<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan dan pengaruh serta mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan <em>pop-up book</em> untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif perserta didik. Pengambilan data yang diambil dengan teknis tes, lembar observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan dan pengaruh hasil belajar kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen pada pembelajaran yang menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan <em>pop-up book</em> dilihat dari hasil kemampuan awal dan kemampuan akhir peserta didik. Penelitian ini juga mengukur keefektifan model ikuiri terbimbing berbantuan <em>pop-up book</em> untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Hasil analisis pada kelas eksperimen menggunakan N-Gain memperoleh rata- rata nilai sebesar 56,24 lebih besar dari kelas kontrol yang memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 45,1. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran IPA lebih efektif menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan <em>pop-up book</em> daripada hanya menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing</p><p> </p><p>The purpose of this study is to determine the differences and effects and to determine the effectiveness of the use of guided inquiry models assisted by <em>pop-up book</em>s to improve students' creative thinking abilities. Retrieval of data taken with technical tests, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the t-test. The results showed that, there were differences and the influence of the learning outcomes of the control class and the experimental class on learning using the guided inquiry model aided by <em>pop-up book</em>s viewed from the results of the students' initial and final abilities. This study also measures the effectiveness of the guided inquiry model assisted by <em>pop-up book</em>s to improve students' creative thinking abilities. The results of the analysis in the experimental class using N-Gain obtained an average value of 56.24 greater than the control class which obtained an average of 45.1. This shows that science learning is more effective using the guided inquiry model assisted by <em>pop-up book</em>s than only using the guided inquiry model.</p>

Lack of active students in following the learning resulted in the ability of students to think in the learning process is low, let alone in the ability to think creatively. Students tend to learn by memorization, without the students finding themselves learning it. One alternative to making students actively discover their own learning is to use guided learning model of inkury. This study aims to determine the implementation of guided inquiry learning model on the ability of creative thinking, and student learning outcomes on the material nature of colligative solutions in class XII science high school Islam Al-Falah City Jambi. This research is a mixed research (mix method) by prioritizing qualitative data and then new quantitative data as primary data. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling that was class XII IPA.1 as the sample class. The instrument used in this research is an observation sheet to see the model execution by teacher, student, and creative thinking, and essay test is used to see student learning result. Data analysis technique used in this research is 2 that is qualitative data analysis technique using Miles and Huberman obtained from observer comment on observation sheet, and quantitative data analysis technique using correlation of memoment product obtained from model implementation data by teacher, student, creative thinking , as well as data on student learning outcomes. The implementation of inquiry learning model guided by teachers and students has been done well seen the activities of teachers and students have increased each meeting. The correlation of the implementation of guided inquiry model with creative thinking ability is categorized with the value of rxy 0.43, while the ability of creative thinking with student learning outcomes is very low category with rxy value 0.17.  Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the implementation of guided inquiry learning model positively influences on the material of the colligative nature of the solution in class XII IPA.1 to the creative thinking ability of the students.

<p><em>The purpose of the study was to improve science learning outcomes in the symbiotic material. The research method is classroom action research (learning improvement) with two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Data collection techniques using learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative with presentile data analysis. Based on the improvement of learning cycle I and cycle II, the learning outcomes of cycle I can be presented which can achieve completeness as many as 19 students (66.00%) with a class average of 71.1. Cycle II learning outcomes that can achieve completeness are 27 students (93.1%) with a class average of 84.1. Judging from the percentage of completeness and the average value of increasing learning outcomes, it can be concluded that the use of the discovery learning model in the symbiotic material can significantly improve learning outcomes.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of CSM strategies on comprehension reading skills in classes V Padokan 2 Elementary School. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method. In this study the subjects of the study were VA class students as the control class and V C as the experimental class with 28 VA and VC class students. Quantitative data analysis technique used is the calculation of independent sample t-test. Based on data analysis and discussion, researchers can conclude that CSM strategies are more effective than conventional methods of reading comprehension learning. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class as evidenced by the results of the independent sample t-test obtained by the value of Asymp. Sig (2-Tailed) 0.014 <0.05. CSM strategy is an effective learning strategy seen from the average value of the experimental class posstest which is 81.61 higher than the control class average value of 72.96.

A B S T R A C T Investor realized that the stock market gradually decreased during World Cup.The research aimed to analyze the return of market reaction which happenned before, during, and after World Cup 2014 on ASEAN stock market. The sample involved 181 companies were included in LQ-45, STI, FTSE BM KLCI, SET 50, PSEI index, which fulfilled the reseach criteria. The data analysis technique used was one sampel t-test with quantitative data. Based on the result, can be concluded that Indonesia and Thailand stock markets were higly effected by World Cup. A B S T R A K Investor mengetahui bahwa setiap piala dunia berlangsung, pergerakan saham melambat. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan terjadi penurunan return saham di pasar modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa reaksi pasar dalam bentuk return terjadi sebelum, selama dan sesudah piala dunia tahun 2014 pada pasar modal ASEAN. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 181 perusahaan yang termasuk dalam indeks LQ-45, STI, FTSE BM KLCI, SET 50, PSEI dan memenuhi kriteria penelitian.Teknik analisa data menggunakan one sampel t-test dengan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bukti bahwa pasar modal Indonesia dan Thailand sangat bereaksi terhadap peristiwa piala dunia tahun 2014. JEL Classification: G14, M20

Visionary leadership is a capability to make changes by having new visions and ideas, thinking ahead, carrying out stages of mutual interconnection that can influence and motivate teachers and their students. This research aims to find out the effect of leadership of Madrasah Principal Visionary to Teacher Discipline. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 60 teachers in MAN 2 Samarinda. The data of this research is obtained from questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation formula, determinant coefficient (R²) and t test. The results of this study shows the results of the t-test value of 3.5090> t table 2.00172, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The meaning is there is a correlation between variable X and Y, product correlation 0.416. That means there is a strong correlation between visionary leadership variable and teacher discipline variable. Percentage of visionary leadership for teacher  discipline is 17.30% (strong enough), the factors that cause these results include: giving the best performance without analyzing / following new era, inability to change teachers knowledge into strategy, and treating teachers differently causing conflicting duties. The supporting and inhibiting factors in managing teacher discipline include: teacher personalitty, the headmaster teachers supervision.

The purpose of the study was to analyze what factors influence the Performance Based Budget by using a sample of 87 respondents working at the Secretariat of the Papuan People's Representative Council. While the data analysis technique used is the Ordinary least square (OLS) technique. The results of the study are indicated by the calculation of the mean (mean) of 32 item questions and 87 respondents and the result is 137.31. If the value is compared to the criteria that the author has set, then the average value is included in the "Very Good" category. While the results of the partial analysis of organizational commitment (X1) have a significant and positive influence on the performance-based budget of 1,261. Keywords: Performance Based Budget

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers in making lesson plans through guided discussions at SMKN 3 Gowa. The research used is school action research which is carried out in 2. This research instrument uses tests and non-tests. The data analysis technique used was descriptive which was carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data exposure, and inference. The results of this study indicate that the data in the first cycle with an average value of 59.7 with completeness of 43.3% and the ability of teachers to use lesson plans by 50% where these results have not reached the target set, then the action is taken in Cycle II by doing improvement of learning and lesson plans, so that learning outcomes increase to 72.0%. So it can be concluded that the guided discussion method can improve the ability of teachers in making lesson plans at SMKN 3 Gowa.

Abstract : Research Objectives to measure and analyze the effectiveness of Go-Jek online advertising on social media. This study uses a sample to residents who live in Padang City and are social media users. Sampling was done by Purpose sampling with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the EPIC method, which consists of; empathy (empathy), persuasion (persuasion), impact (impact), and communication (communication). The EPIC analysis results partially for each variable are in the "effective" range because the average value of empathy = 3.9375, persuasion = 3.9273, impact = 3.8175, and communication = 3.92. And the EPIC rate which is the average value of the whole variable is at 3.9. This value is in the "effective" range on the effectiveness scale. This shows that Go-Jek online advertisements through social media are considered effective in attracting audience empathy, effective in influencing audience buying interest, effective in leaving a good impression on the audience, and effective in delivering messages clearly, well, and correctly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model of group investigation type against scince generic skills of students. This research was a quasi-experimental. The population in the study was a grade VIII MTS Nurul Falah NW Lajut with 36 students. Sampling was derived by random sampling where the 16 students of VIII A as on experimental class and VIII B as a control class with 20 students.Based on pretest data analysis, obtained an average value of 31,25 experimental class and control class was 42,2.Posttest analysis showed an average grade of 65,75 experimental and control class was 61,6.  The data analysis technique was t-test. It show t- test= 5,80 and t-table = 1,67. Because of  t-count is greater than the  t- table, it can be concluded that there were the effect of cooperative learning model of group investigation generic against science skills of student.

This study aims: (1) to find out wheter the average value of student learning outcomes taught by PBL and DL models is greater than the KKM value (2) to find out whether there is class interaction and motivation on the value of student learning outcomes. This research is type of One-Group pretest-posttest Design research. The analysis technique used is: (1) One sample t-test; (2) Two Way Anava. From the analysis of the learning outcomes data obtained (1) differences in student learning outcomes (80.47  8.3336) taught by applying PBL models using macromedia flash and student learning outcomes (78.269  9.994) are taught by applying the DL model using macromedia flash where a t test of 1.684 is obtained; (2) There a Fhit price of 6.235 > Ftable 4.00 and a sig value of 0.015 < 0.05 meant that the factor A was real; inter-row results (B) have a Fhit price of 0.025 < Ftable 4.00 and a sig value of 0.975 > 0.05 means that the factor B is not real; interaction results (AB) has a Fhit price of 3.860 > Ftable 3.45 and a sig value of 0.027 < 0.05 means that the factor AB is real.
