The article is devoted to the formation of key performance indicators (KPI) and customer satisfaction (CPI) for evaluating the implementation of strategies for the transformation of industrial complexes in the digital economy. The content of the KPI and CPI of the strategy for the transformation of the industrial complex as an integrated system of organizational, economic and sociological indicators is determined, allowing you to establish target quantitative values for the transformation and development of the most important elements, structures, processes and spheres of the enterprise, as well as to assess the degree of their achievement in operational and longterm periods. A methodology for the formation of KPI and CPI is proposed, a system and a scheme of mutual influence of these indicators are developed. The calculation procedure, data sources, and responsible performers for KPI and CPI are defined. Target values of KPI and CPI for industrial complexes from various regions of Russia have been developed. A general description of the mechanism for implementing KPI and CPI at enterprises is presented.

The author analyzes the innovation development programs of 11 Russian companies with state participation and state corporations and compares the achieved results with innovation development plans. The results of the analysis show that the existing relationships between the performance indicators of the companies’ innovation activity for 2014–2016 are not considered or reflected in the programs of innovation development until 2020. This study indicates the causes of the current situation and proposes directions for improving the efficiency of innovation development planning.Aim. The study aims to examine the mutual influence of indicators in innovation planning at enterprises.Tasks. The author analyzes the existing innovation development programs of large state-owned companies and the correlation between the performance indicators of innovation activity, assesses the actual results of the implementation of innovation development programs for 2014–2016 and the validity of the planned indicators of innovation development until 2020.Methods. This study uses the methods of systems and correlation-regression analysis.Results. The analysis shows that the actual relationships between the performance indicators of the companies’ innovation activity for 2014–2016 are not considered or reflected in the programs of innovation development until 2020. This study indicates the causes of the current situation and proposes directions for improving the efficiency of innovation development planning. A matrix for determining problem situations in innovation development planning is developed.Conclusions. The actual relationships between the indicators that characterize many aspects of innovation development at various stages of the innovation life cycle are not fully considered in the planning of innovation development. The conducted study confirms a formal approach to estimating the target values of the examined indicators, which disregards the actual relationships between them. The outcome of this can be seen in the programs of innovation development until 2020 developed by corporations. It is possible to make allowance for the actual relationships in the planning of the target values of innovation development indicators by using the methods and tools of dynamic modeling.

Experience of the leading port industrial complexes indicated high socio-economic performance indicators. However, not every port becomes a basis for formation of a port industrial complex. In different countries, formation happens differently. According to the functional problems, Russian port industrial territories have a lack of development of managerial approaches to its formation and development. Overview of the development of Russian port industrial complexes shows that shortage of research on strategical management, including investment and institutional aspects, leads to an absence of methodological basis for engineering industrial port zones, as well as its strategical development. This requires detection of typical problems of the development of Russian and foreign port industrial complexes, definition of influencing factors, and systematization of managerial experience. During research process, methodology for system economic theory, which is best suited for a complicated territorial facility, was used. Such methodology considers interrelations among environmental, process, project, and object aspects. Namely, the problems of formation and development of port industrial complexes, as well as factors contributing to its growing potential, were identified and systematized in comparative order.

This chapter is an overview of the process of Web analytics for Websites. It outlines how visitor information such as number of visitors and visit duration can be collected using log files and page tagging. This information is then combined to create meaningful key performance indicators that are tailored not only to the business goals of the company running the Website but also to the goals and content of the Website. Finally, this chapter presents several analytic tools and explains how to choose the right tool for the needs of the Website. The ultimate goal of this chapter is to provide methods for increasing revenue and customer satisfaction through careful analysis of visitor interaction with a Website.

An important aspect in any business process lifecycle is management of the performance, where performance requirements on business processes are specified as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with target values which are to be achieved in a certain analysis period. A KPI is a business metric used to measure and evaluate the individual capability, maturity, complexity, and agility of a business process in the development environment. This study designed four general KPIs for the integration of SOA and scrum to bring further advancement in these approaches for IIoT. The study also identified some common metrics which will give help to software developers and, especially, to those who want to apply SOA and scrum integration. These metrics will play a critical role of bridging the strategy and concepts of improvements with operational activities. The identified KPIs will help to measure the business agility, quality and value, team efficiency, and complexity of scrum- and SOA based projects. Software development organizations can also practice these KPIs to know where to focus their resources to deliver the ultimate business profit. So, software business organizations could better align their business projects and IT investments with the rapid market change and deliveries.

Many entities of agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation began to feel the considerable difficulties, which changed parameters of functioning of their internal processes in circumstances of the global financial crisis. To overcoming the developed negative situation many entities began actively to apply the upgrade institute from a production component up to personnel management. In order to improve the effectiveness of this institution in the personnel management and implementation of innovative projects in the agro-industrial enterprises, the author developed a scheme of management process organization of its innovation activities with elements of neural network modeling and the system of key performance indicators. The approbation of results of a research was carried out at two agro-industrial entities of the Republic of Tatarstan - JSC “Krasnyy Vostok Agro” and CJSC “Agrosila Group” on the proceedings, collected from 2013 to 2015. During the of approbation of the developed scheme such methods were used: analytical, graphical, expert, economic and mathematical, logical and system approach. Fundamental difference of the developed scheme from the existing analogs is reached for the account of: implementation of accounting of functioning specifics of the agro-industrial entities, as subjects of the market; use of the advanced tools - management by means of system of key performance indicators; researches of actions for management of innovative activities stimulation within the final number of the integrated blocks (economic, legal, information, organizational and technological); use of multiple orientation, which quantitative estimates are received on the basis of a neural network algorithm; orientations to the multi scenario approach, created from dual system of options on each of five developed blocks of actions with a possibility of their combination; availability of a complex feedback mechanism between all blocks of the developed scheme of the organization. Thus offered scheme can be successfully applied in the course of upgrade of management of stimulation of innovative activities of the agro-industrial entities on terms of preliminary handling of the available data on implementable innovative projects.

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.
