RESUMEN: El presente artículo tiene como objetivo dar cuenta e invitar a la reflexión sobre los cambios exponenciales propios de los tiempos que corren generados por el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC), en prácticamente todos los ámbitos de la sociedad, los cuales han tenido diversos efectos en la aldea global, incluyendo el jurídico, especialmente el que regula el modelo de organización electoral de nuestro país; efectos –positivos y negativos- que pueden llegar a condicionar el ejercicio efectivo de los derechos político-electorales y los derechos con los cuales se vinculan, circunstancia por la que se estima tales efectos deben ser conocidos, comprendidos y regulados, oportuna y formalmente, con la finalidad de garantizar el ejercicio eficaz de los derechos referidos. Palabras clave: TIC, Derechos político-electorales, Organización Electoral, Internet, Redes Sociales.ABSTRACT: This article aims to give an account and invite reflection on the exponential changes of the times that are generated by the use of new information and communication technologies (ICT), in virtually all areas of society, which have had various effects on the global village, including the legal one, especially the one that regulates our country's electoral organization model; effects - positive and negative - that may affect the effective exercise of political-electoral rights and the rights with which they are linked, a circumstance for which such effects are estimated should be known, understood and regulated, timely and formally, with the purpose of guaranteeing the effective exercise of the aforementioned rights.Keyswords: TIC´S, Political-electoral rights, Electoral Organization, Internet, Social networks.

The Spanish educative system is currently going through difficult times. Violence in schools, combined with a high failure rate, outlines the necessity of an education in values. On the one hand, mass media, together with the new information and communication technologies, play a crucial part in the development of civic ethics. On the other hand, the role of television, cinema and the Internet is decisive for the shaping of schoolchildren’s cultural identity. It is therefore primordial to conform the pedagogy of both the images and messages emitted on these media in order to enhance the pupils’ critical abilities, their social conscience building, as well as their cultural training. Vivimos momentos difíciles en nuestro sistema educativo. La violencia en las aulas y el fracaso escolar de un gran número de chicos y chicas, nos obliga a plantearnos la necesidad de una educación en valores. Los medios de comunicación de masas y las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación juegan un papel fundamental en la conformación de la ética ciudadana. La televisión, el cine e Internet participan en la actualidad de una manera decisiva en la formación de la identidad cultural de los niños y jóvenes en edad escolar. Una pedagogía de las imágenes y mensajes que se emiten y comparten en estos medios, es fundamental para desarrollar la capacidad crítica del alumnado, despertar su conciencia social y propiciar su formación cultural.

Resumen: En la era del boom tecnológico en la que todas las actividades diarias se ven afectadas por el uso de nuevas tecnologías, es importante descubrir las carencias de la enseñanza de la traducción e interpretación en general y de la traducción e interpretación especializada en lenguas minoritarias en particular. Además, en la actual sociedad multicultural resulta esencial poder dominar las herramientas informáticas que tienen como propósito facilitar el trabajo del traductor/intérprete y eso se puede realizar a través de un esfuerzo coordinado entre las distintas instituciones formativas a nivel nacional e internacional. En este breve trabajo nos proponemos, por un lado, presentar algunos proyectos e iniciativas relacionados con la formación de los alumnos de Traducción e Interpretación en el campo de las tecnologías de información y comunicación y, por otro, describir algunas herramientas de utilidad para la creación de corpus por los mismos alumnos en general y por los alumnos de combinaciones lingüísticas que cuentan con pocos diccionarios bilingües, como la combinación rumano-español.Abstract: In the era of the technological boom, in which all daily activities are affected by the use of new technologies, it is important to discover the shortcomings of the teaching of translation and interpretation in general and of translation and specialized interpretation in minority languages in particular. Moreover, in today's multicultural society, it is essential to be able to master computer tools that have the purpose of facilitating the work of the translator / interpreter and this can be done through a coordinated effort between the different training institutions at national and international level. This short paper has two aims: on the one hand, to present some projects and initiatives related to the training of Translation and Interpreting students in the field of information and communication technologies and, on the other hand, to describe some useful tools for the creation of corpus by the students in general and by the students of linguistic combinations that have few bilingual dictionaries, such as students from the Romanian-Spanish combination, among other minority languages.

In this paper, the authors present a scale elaborated in order to find out towards training and continuum improvement in NICT (new information and communication technologies) of education professionals, since this attitude is negative to them. This may be En este artículo se presenta una escala elaborada con el fin de conocer las actitudes sobre la formación y perfeccionamiento en las nuevas tecnologías de la información (NTIC) de los profesionales de la educación ya que muchos no han desarrollado aún una actitud favorable hacia ellas. Ésta puede ser una de las razones por las que no las utilicen en el aula, lo que conlleva una falta de aprovechamiento de los beneficios que pueden aportar tanto a su trabajo como al aprendizaje de sus alumnos. Para ello, después se teoriza sobre las actitudes y la formación y perfeccionamiento en NTIC, finalizando con la construcción de una Escala Likert.

Abstract:This paper aims at providing a contribution to the comprehensive review of the impact of information and communication, and their supporting technologies, in the current transformation of human life in the infosphere. The paper also offers an example of the power of new social approaches to the use of information and communication technologies to foster new working models in organizations by presenting the main outcomes of a research project on social branding. A discussion about some trends of the future impact of new information and communication technologies in the infosphere is also included.Resumen:Este artículo tiene como objetivo proporcionar una contribución a la revisión global del impacto de la información y la comunicación, y sus tecnologías de apoyo, en la actual transformación de la vida humana en la infosfera. El artículo también ofrece un ejemplo del poder de los nuevos enfoques sociales sobre el uso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación para fomentar nuevos modelos de trabajo en las organizaciones mediante la presentación de los principales resultados de un proyecto de investigación sobre desarrollo social de marca. Una discusión sobre algunas de las tendencias del futuro impacto de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en la infosfera también se incluye.

RESUMENEl objetivo del presente trabajo es examinar, desde un enfoque epistemológico interdisciplinar, la vigencia o la actualidad que posee la visión heideggeriana de la decadencia occidental en la infoesfera, en virtud de la superación virtual del espacio-tiempo que conllevan, a mediados del Novecientos, las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (NTIC). O artigo em questão aborda a transição do paradigma tradicional para o paradigma emergente, enfocando a educação e sua relação com as novas tecnologias da informação e comunicação (TIC). Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, busca refletir acerca da importância desses meios interativos no processo educativo e sua influência numa formação transdisciplinar. Ainda, aponta a necessidade da escola se conectar com essas novas tecnologias, tão presentes na vida dos alunos, e por vezes alijada do ambiente escolar. ABSTRACT This article tackles the transition from the traditional paradigm to the emerging one, focusing on education and its relation to the information and communication technologies (ICT). By way of a bibliographical revision, it seeks to reflect upon the importance of these interactive media in the educational process and their influence on transdisciplinary education. Furthermore, it shows the need for the school to connect with such new technologies, which are so present in the pupils’ lives, but which are far from the school environment at times. RESUMEN El artículo en cuestión se analiza la transición del paradigma tradicional al paradigma emergente, centrándose en la educación y su relación con las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC). A través de una revisión bibliográfica, tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre la importancia de estos medios interactivos en el proceso educativo y su influencia en la formación transdisciplinario. Presentamos una experiencia de innovación e investigación contextualizada en la enseñanza universitaria que pretende describir la influencia de las Nuevas Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (NTIC) en la formación musical de los estudiantes de Magisterio. ABSTRACTThe new information and communication technologies (ICT),in particular Social Media like TripAdvisor, Face-book or Twitter are changing flows, processes and tools in Tourism Communication. Considering that traditional communi-cation tools and strategies are becoming less and less effective, ICT are encouraging new communication practices and influencing consumer behaviour. Several studies from the perspective of the reception have been published in recent years on the impact of Social Media in Tourism, therefore we thought to develop a study from the perspective of production. We approach the features and peculiarities of the impact of 2.0 platforms in Tourism Communication and we present as a case study the communication strategy of Long Beach Hotel, Sun Resorts in Mauritius Islands.RESUMENLas nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC), en especial las redes sociales, como TripAdvisor, Facebook o Twitter están revolucionando los flujos, procesos, y herramientas de la comunicación turística. Las TIC influyen en los comportamientos del consumidor y obligan a nuevas prácticas en comunicación ya que las estrategias y herramientas tradicionales se tornan cada vez menos efectivas. Son varios los estudios que han sido publicados en los últimos años sobre el impacto de las redes sociales en el turismo desde la perspectiva de la recepción y por lo tanto, hemos querido aportar un estudio desde la perspectiva de la producción. Abordamos los rasgos y singularidades del impacto de las plataformas 2.0 en comunicación turística y presentamos como estudio de caso la estrategia de comunicación del Hotel Long Beach, Sun Resorts, en Islas Mauricius.

The article has been devoted to the study of the impact of new information and communication technologies in the educational environment on the transformation of the values of student youth. It has been shown, how in the process of the evolution of values, a gap occurs between the declared values and life orientations, determining the behavior of young people. The conclusion has been made, that the worldview of modern student youth is of a synthetic nature: it contains, on the one hand, conservative values, focusing on the stability and connection of generations, on the other hand, “modernist” attitudes reflecting modern social realities. It has been shown, that potential opportunities for the inclusion of young people in the innovative development of the country’s economy are determined by the dynamic balance of traditional ethical values and the modern requirements of sociocultural dynamics.

La irrupción masiva de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicación han proyectado consecuencias jurídicas de primer orden en el ámbito turístico, especialmente en el turismo sexual, y en un segundo término en el denominado turismo de ferias y congresos que, en numerosas ocasiones, aparece vinculado al primero en concentraciones y eventos multitudinarios que se celebran en las grandes ciudades del planeta. La aparición del escenario virtual que conforma el ciberespacio ha afectado y afecta, sobre todo, a una minoría bastante desprotegida como son los menores en su rol de víctimas de las modalidades de explotación del siglo XXI.The massive emergence of new information and communication technologies have been projected legal consequences of first order in the tourism field, especially in sex tourism, and a second in the so-called tourism fairs and congresses that, on numerous occasions, it appears linked to the first in concentrations and multitudinous events that are held in big cities on the planet. The emergence of the virtual scenario that makes up cyberspace has affected and affects, above all, a fairly unprotected minority as they are minors in their role as victims of the modes of exploitation of the 21st century.
