This study seeks to identify the reality of the practices of administrative leadership, human resources, partnerships and resources (financial resources management, technology and knowledge management) among employees of the Tawafa Establishment for pilgrims of non- Arab African countries. (Evaluation study) according to the Excellence Model of King Abdulaziz Quality Award, the unified national model for quality and institutional excellence for all sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Which will contribute to achieving institutional excellence for the raft institutions and achieving competitiveness? The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach as a methodology to achieve the goal and purpose of the study, and to obtain the results of the study, the researcher designed the study tool represented in the questionnaire. In order to collect primary information from the study sample. In light of this, data were collected, analyzed and hypotheses tested using the SPSS statistical package, the sample of the study consisted of (42) employees working in the Tawafa Establishment for pilgrims of non- Arab African countries. The main problem and dilemma of the study is to stand at the administrative level at all levels in all technical and human aspects, according to the standards of administrative leadership and the extent to which they are related to human values ​​and behaviors, through strenuous efforts in implementing and applying everything that is possible to apply And in line with the possibilities of the Excellence Model of the King Abdul Aziz Award for Quality, the unified national model for quality and institutional excellence for all sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and this study aims to create a clear picture of scrutiny and audit of the administrative levels in the institution to achieve the desired goal of that study, which includes strengthening relations With groups of concerned parties to ensure the achievement of the strategic direction and the establishment of systems to support a culture of quality, excellence and creativity, in addition to seeking to implement the principles and requirements of social responsibility, corporate governance and transparency in order to achieve sustainable development, as strategic leadership practices are considered important and necessary for its success through attention to human resources by providing a work environment; attractive to them and for their health, safety and well- being in order to achieve Institutional loyalty. The importance of this study is theoretically due to the attempt to enrich the study concepts and literature on the application of some possibilities of the Excellence Model of the King Abdulaziz Quality Award, the unified national model for quality and institutional excellence for all sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study is also concerned with the possibility of a reference to be prepared for all researchers and those interested in the field of institutional transformation strategies, resistance to change, and improving the performance of workers, in the raft institutions. From an applied point of view, the importance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the results and recommendations in the institution of pilgrim’s employees of non- Arab African countries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and addressing weaknesses and shortcomings. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, which depends on the methods of measurement, classification and interpretation in order to extract significant conclusions in addition to documents and other sources such as books, magazines, and others. The study included several results in line with the main axes on which the questionnaires depended. Pilgrims of non- Arab African countries to a very large extent, the strategic direction according to the excellence model of the King Abdul Aziz Prize for Quality, the unified national model for quality and institutional excellence, as well as in the review of the administrative system and institutional performance. Perhaps one of the most important results of the study is managing change, managing risks and crises according to the excellence model of the King Abdul Aziz Quality Award, the unified national model for quality and institutional excellence with a high degree of domesticity within the institution. While the results of the second and third axes included results of medium degrees in terms of developing the knowledge and capabilities of human resources according to the Excellence Model of the King Abdul Aziz Prize for Quality, the unified national model for quality and institutional excellence, as well as financial management.

This study aims to determine the determinants of the electronic distribution of services for tourism and travel organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study uses some descriptive analytical approach in achieving its goals and testing its hypotheses. The study found that there are a set of determinants that stand for the distribution of services of tourist organizations, the most important of which is the weakness of communication and software networks as well as the lack of qualified human resources to manage distribution channels. The study recommends the need to develop communication networks and train human resources to manage electronic distribution channels.

I choose this research to display these efforts. The current study aimed to identify the extent to which training centers are committed to the standards of Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) from the viewpoint of training supervisors at Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information. The study population included all training supervisors at Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia whose number is (175) supervisors. The comprehensive survey method was used in the sample. The conclusions of the study revealed that there is a high level of commitment to the training standards determined by at Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) at training centers, and it was found that there are some obstacles and difficulties that prevent achieving technical and vocational training standards in training centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study recommended the necessity to alleviate some of the legislations and laws that hinder the work of training centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also recommended that training centers have to rely on management and leadership for the optimal investment of human resources (HR) by motivating and encouraging them and identify the necessary needs for them to raise the level of their performance.

لقد انتشرت البطالة في الدول المتقدمة، فضغطت وأقلقت أصحاب القرار. ولم تكن المملكة العربية السعودية في معزل عن ذلك العالم المتشابك. فاتجه القائمون على الوزارات المعنية إلى إيجاد حلول لتلك الظاهرة لخفض نسبة البطالة من خلال زيادة نسبة التوطين، فصدرت اللوائح والأنظمة، وقدمت البرامج الوطنية الداعمة لإحلال الموظف الوطني المؤهل بديلًا عن الموظف الوافد. وفي هذه الدراسة يتجه الباحث إلى الانتقال بعملية التوطين للوظائف من التوطين بالفكر التقليدي إلى التوطين بالفكر الحديث، من خلال عرضه لإستراتيجية مقترحة للتوطين في المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد استخدم في بحثه المنهج الوصفي التحليلي معتمدًا على البحوث والدراسات السابقة؛ حيث تناول الموضوع في ستة مباحث بدءًا بالمفاهيم والمصطلحات، ثم الخلفية التاريخية لاستقدام العمالة الوافدة لمنطقة الخليج، ثم أسباب ودوافع التوطين، وبعدها عرض الدور الحكومي والخاص الحالي للتوطين، وكذلك المعوقات التي تواجه عملية التوطين، ثم تناول الإستراتيجية المقترحة له

The national total parental nutrition program with an emphasis on pediatrics started before several ago at Ministry of health hospitals In Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The program covered several regions and consisted from the foundation of Intravenous Admixture and preparation of pediatric parenteral nutrition to administration and follow up of patients outcomes. In addition to the prior system, the new initiative project with the standardized formulation of pediatric’s parenteral nutrition is the complementary project of the parental nutrition for pediatrics. The project initiated to prevent drug-related problems of parental nutrition, improve patient clinical outcome and reduce the unnecessary economic burden on the healthcare system. It is the new system in the Middle East and Gulf counties in additional to Saudi Arabia. The initiatives are the systemic implementation of standardized pediatrics formulation using management project tools of starting new idea until finding in the ground.

The general administration of pharmaceutical care started potential pharmacy practice program. The program is part of accreditation professional’s process of national and international regulations. The adult’s parenteral nutrition was one of the critical programs. The most healthcare professionals are not familiar with the new system. The new initiatives system adult’s standardized concentration formulation of total parental nutrition as complementary to the previous one. The new formulation consisted of all parental nutrition requirements based on national and international standards. The new system can be converted as computerized physician orders. The new initiatives may implement as project management model over one year or less than that’s. The new system prevents nutrition-related problems, and medication errors, and improve clinical outcomes of the adults’ population in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Filipinos are a major part of the workforce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a population of almost one million. This article investigates the effects of gender segregation on Filipino workers and how they navigate their lives through systems imposed on them. In particular, it examines the Kafala system (administrative sponsoring system) used for recruiting migrant workers for GCC countries. This article suggests that contrary beliefs about gender segregation and dress codes, Filipinas found it empowering. However, this article also concludes that gender segregation and dress codes also lead to isolation and loneliness. In addition, it is concluded that the fate and contentment of the overseas Filipino workers are directly dependent on who sponsors them.

Patient and Family Rights (PFR) is a common chapter available in the Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation[i] (fifth edition) and Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) Standards for hospitals (second edition)[ii]. JCI Accreditation is a USA based international healthcare accrediting organization, whereas CBAHI is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based national health care accrediting organization. However, both these standards are accredited by Ireland based International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua), which is the only accrediting organization who “accredit the accreditors' in the world. In Patient and Family Rights (PFR) chapter of JCI Accreditation for hospitals, there are nineteen (19) standards and seventy-seven (77) measurable elements (ME) whereas in CBAHI Accreditation there are thirty one (31) standards, ninety nine (99) sub-standards and fifty (50) evidence(s) of compliance (EC). The scoring mechanism is totally different in both these accrediting organizations. The researcher has identified thirty two (32) common parameters from JCI Accreditation and CBAHI standards, intent statement, measurable elements, sub-standard and evidence of compliance. On the basis of these identified common parameters, the researcher has compared the Patient and Family Rights chapter in JCI Accreditation and CBAHI Standards. Methods: This is a comparison study (normative comparison) in which the researcher has critically analyzed and compared the Patient and Family Rights (PFR) standards of JCI (Joint Commission International) Accreditation of USA (United States of America) and CBAHI (Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Data Collection: Primary data are collected from the JCI Accreditation Standards for hospitals, fifth edition, 2013 and CBAHI Standards for hospitals of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, second edition, 2011. Secondary data are collected from relevant published journals, articles, research papers, academic literature and web portals. Objectives of the Study: The aim of this study is to analyze critically Patient and Family Rights (PFR) Standards in JCI Accreditation and CBAHI Standards to point out the best in among both these standards. Conclusion: This critical analysis of Patient and Family Rights (PFR) Standards in JCI Accreditation and CBAHI Standards for hospitals clearly show that the PFR Standards in CBAHI Standards are very comprehensive than the JCI Accreditation standards.
