Teaching primary student of minority people about Vietnamese personal pronouns as second language is very important in formatting and developing standard language in social communication. This is not only teaching language but also teaching Vietnamese communication culture to developing in social environment of minority people. This article refers to the standard deviation in using Vietnamese personal pronouns of primary student of minority people; the relationship between Vietnamese personal pronouns and communication culture; the difficulties in teaching primary student of minority people about Vietnamese personal pronouns and using Vietnamese personal pronouns relate to preserve national culture. Besides the development of modern culture, national integration on standard formal communicational language of society, preserving communicational culture of minority people is an important mission currently in case of “bilingualism” or “multilingualism” of Vietnamese minority people.  Keywords Personal pronouns, primary student, minority people, second language, culture References 1. The purpose of this meta-analysis study is to examine the correlations between the Dimensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) and frequently examined outcomes including organizational performance and employee attitudes. Positive relationships were found between the DLOQ and organizational performance (e.g., financial, knowledge, and innovative performance) and employee attitudes (e.g., organizational commitment and job satisfaction) and the sub-dimensions (e.g., affective, continuance, and normative commitment), with a notable exception of a negative relationship between the DLOQ and turnover. Because the DLOQ has been used in many countries over the years, this study also examined the influence of national culture on the outcomes. Power distance moderated the relationship between the learning organization and overall organizational performance. Our meta-analytic review makes substantive contributions to the literature on the learning organization concept and the study of national culture as a significant moderator. Implications of these findings and suggestions for future research are discussed.

At the recent CLTA-S2 conference, a spirited debate occurred between critics of second language acquisition (SLA) research and researchers who embraced it. Fascinating as it was, neither camp appeared to have convinced the other, but, more important, the debate left much of the audience flummoxed. In this paper, I intend to provide a follow-up, attempting to clarify a) the relationship between research and teaching in the context of Chinese as a second language (CSL), b) misunderstandings on the part of critics over research findings, and c) potential pitfalls in interpreting the SLA literature. My goal is to encourage, as well as contribute to, further communication between the two camps, for the ultimate good of CSL instruction and learning.

Human resource also known as an employee is the most important factor in the development of the organization. Therefore, the role of human resource management (HRM) in each organization also need excite employees realize their important position in the organization. Thus encourage their dedication in order to enhance operational performance of the organization. Besides that, the operation of HRM is also to create the balance between employee interest and organization’s interest. One of the important factors which the employees concern is wage. So, HRM and wage is related. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the relationship between the HRM and working efficiency based on the wage in a period of crisis in Viet Nam. Therefore, we selected Huong Giang’s travel company (HG Co) as objects to research on that relationship.

The motivation of this article was the lack of empirical evidence regarding the relationship between culture and actual usage of ICTs/e-government. By using Hofstede's cultural framework, this article explains the influence of national culture on e-government usage across countries controlled by socio-economic factors, specifically, GDP and literacy rate. Data was collected from reputable organizations such as World Bank databases and Hofstede's website. Ordinary least square and truncated regression are used to test the hypotheses presented in this article. Results indicate that nearly all Hofstede's cultural dimensions and e-government usage are significantly related. In particular, this article indicates that the usage of e-government is higher in nations that score low in power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism and masculinity.

Anthropocene on the National Stage: Maaseudun tulevaisuus (“Future of the Countryside”, The Finnish National Theatre 2014) and the Interregnum We Live in The article argues that entering the Anthropocene has pushed us into a cultural interregnum. However, the discussions of the Anthropocene and the concept of interregnum seldom meet. In this article it is assumed that this stems from the fact that the concept of interregnum pertains to the 20th century critical epistème and as such, it is a mismatch with the current theoretical impulse of turning toward affects, ontology and becoming. However, the case is made that we should not let go of the critical legacy altogether: to analyse struggle over and between epistemologies, we need critical concepts. Research material in the article consists of the manuscript of Leea Klemola’s 2014 Finnish National theatre production “The Future of the Countryside”, and nine articles from the newspaper Helsingin Sanomat’s digital archive, published during the play’s opening week. “The Future of the Countryside” asks what could the relationship between humans and their companion species be like, were it not based on the idea that it is legitimate for humans to treat the rest of the world as resources. However, the media brouhaha surrounding the play’s opening night hardly touches upon this theme at all. Instead, the nation and the limits of national culture are repeatedly evoked as the primary explanatory framework. In this way, the “Future of the Countryside” provides an illustrative case of the interregnum we live in, understood as old epistemologies losing ground but still keeping the new from emerging.

<p>With the development of the society and the progress of the time, the pace of China's education reform is more and more steady. The development of the education system is gradually perfect. Music teaching is an indispensable part of the teaching system of colleges and universities, which has a positive impact on the improvement of students' music literacy. However, due to the interference of various factors, the national music culture has not been well inherited and developed, leading to the increasingly westernized development of music in China. This paper analyzes and discusses the relationship between university music teaching and national culture in detail, and puts forward a series of strategies and programs that are conducive to the inheritance of national music culture, which plays a role of reference and reference for university music teaching.</p>

This book investigates how culture, particularly national culture, in Indonesia has been shaped by the government policies from the Dutch colonial period in 1900s to the Reformation era in 2000s. It is an attempt to show the relationship between the state and culture around the process of production, circulation, regulation and reception of cultural policy through different regimes. Although this book discusses government policy, the author has realized that the book needs to overcome contradictions and confusions of cultural discourse by incorporating people as explanatory element. Many aspect of culturality may be influenced by the state, but according to Jones, “it is a field that is not stable and easy to shift that facilitates resistance, and is able to turn against the state, market and other institutions” (p. 31). Jones employs two postcolonial cultural policy tools to review the history of cultural policy in Indonesia: authoritarian cultural policy and command culture. The first means that the state has assumption if majority of citizen do not have capability to inspirit a responsible citizenship and need a state’s direction in the choice of their culture. On the contrary, command culture shows that the cultural idea that is planned in fact always been placing the state as center in planning, creating policy and revising cultural practice.

Este trabalho apresenta um estudo sobre o Ministério da Cultura na gestão do Ministro Gilberto Gil e o processo de formulação das principais políticas gestadas no período 2003 a 2008. O primeiro tópico apresenta os principais mecanismos da gestão Gilberto Gil: Sistema Nacional de Cultura, reformulação da Lei Rouanet, Programa Cultura Viva – Pontos de Cultura, Plano Nacional de Cultura e Vale-Cultura. O segundo tópico faz uma reflexão sobre a relação da “ampliação do conceito de cultura” em sua dimensão antropológica e simbólica – ideia implementada pelo ministro – para novas diretrizes das políticas culturais gestadas em seu mandato. Políticas Públicas  A ministry with culture: Gilberto Gil and the exercises in applied anthropologyAbstract: This paper presents a study on the Ministry of Culture in the administration of Minister Gilberto Gil and formulating the central policies implemented from 2003 to 2008. The first topic presents the main mechanisms of the Gilberto Gil administration: the Sistema National Culture System, the reformulation of Lei Rounet, the Program Cultura Viva – Pontos de Cultura, the Plano Nacional de Cultura and the Vale-Cultura. The second topic reflects the relationship between the “expansion of the concept of culture” in its anthropological and symbolic dimension – an idea implemented by the minister – for new guidelines for cultural policies created during his term. Finally, the work reflects on the contribution of conceptual opening and the opening of dialogue between different civil society actors in this process of construction of new guidelines and new cultural policies in Brazil from 2003 onwards.
