reliable condition assessment system for 500kV transmission power towers based on stress measurement. The necessity of such systems and the architecture of the online monitoring system will first be presented. Through calculating the stress distribution condition of different components of the transmission tower under typical working conditions, those positions with relatively high failure probability in the transmission tower can be identified monitored for installing the stress sensors on them. A new method is presented for calculating the reliability index of the transmission tower structure is also developed based on the mechanical structure of the tower. In particular, the tower structure is simplified to a series system, and the Ditlevsen’s bounds is used to estimate the reliability of the tower system. Finally, a designed example for the online reliable condition assessment procedure is given using a 500kV oxytropis tower as an illustration.

In the current medical insurance claims process, there are problems of low efficiency and complex services. When a patient applies for medical insurance claims, he/she must go to the hospital to apply for a diagnosis certificate and receipt and then send the relevant application documents to the insurance company. The patient will not receive compensation until the company completes the verification with the patient’s hospital. However, we can improve the current dilemma through blockchain technology. Blockchain technology can effectively open up the information channels of the insurance industry and medical institutions, promote industry integration, and enhance the ability of insurance companies to obtain information. In this research, we used blockchain and smart contract technology to make the following contributions to the development of Internet insurance. First, blockchain and smart contract technology can effectively solve the problem of online underwriting. Second, it is conducive to improving supervision. Third, it is conducive to solving risk control problems. Fourth, it is conducive to effective anti-money laundering. The proposed scheme fulfills the following security requirements: mutual authentication of identities, non-repudiation between each of two roles, and other major blockchain-based security requirements. In the event of a dispute, we also proposed an arbitration mechanism to divide responsibilities.

The growth of life insurance has been mainly depending on the risk of insured people. These risks are unevenly distributed among the people which can be captured from different characteristics and lifestyle. These unknown distribution needs to be analyzed from        historical data and use for underwriting and policy-making in life insurance industry. Traditionally risk is calculated from selected     features known as risk factors but today it becomes important to know these risk factors in high dimensional feature space. Clustering in high dimensional feature is a challenging task mainly because of the curse of dimensionality and noisy features. Hence the use of data mining and machine learning techniques should experiment to see some interesting pattern and behaviour. This will help life insurance company to protect from financial loss to the insured person and company as well. This paper focuses on analyzing hidden correlation among features and use it for risk calculation of an individual customer.

Currently, technology has developed quite rapidly and covers all aspects, including in the insurance industry. Almost every insurance company has a website or social media that can be accessed by all internet users as a means of promotion and transactions. PT. Asuransi Cakrawala Proteksi is an insurance company that also carries out promotions through websites and social media. This research will discuss the customer satisfaction of PT. Asuransi Cakrawala Protection with the role of social media. Customer satisfaction is determined by looking at the difference between the actual value received and the expected value using the website and social media Facebook. From calculating the level of customer satisfaction with ServQual dimensions and simple analysis, a strategy will be produced to maintain or increase customer satisfaction.

Medical coverage is budgetary instrument with which individuals are shielded against catastrophic financial weight emerging from unforeseen disease or damage. Having a well working protection system ensures pooling of assets to cover dangers. The medical coverage segment in India is in a beginning stage and a mere 9% of the complete populace is secured under any plan of medical coverage since Health Insurance policies are administrations and henceforth elusive in nature. So there is no prompt shot of acknowledging the services whether fortunate or unfortunate. Indian Insurance Industry has encountered a swelling impact after globalization and the progression of the economy. After the financial advancement, the paradigm changed from focal arranging, direction and control to showcase driven improvement. The level of buying of medical coverage shifts from individual to individual. It relies on numerous variables. The elements can be classified into individual, social, financial, mental and friends related factors. On the off chance that the health insurance business wishes to pull its weight in forming this immense market, it needs to examine the major factors impacting the buy of medical coverage arrangements, With rivalry developing perpetually, insurers need to be in the nonstop procedure of item advancement concoct inventive approaches to contribute toward actualizing the administration's need of offering medical coverage to poor. The current health insurance projects required considerable changes to make them increasingly effective and socially helpful.

The main tasks of the Olympiad of diploma projects of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport are to improve the quality of training, develop the creative abilities of students, increase the interest of students and teachers in the development and improvement of the railway industry, and form highly qualified human resources. The practice of participation of branches (structural units) of secondary vocational education of the Irkutsk State Transport University shows that not all indicators can be achieved. The educational process in secondary vocational education is focused on preparing for practical activities in production. In accordance with federal state educational standards for secondary vocational education programs, a student must master general and professional competencies, acquire certain knowledge, skills and practical experience. It is proposed to make a number of changes in the system of evaluating the Olympiad of diploma projects in terms of criteria. The assessment system of the Olympiad must be adapted taking into account the possibilities of secondary vocational education to stimulate the participation of structural units in their conduct.
