The problem of studying education, values of education, and educational potential of the Russians is relevant in the current context, when professional, continuing education, and self-education become the intrinsic elements of modern life. Education is the factor of achieving life and career success, a crucial competitive advantage on the job market, opens career growth opportunities, such as prestigious and top-paying job. It plays one of the key roles in social development and ensuring economic upturn of the country. The subject of this research is education within the structure of factors of life and career success. The goal lies in the analysis of education as the factor of success of the Russians. As a result of theoretical analysis, the author offers the original structural model of life and career success, new empirical data on education within the structure of values of the youth, as well as materials of qualitative research on life and career success among youth. The conducted analysis demonstrates that education, including higher education, does not hold the leading position within the structure of values of Russian youth, yielding to family, health and material well-being. It is neither among the top factors of life success. At the same time, Russian youth agree to the fact that education contributes to career growth. Young people rate the knowledge high and are willing to give their best for decent education. Self-education, lifelong learning expands the career-building opportunities, allows getting a prestigious and top-paying job. At the same time, professional success requires personal efforts of the individual and fulfillment of their potential. Certain role in this process is played by the system of useful social contacts. The current socioeconomic situation in the country also affects education and educational plans of youth.

SummaryThis study uses the third National Family Health Survey (2005–06) in India to investigate whether differences in women's status, both at the individual and community levels, can explain the persistent gender differential in nutritional allocation among children. The results show that girls are less likely than boys to receive supplemental food and more likely to be malnourished. In general it appears that higher women's status within a community, as well as higher maternal status, have beneficial effects on a daughter's nutritional status. Further, the moderating effects of community appear to be more consistent and stronger than the individual-level characteristics. A positive relationship between the percentage of literate women in a community and the gender differential in malnutrition appears to be an exception to the general findings regarding the beneficial nature of women's status on a daughter's well-being, showing the need for more than just basic adult literacy drives in communities to overcome the problem of daughter neglect.

The article presents the results of the analysis of scientific research studying the problem of life success and the features of the ideas about it among students of different genders and specialties. The features of understanding of success, successfulness, success in life, as well as the process of achieving it, which is determined by personal motivation for changes and development, accompanied by the energy status of activity, a positive emotional state, leading to the achievement of the desired goal in a certain area of social life and the well-being of the individual, have been determined. The results of the ascertaining experiment confirm the research assumption that the peculiarities of students' ideas about success in life are determined by their gender and the choice of professional specialization. It was found that girls and boys mainly focus on material values, their own self-realization and career growth, which can hinder the maximum comprehensive implementation and high quality of life of the individual in the future. Achieving goals and money as part of life's success are often high on the minds of students, regardless of their specialization. The exceptions are lawyers, for whom self-realization is more important, TV journalists, for whom money comes first, and actors, for whom the most important thing is to satisfy their needs and respect others. Most students assess their level of life success as medium or low, which can reduce their level of motivation, self-esteem, self-efficacy in the implementation of aspirations and requires the development of special psychological recipes to optimize the process of achieving their life success.

Burnout and moral injury within medicine have steadily increased over the last decades, especially among those providing care during the COVID-19 pandemic. The term burnout has been used to describe clinician distress and a syndrome of emotional exhaustion, a diminished sense of personal accomplishment, and depersonalization. Burnout has a significant impact on both job performance and patient care. Moral injury occurs when external circumstances interact with a person's cherished beliefs and standards. When the tension between them cannot be reconciled, the felt integrity of the individual is disrupted and the person experiences distress. The consultative aspect in consultation-liaison psychiatry (CLP) presents challenges that may predispose the young clinician to burnout and moral injury, especially during fellowship training. CLP psychiatrists also have a liaison role that could catalyze systemlevel change to enhance the mental well-being of their colleagues. This article reviews clinically relevant psychodynamic aspects of burnout and moral injury during CLP training. In addition, the authors propose strategies to enhance career growth and prevent and address moral injury during training to generate fulfilling professional development.

The example of the life and scientific deed of the Russian scientist and traveler Nikolai Miklouho-Maclay gives us an opportunity to foster in society, especially in the younger generation spiritual qualities derived from the perception of the ideals of Kindness, Humanity, Honor, Oneness. The outstanding scientist chose them as a guide, steadily embodying in reality a grand goal, worthy of all human life. Maclay saw a unique way to achieve it, and during his short life he has reached his goal — scientifically proved to the world that all men are created equal, that there is no superior and inferior races. Thus, Maclay has made the very justification of slavery impossible, denouncing it as a shameful phenomenon degrading human dignity. And, as evidenced by the historical facts, he has successfully coped with the task in front of him. Publication in press of scientific researches and wrathful articles in defense of the black population gave rise to the liberation struggle against colonialism, and eventually enslaved nations gained independence. That is, Maclay efforts were not in vain. This is another proof that in this world nothing goes without leaving a trace. Every thought, every human action has consequences. So one has responsibility to monitor the purity of his thoughts and actions. Educational potential of the personality of the scientist, which deserves certainly our utmost attention, is revealed in the context of the book by Mary Boychuk "Knight of Humanism: Nikolai Maclay." In addition, the "Maclay Coast" museum guide prepared a teaching aid "Educational potential of the personality of N.N Miklouho-Maclay." Each lecture-tour is accompanied by quoting statements of authoritative researcher and demonstration of fragments of the film, created according to his diaries in 1947. In such a way the museum provides systematic work on upbringing of strong-willed personality able to endure the trials of life; education of the individual, which recognizes that man is primarily a Spiritual essence, that he is responsible for his life and is able to influence the formation of true values in society and as a consequence to change the quality of life of the society in which the man resides; upbringing the sense of patriotism and awareness of higher destination of human.

An engaged and perceptive contemplation of the Qur'an forms one of the most important bases for the cultural and social advancement of Muslims in all walks of life, and the absence of such study is one of the reasons behind the general cultural attenuation in the modern world. Reflection is one of the means of the construction and formation of a civilised society. The applied faculty of intellect creates an environment which allows reflective and considered thought to be developed from a functional perspective for the general well-being of society. Meanwhile the effective neglect of such study leads to the proliferation of superstition, dissent and social conflict. Indeed it can even be argued that it diminishes the significance of the laws and conventions which serve as the backbone of society. This paper reveals a number of factors which can impede the achievement of such an engaged study of the text: thus, for instance, thoughtless obedience to societal conventions; shortcomings in educational systems and syllabi; and a failure to encompass the significance of the Arabic language. Furthermore this paper presents several effective suggestions for nurturing students' potential, encouraging an environment which allows freedom of thought, and its refinement.

The progress made in dentistry during the latest decades is due, conceptually, to the new, systemic vision of man, which has also taken place in this field of medicine. In this context, the link between organic and psychic is indestructible. Thus illness is understood as a drama in which the somatic process has a psychic value, and the mental one has a body value. It is known that the morphological and functional integrity of the dental system, health and vigorousness, gives the individual a state of well-being that affects his somatic and psychic health, as any disturbance at this level entails repercussions in psychological and social behavior. Such a disruption is the total edification that seriously alters not only the dental system but the whole organism, putting various biological and psychosocial problems to the practitioner. The total expression represents not only a physical disability but also a psychological one. A special importance in studying psychological changes at total edentulous presents the psychological aspects of senile involution. This is not only a theoretical but also a practical importance due to the increase in the number of elderly people. Through the researches of the present paper we intend to present the reality of the psychological manifestations in the total edentation, which is objectified on different methods of psychodiagnosis in the first part, in order for the second part to be addressed to problems of prosthetic psychotherapy.The study comprises a group of 43 patients, of whom 24 were men and 19 women with total uni or bimaxilar edentation. Total edentation can be and is responsible for somatopsychic alterations, along with other pathogens, general, local, social, which sometimes can take a dramatic form, converting, where the area is also favorable, a pure somatic disease, for those who are not in psychopathy or even psychosis, although these latter cases are extremely rare and especially in youngsters, which would disrupt not only the person�s behavior as an individual, but also their status, function and social integrity. The treatment of dental and psychological complex is mandatory for any patient, but especially for the elderly, where recovery is more difficult, with disease-specific disorders adding to those of senescence.
