Abstract We present an illustrative analysis of the complexity of a crystal structure based on the application of Shannon’s entropy formula in the form of Krivovichev’s complexity measures and extended according to the contributions of distinct discrete probability distributions derived from the atomic numbers and the Wyckoff multiplicities and arities of the atoms and sites constituting the crystal structure, respectively. The results of a full crystallographic complexity partition analysis for the intermetallic phase Mo3Al2C, a compound of intermediate structural complexity, are presented, with all calculations performed in detail. In addition, a partial analysis is discussed for the crystal structures of α- and β-quartz.

This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and work stress on job satisfaction with the motivation of a solution to the intervention of the nurse team covid-19 Maluku Southeast. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 33 nurses. As for the method used in this study, there are modeling research methods using partial analysis tools at least square. The findings of this study are: The workload is not proven to have a negative and significant effect on motivation, work stress is not proven to have a negative but significant impact on motivation, the workload is not proven to have a negative and significant impact on job satisfaction, the work stress is proven to have a negative but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, the motivation proven to have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, Workloads have not proved to affect work satisfaction through motivation, work stress has proved to affect work satisfaction through motivation. The author suggests that research on job satisfaction can use variables other than workload, job stress, and motivation to reveal other contributions outside of these variables.

The article deals with the issue of Polish encyclopedism of the 18th and 19th centuries against the background of the European Baroque and Enlightenment trends. The phenomenon of the encyclopaedia by B. Chmielowski, I. Krasicki, F.S. Jezierski was analysed in the text. These were works that did not follow a specific and consistent pattern of encyclopaedic publications, were not popular and did not occupy a permanent place in Polish science and literature. Other ephemeral encyclopaedia initiatives taken into account by the author were undertaken without due patronage, and — as research has shown — were secondary and amateur publications. Some attempts, such as the Encyklopedia powszechna. Zbiór wiadomości dla wszystkich stanów of the Glücksbergs from 1839, or the Mała Polska Encyklopedia by S. Plater did not manage to achieve success. Only the creation of S. Orgelbrand’s Encyklopedia powszechna in 1859 filled a significant gap in the Polish publishing and writing “market”. The article also takes into account the statements of the creators and authors of the encyclopaedia regarding the patterns they used for creating such works, and a partial analysis of the megastructure, microstructure and publishing framework of these works.

Family resilience is an important ability for family in facing various challenges throughout the lifespan. The study about family resilience of Minangkabau ethnic people needs further exploration due to the increase in divorce rate in the last three years, indicating that these families were not resilient. The cause of the divorce was related to matrilocal residency (husband lives in wife’s house after marriage). This residency has the potential to cause the intervention of the wife’s family to the relationship of husband and wife, therefore leading to the lack of authority in the husband's role. This condition poses a risk to husbands to experience gender role discrepancy and discrepancy stress. The purpose of this study was to examine the contribution of gender role discrepancy and discrepancy stress to family resilience by involving 139 Minangkabau men who lived in the wife’s family house around the age 18-50 years old. This study used a quantitative research method. Sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. All data collected were analyzed by using multiple regression method. Results showed that gender role discrepancy and discrepancy stress contributed significantly to family resilience by 10.5%. However, partial analysis showed that discrepancy stress alone did not contribute significantly to family resilience.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum towards the welfare of the people of Batu Bara Regency. The variables in this research consist of Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Welfare. This research was conducted on the people of Sei Suka Subdistrict, Batu Bara Regency as many as 56,078 people, based on the slovin formula, 100 respondents were obtained as samples. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative using instruments in the form of a questionnaire / questionnaire, observation and interviews with Likert scale measurements. From the results of Simple Linear Regression Analysis, it shows that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive effect on Community Welfare. Based on the Coefficient of Determination Test, the R value states that the adjusted R value is 35.9%, which means that the welfare of the community is influenced by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), while the remaining 63.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the results of the partial analysis (t test), the independent variable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Community Welfare. This can be seen in the Coefficient table through hypothesis testing, it can be seen that the calculation results partially have a significant and significant effect on the Community Welfare variable.

This study aims to determine and describe the relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in the Bandung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation with a sample of 37 people. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument trials, partial analysis, correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination (contribution) analysis. The results showed that the achievement of financing management and the quality of diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah education in Bandung Regency showed a significant relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education. The linearity test of financing management (X) and the quality of diniyah education (Y) obtained a value of F = 1.611 with a significance level of 0.218, so it can be interpreted that it has a positive and significant linear relationship. This study has implications for the importance of effective financing management in improving the quality of madrasah.

Abstract: This research analyzes the effect of tabarru fund and underwriting on investment in sharia life insurance companies in Indonesia that are registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The independent variables are tabarru fund and underwriting. The dependent variable is an investment. The research was conducted using ten companies that met the sample selection criteria of seven years from 2013-2019. The seventy total data are registered with the financial services authority. This research used the purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed through SPSS as a tool. This study indicated that the tabarru fund had a significant effect on investment in Islamic life insurance companies. Partial analysis (t-test) of tabarru fund had a significant positive impact on investment in Islamic insurance companies for the 2013-2019 period. The simultaneous F significance test results for the tabarru fund and underwriting F significant variables were simultaneously 0.000 less than the 0.05 significance level. Thus it can be concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted so that the regression model tested was fit, and the independent variable (tabarru fund and underwriting) simultaneously had affected the dependent variable (investment).
