Nganjuk Smart City is an android-based mobile application that was created to help Nganjuk citizen obtain public information and services. This research uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Delone & Mclean in order to determine quality and success implementation condition of Nganjuk Smart City. Data retrieval was conducted by sharing online and offline questionnaires to 175 respondents and used purposive sampling techniques to determine research samples. The result of this research is quality condition implementation of Nganjuk Smart City based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) falls into high category and get 71.4% score, while successful condition implementation of Nganjuk Smart City based on Delone & McLean model falls into the high category and get 69.4% score. There are 4 variables and 18 indicators that get improvement recommendations because they get scores lower than the total average scores.

The JKN Mobile Application is an application designed by BPJS Health to balance the current increasing use of mobile technology and to provide easy acces and convenience for JKN participants online.   This study aims to determine the extent to which JKN participants perceptions of the JKN Mobile Application are measured using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) analysis model based on the usefulness (perceived usefulness) and ease of use (perceived ease of use)  This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a cross-sectional research design with a research sample of 38 JKN participants registered at the Pratama Surya Medika Clinic Semarang through random sampling with the research instrument used is a questionnaire.   The results showed that the overall JKN mobile application was rated 82,5% as very useful and 84% very easy to operate so it was very helpful and supportive for JKN participants in getting health services at the Pratama Surya Medika Clinic Semarang Keywords: JKN Participant Perception, JKN Mobile Application, TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)

This study aims to determine the community’s acceptance using of the modification Technology Acceptance Model approach for internet television services. The type of research is descriptive and verification with the descriptive survey method. For operational variables consist of perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived quality, attitude, and intention. Data obtained from Indonesia for internet television which is amounting to 213 people. The data were collected using a questionnaire instrument. Questionnaires have been prepared based on indicators of each variable by using Likert’s scale. The result of descriptive analysis showed that Indonesian people accepted internet television services using the modification technology acceptance model approach. The result of CB-SEM showed the model of internet television is quite fit and the hypothesis indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived quality has influence toward intention through attitude in simultaneously and partial.

This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of the OVO application as a digital wallet in Karawang with the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) approach. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The method used is using TAM with user ease and user usability research variables. The population in this study is the Karawang people who use the OVO application. The samples used in this study were 100 respondents taken using simple random sampling techniques and data collection methods using survey methods and questionnaires with questionnaire instruments and measurements using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that this research illustrates that the level of acceptance as part of a company has an influence on the users of the application. So the OVO company must continue to improve the quality of its application so that more and more users are using the OVO application. Keywords: User Acceptance Level, OVO, TAM Method
