ABSTRACTIf we don't explain the role of language in the construction of places to live, their study will be incomplete; therefore the built space poses the challenge of defining a method of analysis that takes into account the emergence of cognitive processes in human being, of which perception and categorization of objects in space seems to be the most difficult to explain. And here is where the focus on language, from the point of view of the studies of complexity, admits to interpret and explain the evolution of the human capacity of build. In this sense, it is necessary to review the problem of in witch sense it can be said that language is innate or learned, and if the mind is a blank paper at birth, or has a genetic basis and how would be like. We observed the acquisition of language and cognition, and the construction of places to live, as the product of a cultural-genetic legacy.

"“What is a father?” That is the question. This paper discusses Hamlet emphasizing the concept of desire and its formation for any human being. From a Lacanian psychoanalytical point of view, a difference between need, demand, and desire will be considered, in order to better understand how desire appears from the fabric of a topological surface and takes its place in the reality of the subject. Then the matheme of phantasy and the various objects that present themselves in Hamlet, namely Ophelia and others, as well as the stages of the relationship between Hamlet and his object will be analyzed. The analysis of the obsessional structure allows a better understanding of the movement of desire and action in Hamlet, without stating an obsessional structure in the character itself because what is interesting in the end is that Hamlet actually illustrates the place of desire for any human being. Following Lacan’s seminars, the paper will approach the relationship between faith and death, as well as the Borromean place of the Symbolic, with the consequences that emerge when the Symbolic crashes. This way, one could get closer to the fundamental question, pertaining to the function of the father and the unfortunate lifting of the veil that places Hamlet in an impossible position from which he cannot act to fulfill his destiny because the existence of desire is conditioned by the faith in death. The answer to the question would be that a father is seen in the context of actioning as a function, like a mathematical function, to orient the desire of the mother. Instead, in Hamlet, there is only legacy of a sin. Keywords: desire, phantasy, phallus, object, father, law, symbolic, veil, matheme. "

The interdisciplinary approach in science is becoming more widespread today. It is gratifying that in the age of applied sciences, in which technology prevails, philosophy as the core of the humanities is restored to its status. Starting from the definition of philosophy that includes notions such as knowledge, values, reason, existence, mind, language, it is not surprising the attitude of modern man in relation to the rational approach of including this fundamental discipline in scientific research in any field. This reconceptualization is absolutely necessary for the progress of humanity starting from the assumption that no field of scientific research can exist without a series of methodological principles. Consequently, we can consider philosophy, the theoretical foundation of any science and more than that, a science applied, per se with resonance in everyday existence. What can be more important for the human being than explaining the meaning of life, the relationship with peers and the psychological motivation of its existence in this world? Thus, philosophy can be the promoter of the active attitude of the individual in any social field. It is important to consider the model of the individual who from a moral point of view is interested, participatory, has a purpose and correctly defines his duties towards himself and society. These coordinates define the pattern of the human being capable of participating in the progress of humanity

Pagrindiniai žodžiai: fenomenologija, psichologizmas, natūralizmas, nihilizmas.PSYCHCHOLOGISM, NATURALISM AND NIHILISM (A PHENOMENOLOGICAL CRITIQUE)Dalius Jonkus SummaryThe article discusses Husserl’s criticism of Psychologism and the relationship that have with the contemporary crisis of values. In Logical Investigation Husserl criticize not only a psychological foundation of science, but he expresses his preoccupation about rationality in general. Rationality according to Husserl is connected with ethical and political questions. Aron Gurwitsch research shows the existing connection between naturalistic psychology and nihilism. Naturalistic psychology induces a nihilistic conception of human being: human as a biological functions mechanism. This point of view cause a totalitarian tendency in social life and politic. Keywords: phenomenology, psychologism, naturalism, nihilism.

Humanity has gone through an evolutionary process based on the advancement of technology created by human intelligence. Currently, the concept of intelligence has detached itself from the corporality of the human being and has the intention of changing it: its models, relationships and convictions. This paper claims the dependence, even symbolic, of that IA to the social archetypes of our weltanchauung. From this point of view, technological advance will generate human development, but they do not yet reach the possibility of substantially changing human being. One of the most important referees that will moderate the constant dialogue between human “physical and artificial intelligence” is Law, which will have the mission of reconciling the relationship between being and what should be. In this relation, I propose three images that serve as a guide for this discussion: the cloud, the wall, and the plague.

From first writings, a suspiciousness of women is shown towards where the relationship between woman and man (Eve and Adam) is directed. A great historian said: «as soon as women begin to be equal, they will be superior», [Tito Livio, 59 BC. — 17 AD.]. And it is precisely there the error, woman and man, are not equal, each one has its qualities to complement each other, but unfortunately, they have been used to compete for a power that no one can maintain, but it destroys relationships and societies. These sometimes pendular behaviors are contextualized from point of view of Anthropoecology. Feminism is one more current of many there are; Although its purposes are fair and reasonable, it must take care that liberation do not turn into debauchery and empowerment into emboldening, and eliminating millions of femicides that are practiced annually by abortions. Perhaps due to paradigms of interest or because we have become mentally ill, human being has not taken on the task of identifying and defining the laws of nature that should govern their behavior. Animals instinctively only take what is necessary to live, they do not accumulate. Human being because of his greed, takes more than necessary and accumulates, without obeying natural laws. Human being due to his intellectual qualities, is the most destructive and libertine animal. Mistakenly, a competition has been created; influenced by some intellectuals and thinkers, where ideas of all kinds of competition originate, unfortunately in a not very positive way, which are disseminated by the media. Most people say «in this troubled world», excluding themselves from their responsibility for what happen. Way in which concepts are exposed is with intention of questioning, not attacking, to induce a reflection and a reaction on our wrong attitude, evidenced by undeniable problems that we have as a society and damage caused to environment. Only a positive formative education will correct damage that human beings have inflicted on themselves for millennia.
