The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the impact mastery of information technology, organizational learning culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment impact on job performance. The method to analyze data is structural equation modeling. Based on the analysis found that: First, information technology positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, organizational learning negative effect on job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction is not significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, organizational learning positive effect on organizational commitment. Fifth, information technology positive effect on organizational commitment. Sixth, information technology negative effect on job performance. Seventh, organizational learning positive effect on job performance. Eighth, organizational commitment positive effect on job performance. Ninth, job satisfaction positive effect on job performance. The results of this study are expected to provide new findings which will enrich the theory of human resource management and behavioral theory of educational institutions, especially with regard to job performance

Abstract. This study aims to examine the negative effect of job stress on organizational commitment; positive effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment; negative effect of job stress on performance; positive effect of job satisfaction on performance; positive effect of organizational commitment on performance. The target population were all 45 JBP High School teachers. The sampling technique used was saturated or census samples. The data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach using SmartPLS program. The results showed that the job stress negatively affected organizational commitment and performance. In addition, the organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive effect on performance.Keywords:  Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment,  Performance Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek negatif dari stres kerja pada komitmen organisasi; pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi; efek negatif dari stres kerja pada kinerja; efek positif kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja; efek positif dari komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja. Populasi target adalah semua 45 guru SMA JBP. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh atau sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen dan kinerja organisasi. Due to the ever-increasing standards required of administrative workloads, service efficiency, and quality, the turnover intentions of public servants in Taiwan have gradually increased over time. This study investigated the critical factors that reduce the turnover intentions of civil servants. The article is intended to offer a theoretical understanding of an organizational learning culture (OLC) and workplace mindfulness. We analyzed data from 331 public servants. Structural equation modeling and the bootstrapping method were used to verify the hypotheses. The results demonstrated that an OLC and workplace mindfulness are positively associated with job satisfaction and negatively associated with turnover intentions. Job satisfaction plays a mediating role between an OLC and turnover intentions and between workplace mindfulness and turnover intentions. This article offers a theoretical inquiry and a practical understanding of strengthening the workplace atmosphere by offering employees a sense of well-being and sustainable career development.

The objectives of this study is to know: 1) Is work environment has positive effect on organizational commitment, 2) Is job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, 3) Is work stress has negative effect on organizational commitment. The data collection in this study is done using questionnaires to the kindergarten and elementary teachers in school X at West Jakarta. Teachers at School X were recruited as participants using saturated sample method. Partial Lease Square analysis was conducted using SmartPLS3.0 Program to analyze the data. The finding of this study are that work environment, job satisfaction have positive effect on organizational commitment. On the other hand, work stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment. Contribution of this study can provide input to school X management to maintain and manage work environment, job satisfaction, and work stress to make it better in order teachers can give better contribution on their performance and decide to work in the same school for the longer period time. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada guru TK dan guru SD di sekolah X di Jakarta Barat. Guru di Sekolah X direkrut sebagai responden menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis partial lease square-structural equation modeling (pls-sem) dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS3.0 untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Di sisi lain, stres kerja memiliki efek negatif pada komitmen organisasi. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada manajemen sekolah X untuk memelihara dan mengelola lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja lebih baik agar guru dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dari kinerja mereka dan mutuskan untuk tetap bekerja di sekolah yang sama dalam periode waktu yang lebih lama. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational learning culture and perceived organizational support on turnover intention with organizational citizenship behaviour as intervening variable. The sample of this study was employees of 3 Star Hotel in Semarang as many 166 respondents using propotional random sampling.The method used in collecting the data was a questionnaire which was measured by likert scale. The methods of data analysis were descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and bootstrapping analysis. The results of thie study showed that organizational learning culture and perceived organizational support have positive effect on OCB and negative effect on turnover intention. This study also supported the previous research that OCB mediated organizational learning culture and perceived organizational support on turnover intention in employees of 3 Star Hotel in Semarang. For further research, it is expected to test the different mediating variables in this research model, such as self-efficacy, self-esteem and locus of control.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between organizational learning culture and employee performance. The subjects studied were the employees at PT XYZ which is an import agent company as well as a complete supplier of factory doors and warehouse needs in Indonesia. The number of samples taken in this study were 85 employees and 15 supervisors who were obtained by distributing questionnaires through google form with Non-probability sampling technique. The collected data is processed using SmartPLS. The results of data processing indicate that organizational learning culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. However, the function of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in this study was not achieved because the correlation value with mediation is smaller than the value of organizational learning culture which can directly have a positive effect on employee performance. So the employee performance in this study is a partial mediation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peranan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Mediasi Hubungan antara Budaya Belajar Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan. Subjek yang diteliti adalah karyawan pada PT XYZ yang merupakan perusahaan agen import serta penyedia pintu pabrik dan kebutuhan gudang secara lengkap di Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan dengan jumlah 85 orang dan supervisor 15 orang yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner melalui google form dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh/sensus. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa budaya belajar organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, fungsi kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada penelitian ini tidak tercapai karena nilai kolerasi dengan adanya mediasi lebih kecil daripada nilai budaya belajar organisasi yang secara langsung dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka kinerja karyawan disini merupakan mediasi parsial.

PurposeIn the face of a changing and turbulent environment, an organizational learning culture (OLC) is crucial for the long-term operation of an organization. A learning culture provides the capacity to effectively integrate employees, and it also provides structure so that an organization can move forward via continuous learning and change. Few empirical results are available from Chinese companies enduring an organizational change. To bridge this research gap, this study investigated the relationships among an OLC, job satisfaction, turnover intentions and job performance during organizational change.Design/methodology/approachA quantitative approach with structural equation modeling (SEM) and bootstrapping estimation was used to test hypotheses developed from a sample of 434 employees in a restructured telecommunications company in Taiwan.FindingsEmployees who experienced a higher learning culture had lower levels of turnover intentions and exhibited better job performance. Job satisfaction had a negative impact on employee turnover intentions but a positive impact on job performance. Moreover, job satisfaction fully mediated the relationships between an OLC and employee turnover intentions and job performance. When encountering organizational planned changes, a vibrant learning culture gave employees a higher level of satisfaction in their jobs and workplace. Although unexpected challenges often appeared during the organizational changes, employees with a higher level of job satisfaction tended to fulfill their own job duties and showed fewer turnover intentions.Originality/valueIn investigating issues related to organizational change, this study provides managerial insights and addresses strategies for facilitating the adoption of an OLC into the design and implementation of a better workplace environment.

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. This study aims to examine the effect of exogenous variable consisting of organizational dimen-sion including organizational learning culture, support from top management, and individu-als namely openness in communication in affecting knowledge sharing of individuals. Besides, this study also examined how the role of knowledge sharing in improving human resource performance at Sharia Banking. This study was conducted through SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) test by using SmartPLS, a statistical software. The study was done through survey method by distributing questionnaire to 145 employees from frontliner departments at three of Sharia banks in Semarang. The findings of this study showed that two organizational di-mensions (Organizational Learning Culture and Top Management Support) have significant effect on the improvement of knowledge sharing. While Openness in Communication, the individual dimension, could not determine the improvement of knowledge sharing. Then, the improvement of human resource performance at sharia banking could be done by improving knowledge sharing.

This study provides some clarification and extends literature by investigating the effects of the use of social networking sites by organizational employees on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee job performance. A survey was conducted to empirically test the proposed research model consisting of latent constructs: social networking site use, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee job performance. Data of this confirmatory study was collected from 279 employees of various organizations operating in Pakistan. The model was analyzed employing variance-based structure equation modeling. Statistical software was used to assess both measurement and structural models. Results indicate that social networking sites use is not directly associated with employee job performance but with the mediating effects of job satisfaction that is also nested with the mediating effect of organizational commitment. This study is expected to both substantiate existing theories of management, and provide some extensions to social support theory.
