ABSTRACTThis study hies to analyze the phraseology of the officer in Makassar Advenced Air Traffic Services (MAATS). The officers in MAATS consist of the officer of Aerodrome Control (ADC). Approach co11trol (APP). Area Control Center (ACC I, ACC II). They are expecting not nuzking any mistakes due to the language of pilotage airline traffic which caused by hasty speech and slip of the tongue since the difference of language dialect/ accent the foreigh pilots which come from many countries. The error in measuring the value contained in the region of 85% -95% may be norm control (tolerance) by the management by objective measurements of the work. Whereas in 2 (two) years in 2009 and 2010 never happened Breackdown of Separation (BOS) but in 2010 the ACC officers never happened Breackdown of Coordination (BOC) caused by weather and soon coordination through the equipment to the equipment connectivit  CPDLC (Controller Pilot Data Link Communication) so that it can be confirmed. Key Words: phraseology (language) pilotage ADC, APP and ACC.

The application of Controller Pilot Data Link Communication (CPDLC) in the training for air traffic controller is investigated. CPDLC is a data link application that allows for the direct exchange of text-based messages between a controller and a pilot. It greatly improves communication capabilities compared to traditional voice communication, in terms of reducing communication errors and pilot workload, improving the efficiency of airspace management and providing economic benefits. As traffic volume in the airspace becomes saturated, it is necessary to adopt CPDLC as the primary communication method and air traffic controllers should be trained accordingly. In the presented work, the features of CPDLC are introduced as well as the structure of CPDLC system is illustrated, and a novel framework for training air traffic controller with CPDLC system is proposed. It is seen that air traffic controller can be trained with lower workload, fewer mistakes and more flexibility using CPDLC system.

Air traffic service is an extra-ventricular service which regulates and assists aircraft in real time to ensure their safe operations. The importance of the air traffic service is to prevent collision between aircraft and to expedite and maintain an orderly flow of the air traffic. The objective of this project is to assess the effectiveness of the installed system in assisting the air traffic controller in providing the air traffic service. In order to achieve this objective, the Automatic Dependent Surveillance and Controller Pilot Data Link Communication (ADS/CPDLC) system has been installed and its functionality to provide continuous surveillance and communication has been evaluated. A survey of 35 air traffic controllers had participated to assess the effectiveness of the system to the air traffic controller. The results showed that over 80% of the air traffic controllers agree that the system is able to provide a continuous surveillance and continuous communication over the oceanic area. Apart from that, 60% of the air traffic controllers agree the reduced separation minima can be applies over the oceanic area by using the application of the system. Base on this result, reduced separation minima over the oceanic area can be applied in order to expedite and maintain an orderly flow of air traffic over the oceanic area.

The negative and persistent impact of the human factor on the statistics of aviation accidents and serious incidents makes proactive studies of the attitude of “front line” aviation operators (air traffic controllers, flight crewmembers) to dangerous actions or professional conditions as a key component of the current paradigm of ICAO safety concept. This “attitude” is determined through the indicators of the influence of the human factor on decision-making, which also include the systems of preferences of air traffic controllers on the indicators and characteristics of professional activity, illustrating both the individual perception of potential risks and dangers, and the peculiarities of generalized group thinking that have developed in a particular society. Preference systems are an ordered (ranked) series of n = 21 errors: from the most dangerous to the least dangerous and characterize only the danger preference of one error over another. The degree of this preference is determined only by the difference in the ranks of the errors and does not answer the question of how much time one error is more dangerous in relation to another. The differential method for identifying the comparative danger of errors, as well as the multistep technology for identifying and filtering out marginal opinions were applied. From the initial sample of m = 37 professional air traffic controllers, two subgroups mB=20 and mG=7 people were identified with statisti-cally significant at a high level of significance within the group consistency of opinions a = 1%. Nonpara-metric optimization of the corresponding group preference systems resulted in Kemeny’s medians, in which the related (middle) ranks were missing. Based on these medians, weighted coefficients of error hazards were determined by the mathematical prioritization method. It is substantiated that with the ac-cepted accuracy of calculations, the results obtained at the second iteration of this method are more ac-ceptable. The values of the error hazard coefficients, together with their ranks established in the preference systems, allow a more complete quantitative and qualitative analysis of the attitude of both individual air traffic controllers and their professional groups to hazardous actions or conditions.

The English playwright Harold Pinter's plays "The Guardian" and "The Dwarfs" chosen from his drama are addressed to. The "chaotic world" observed in the plot of the plays is analyzed and the conclusion that the heroes are born of conflict in their relationships is defended. The object of research is to take into account the difference between the consciousness and reality. Issues such as conflicts of mind, aimlessness, phobias, the virtual world, lack of communication, psychological disorders of the personality are examined. As in Pinter's works, you can see the features of realism, romanticism, modernism, postmodernism, symbolism, surrealism, absurdism in the drama of Elchin, Kamal Abdulla and Firuz Mustafa. It is important to compare the Azerbaijani and English drama, which does not fit into the framework of any literary trend and is relevant as it lags behind time, in terms of plot, motives and artistic features. Key words: dramaturgy, fears and phobias, fantasy, loneliness and aggression,“madness”

Value-added tax is an indirect tax based on the sale value of goods, production and non-manufactured goods as an object of taxation. According to the mechanism and procedures for the calculation and payment of value added tax, this tax is not directly imposed by a particular person, but applies to consumers in the process of return. In this case, the value added tax is neutral for securities. In addition, value added tax is universal and is characterized by the difference between purchases at each stage of production and turnover. In connection with the calculation of value added tax, the taxpayer's tax liability to the budget consists of the difference between the amount of tax assessed on taxable turnover and the amount of tax to be deducted in accordance with the documents. Key words: European Union, value Added Tax, tax, tax system

To determined whether the service quality of aviation is good can be seen from the ability of the service in achieving the expectation of the customer. This study aims to identify the difference between the expected service and the reality perceived by the customer in relation to the service of Garuda Indonesia airlines in Banda Aceh City.            This study used 99 customers of Garuda Indonesia Airline as the sample which is drawn by applying purposive sampling technique. Data was gathered by using questionnaire and analysis by using statistic tool, average differentiation test (t-test).            The result of statistic test shows t value is greater than the value of t-table. Thus, Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected which means there is average differentiation between the expected service and the perceived service of Garuda Indonesia’s customer            Generally, the customer has relatively good assessment towards the quality of Garuda Indonesia airlines. However, they still hope for better service in order to remains the gap between the expectation and the perceived service. Therefore, it is demanded for the management of Garuda Airlines to improve their provided service quality. Key words: User percepcion, Airline Service and Garuda Indonesia Banda Aceh

- Poetic images and Pragmatics Starting from Benveniste's analyses of historical enunciation, the nature of pronouns and the subjectivity of language, this essay focuses on that the kind of subjectivity implied in much Greek lyric poetry, especially in Pindar. By means of discursive tools, the narration builds an exclusively verbal image of the "I", which comes before any reference to elements external to the text. In this way, the "I" stands for an enunciative, pragmatic and polyphonic subject: it is, indeed, the actor (singer, tragic actor, choral group) of a ritualized situation. This performative identity is different from the author of the written text. In Greek poetry, the written text is above all a speech-act, mostly a song-act. This raises the problem of the difference - and of the relation - between the author's biographic subjectivity and the identity created by the linguistic devices in the text. Using different images: chariots, ceremonial processions, Calame's analysis focuses on the metaphorical identification between poetic song and journey.Key words: Enunciation, Image, Metaphor, Poetry, Pragmatics, Subjectivity.Parole chiave: Enunciazione, Immagine, Metafora, Poesia, Pragmatica, Soggettivitŕ.
