Auditor’s Independence issue is the main cause why companies must do auditor switching mandatorily. Many questions rise when actually there were some companies did voluntary auditor switching outside the rule of auditor switching KMK No. 359/KMK.06/2003 which has been revised to be PMK No. 17/PMK.01/2008. This research is purposed to find empirical evidences about the factors that influence manufacturing companies which are listed in BEI to do voluntary auditor switching. Variables that are used in this research are going concern opinion (OGC), management changes (PM), auditor’s reputation (RA), financial distress (KK), auditor’s fee (LNFEE), and voluntary auditor switching (SWITCH).The data being used is from manufacturing company which is listed in BEI in 2007-2010 period. Data collecting method which used in this research is method purposive sampling, that based on criteria which has been determined before. Based on the method purposive sampling, research sample total is 276 companies. Hypothesis in this research are tested by logistic regression analytical method.Result of this research indicates that variable having which significantly effect the voluntary auditor switching is auditor reputation. On the other hand,other variables like going concern opinion, management changes, financial distress, and auditor’s fee do not have significant effect on company decision to do voluntary auditor switching.

This study aimed to get empirical evidence the auditor's ability to change and prior opinion in moderating influence on the potential financial distress Award going concern opinion. There’s a going concern opinion because the company indicated no longer able to carry out its life. The results of previous studies get inconsistent results in terms of the potential influence on the provision of financial distress going concern opinion. The existence of a contingency approach can be completed in this study, where the variables change of auditor and prior opinion allegedly moderating influence on the potential financial distress Award going concern opinion. This study uses secondary data. Manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009-2015 the population in this study by the amount total of the samples are 77 samples were selected by purposive sampling.

One of the accounting assumptions is going concern. Going concern is how company can survive in long time business operation. Going concern becomes very crucial for users of financial statements, namely investors and creditors. If the company in which the investor invests funds and the creditors lend their funds is bankrupt, then the investment and credit lent are in vain and the investor and creditor suffer losses. This study aims to examine the effect of financial distress, debt default, and audit tenure on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion in the period 2014-2018. This study uses secondary data from manufacturing companies financial report which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange, using purposive sampling method, we obtained 28 companies that are feasible, so that the sample from the study amounted to 140 samples. Statistical tests were performed using SPSS version 24.0 using logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show that financial distress variables have a significant negative effect while debt default and audit tenure have a positive effect on the acceptance of going-concern audit opinion.

AbstractThis research aims to examine wether liquidity, profitability, leverage, and operating cash flow can be used as financial distress predictor. Manufacturing companies which were listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2015, were used as samples. This research used purposive sampling method and 96 companies can be used as samples according to the criteria. Data was analyzed using logistic regression. The result showed that only profitability can be used as financial distress predictor, while liquidity, leverage, and operating cash flow cannot.Keywords: Financial Distress, Liquidity, Leverage, Operating Cash Flow, and Profitability

This research aimed to show empirical proves about the effect of financial distress and audit client tenure to an acceptance of going concern audit opinion. Hypothesis proposed by the researcher were (1) Financial distressnegatively affected to the acceptance of going concern audit opinion, (2) Audit client tenure negatively affected to the acceptance of going concern audit opinion. The sample of this research was manufacturing firm in the period of 2010-2012. Purposive sampling technique was used to obtain the sample. Logistic regression was used to analyze the data. The variables of this research were financial distress and audit client tenure. The result shows that financial distress have negatively affected on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion, while audit client tenure do not have significant effect on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion.

Going Concern Opinion issued by auditor when there is doubt of a company’s ability to continue as going concern. This research have the objective to determine the relationship between Previous Audit Opinion, Audit Tenure and Liquidity with Going Concern Opinion in manufacturing companies listed in IDX form years 2015 until 2017. The population of this research is 156 with total of sample are 37 manufacturing companies. The research of data using descriptive statistic and logistic regression analysis method. The result shows that Previous Audit Opinion and Liquidity have significant influence toward Going Concern Opinion and Audit Tenure does not have significant influence toward Going Concern Opinion.

This research was aimed to examine empirically the effect of several factors to audit quality. These factors are Audit Rotation, Audit Firm Specialization and Client Importance. The population that will be used in this research are company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses sampel of 85 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. In this study, audit quality is measured by earning surprise benchmark. The method used was purposive sampling. The method of data analysis in this study use logistic regression with SPPS version 23. The results of this prove that (1) audit rotation is not proven to have an impact on audit quality, where sig value 0,915 > 𝛼 0,05 which means H1 is rejected (2) audit firm specialization is proven to have an impact on audit quality, where sig value 0,04 < 𝛼 0,05 which means H2 is accepted (3) client importance is not proven to have an impact on audit quality, where sig value 0,809 > 𝛼 0,05 which means H3 is rejected. The amount of Adjusted R is 0.036 gives the sense that rate is 3,6% of level audit quality can be explained by independent variables while 96.4% can be explained by the other independent variabels that are not tested in this study.Keywords: Audit Rotation, Audit Firm Specialization, Client Importance, Audit Quality

The aims of this research are to analyze the effect of debt default, the company's growth and size of the company going concern audit opinion. This study uses a quantitative approach because the emphasis on testing theories through the measurement of research variables with numbers and perform statistical data analysis procedures. The population used in this study is a manufacturing company of food and beverage subsector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015 as many as 14 companies. Meanwhile, the number of samples in this study are 56 companies, the sampling technique using saturation sampling method (census) and data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and logistic regression (logistic regression). Based on the results of research show that the debt default positively effect to the going cocern opinion,  company's growth negatively effect to the going concern opinion and firm size also negatively affect the going concern opinion. This study has limitations because it uses secondary data are derived from the annual report. Object of research only on subsector of manufacturing companies namely food and beverage subsector. So that,  the  company should not use the research findings in the formulation of decisions dealing with going concern audit opinion. It means, required consideration of other factors that should be explored through subsequent research.   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh debt default, pertumbuhan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap opini audit going concern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena penekanannya pada pengujian teori melalui pengukuran variabel penelitian dengan angka dan melakukan prosedur analisis data statistik. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012-2015 sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Sementara itu, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan regresi logistik (regresi logistik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debt default berpengaruh positif terhadap opini audit going cocern, pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap opini audit going concern dan ukuran perusahaan juga berpengaruh negatif terhadap opini audit going concern. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan karena menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan tahunan. Objek penelitian hanya pada subsektor perusahaan manufaktur yaitu subsektor makanan dan minuman. Sehingga, perusahaan tidak boleh menggunakan temuan penelitian dalam perumusan keputusan yang berhubungan dengan opini audit going concern. Maknanya, diperlukan pertimbangan faktor-faktor lain yang harus dieksplorasi melalui penelitian selanjutnya.

This study is purposed wheather simultaneously or partially variable profitability ration, bank rupty prediction and sales growth of the going concern audit opinion on the consumption sector manufacturing companies listed Indonesia stock exchange. This study used a purposive sampling in method. This research test equipment using logistic regression models. The conclusion that can be drawn from the test result, which is only partially bank crupty predicton variables that significantly influence the going concern audit opinion while the ratio of profitability and sales growth does not significantly influence the going concern audit opinion

Auditor switching is the turn of KAP and auditor carried out by the company for a reason or there are certain factors of the company or of the auditor itself. This study aims to determine the effect of audit fees, financial distress auditor size, client size, and management change to the auditor switching on manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. This study used secondary data obtained from financial statements published on the internet through the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id.The research sample is manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014. Sampling using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 96 observations of 32 companies sampled in this study. Hypothesis testing is done by using logistic regression. From the test results indicate that audit fees, financial distress, auditor sie, clients size, and management changes do not influence auditor switching.

The purpose of the research was to find the empirical evidence of the financial distress positive effect to the going concern opinion audit, to find the empirical evidence of the negative effect of company to the going concern opinion audit, to find empirical evidence of solvability’s positive effect to the going concern opinion audit, to find empirical evidence of profitability’s negative effect to the going concern opinion audit.This research is descriptive quantitative research where the analysis was conducted using logistic regression. Then type of data used in the research was secondary data, the population and sample which used in this research was 100 of companies. Result of the research shows that financial distress partially does not positively affect to the going concern opinion audit, size of the company does not affect negatively to going concern opinion audit, the solvability positively affect to the going concern opinion audit, and profitability negatively affects to the going concern opinion audit.
