This article examines and explains the necessity and importance of studying the conceptual provisions of sustainable development of enterprises and organizations in the real sector of the economy, taking into account the current environmental, economic, social situation. Also, the work is developing scientific and theoretical provisions on increasing the level of safety of industrial enterprises. Special attention is paid to studying the theoretical and methodological foundations of the concept of “compliance-safety” and the development of methodological foundations of its potential use in the current conditions of the Ukrainian economy to increase the level of sustainable development of enterprises in the real sector of the economy. After analyzing the current state, methodological and practical recommendations, which are associated with potential changes in the number of compliance-safety violations in the domestic economy, were formed. In this regard, the scientific community was invited to expand the terminology base by introducing the terms “compliance safety”, which should be formulated based on the current understanding of the term “compliance”, as well as close to the concept of “economic security” and “sustainable development”. This approach makes it possible to significantly impact the sustainability of the development of industrial enterprises and the economy of the state as a whole. Thanks to this definition, it is possible to consider the dynamics of the compliance safety indicator in determining the sustainable development of an enterprise and determine the size and importance of the impact of micro and macro factors on safety. In this work, special theoretical and methodological provisions and methodological recommendations were developed for assessing the value of a comprehensive compliance safety indicator. The authors’ proposals were tested at many machine-building enterprises of the North-Eastern industrial region of Ukraine.

One of the important tools for incorporating the paradigm of sustainable development into the complex fabric of economic activity of an enterprise in the real sector of the economy is the permanent process of introducing new and updating existing production technologies. Managing this difficult process requires fundamental changes in the traditional approach to structuring the information and tool space of the accounting and calculation process of forming the production cost of products. The solution of this difficult task involves the decomposition of the pool of indirect costs in order to allocate from its composition the costs of introducing new and upgrading used technologies and then assigning them to the production cost. It should be noted that these costs are distributed in proportion to the quantitative characteristics of material cost savings. The choice of this indicator as a distribution base is justified by the fact that it is one of the key components of the economic benefits coming to the enterprise. In the course of the study, various methods were used comprehensively, including: observation, systematization, formalization, modeling and visualization, decomposition and aggregation of data. The results obtained in the course of the study will improve the quality of the information and instrumental space for making managerial decisions aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of economic entities in the real sector of the economy by updating existing and introducing new, advanced production technologies.

The sustainable development of the industrial enterprises in the Qaidam Circular Economy Pilot Zone must meet both the current needs and the future development, as well as the economic and ecological development, as well as the dual development of industrial enterprises and regions. For the industrial enterprises in the experimental area, in order to ensure sustainable development, their own strategies and efforts are very important, but in a policy-dependent area like Haixi Prefecture, the influencing factors of the objective environment are more important. The impact of sustainable development of HaiXi industrial enterprises is of great practical significance. Therefore, according to the subjectivity of Haixi Prefecture and the experimental area and the nature of industrial enterprises, the objective environmental factors are divided into four categories: regional development, regional material resources, regional greening, and regional security. In the end, it was concluded that industrial enterprises in the test area not only need to pay attention to the restraint of their sustainable development in terms of brain drain, energy consumption and environmental greening, but also continue to maintain the role of regional development and regional security in promoting their sustainable development.

Sustainable development of regions is a priority direction of state policy. The creation and development of industrial infrastructure within the region becomes one of the recent trends aimed at obtaining the highest results in indicators of sustainable development. The formation of industrial parks as drivers of economic growth contributes to the formation of an integral production system within the region aimed both at ensuring the economic security of the region and at accelerating its development. In order to assess the role of industrial parks in achieving sustainable development goals (SDG) at the regional level, the authors correlated the SDG and the contribution of industrial parks to their achievement. The authors proposed indicators of the impact of industrial parks on the sustainable development of the region based on a theory review of regional sustainable development and indicators of its assessment. Evaluation of development indicators of industrial parks in the Russian Federation made it possible to determine the trends of economic growth in the region with an increase in investment in industrial parks.

Most of the countries of the world strive to be committed to the Concept of Sustainable Development and develop their own national system for monitoring progress towards the implementation of the 17 global Sustainable Development Goals. In most cases, implementation is ensured through the national projects that have an infrastructure nature. At the same time, it is very appropriate to use the achievements of business organizations, primarily industrial enterprises, which include environmental and social goals as providing direct production activities. These goals and, accordingly, the indicators that evaluate them, reflect the process activity of the enterprise. The study shows the role of the project activity of the enterprise, which ensures the successful implementation of process goals within the functional direction (by the example of the environmental and social spheres of ensuring the production process of the enterprise). As a result of the analysis of the industrial enterprises standard reporting, indicators that meet the parameters of sustainable development approved in the Russian Federation, are identified. Recommendations are given for expanding the sustainable development goals that an industrial enterprise can meet in the framework of ensuring its production activities.

The development of the Ukrainian economy largely depends on the ability of domestic industrial enterprises to withstand the pressure of transformations that determine the new business environment. Such enterprises form the real sector of the national economy, and their success is determined by the ability to adapt, attract investments and work effectively with innovations. Thus, the future of Ukrainian enterprises is closely linked to effective financial activity, which should reflect progressive world trends. In the same work, the author carried out studies to determine the impact on domestic industrial enterprises attracting investment for the success of their innovation activities in terms of financialization of the economy and sharp transformations in the business environment. The prevailing influence of geopolitical processes on the corresponding distribution and the weak level of the ability of the real sector of the economy, in particular, industrial enterprises to withstand radical and sudden changes in the external business environment, are determined. The author proposes to consider the possibility of business process re-engineering in the marketing activities of industrial enterprises to improve the position of the real sector of the economy in attracting and effectively mastering investments. The analysis of the correlation of principles and goals of business process re-engineering and different models of financial management is carried out. The emphasis is made on the peculiarities of business process re-engineering in the marketing activities of industrial enterprises, due to which the rapid adaptation of the enterprise to the sharp transformations in the external business environment can take place. The author determined the business process re-engineering of marketing activities of industrial enterprises to be capable of ensuring the effective transformation of the internal business environment of an industrial enterprise and minimizing the negative impact of financialization of the economy on the industrial sector. Key words: industrial enterprise, financialization, innovation, marketing activities, re-engineering, business process, real sector of the economy, business environment.
