During the process of analyzing Russian and foreign studies in the field of multimodal cargo transportation, existing methods for improving the efficiency of the multimodal transport system are considered. Improving efficiency of multimodal transportation today is possible due to the optimization of the interaction system between the used modes of transport and transportation of goods. Cost reduction, optimization of cargo terminals, the formation and development of the transport corridors network also play an important role in improving this type of transportation. The use of the new capabilities of satellite navigation, as well as the importance of reducing the environmental load and fuel economy should not be underestimated. The minimization of risks throughout the field of multimodal transportation, the improvement of the legislative framework and document management processes are important. To solve these problems, experts propose methods for the operational management of cargo delivery and expedited transportation. Based on these methods, the place of transport logistics in the process of bringing goods to the consumer during multimodal transportation is determined. A methodology for designing a multimodal transport network has been developed, this methodology involves the formation and development of transport corridors, taking into account new conditions for the globalization of transportation. Researches on the organization of transportation using multimodal transport units and technologies (containers, contrailers, "running highway") have been conducted. Based on the theory of controlled networks and integer linear programming methods, the experts developed mathematical models for the distribution of cargo flows, the choice of the most favorable transportation routes, ideal loading of rolling stock, and transportation of goods using the best forwarding algorithm. Methods are proposed for assessing the maximum capacity of the transport network and predicting the interference of weather conditions in the process of goods transportation, based on the Ford-Fulkerson theorem on the maximum flow and minimum cross section and the use of the mathematical apparatus of Markov chains. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the lack of a universal methodology for managing multimodal transportation processes on the basis of a telecommunication platform requires the formulation and solution of the important scientific and practical problem - the development of popular organizational and management methods, technological solutions to ensure the effectiveness of multimodal transportation. The totality of the tasks to be solved in this case has important socio-economic significance for the Russian Federation.

The article deals with the main factors influencing the formation and development of the multimodal transport system of Ukraine in modern conditions. The object of the research is the process of formation of the domestic multimodal transport system. The purpose of the work is to determine the necessary measures for the formation of the multimodal transport system of Ukraine. In Ukraine, multimodal transportation is at the initial stage of development. Among the main factors hindering the formation and development of multimodal transport systems in Ukraine, is the imperfection of regulatory legal regulation of multimodal transport issues; absence of own environmentally friendly rolling stock of different types of transport, especially on road transport, which carries out transportation on long distances; imbalance between levels of capacity of objects of multimodal transport infrastructure and volumes of cargo flows; high risks of multimodal carriers at significant distances with two or more modes of transport; political situation in Ukraine; information provision of all parts of the multimodal logistics chain, etc. To solve these problems, measures have been proposed that will allow the formation and development of the multimodal transport system of Ukraine. The results of the work can be applied for the formation of a national multimodal transport system. Foreseeable assumptions about the development of the research object - the study of the components of the multimodal transport system. KEYWORDS: MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION, MULTIMODALINE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

Multimodal transportation will not only increase the intensity of use of vehicles, but also reduce the passenger's travel time. The main task of organizing multimodal transportation is to maximally satisfy the demand of the population for transport services with the most efficient use of rolling stock. The problem of reducing the number of direct routes can b solved either by developing direct connections, or by switching to multimodal transportation with the condition of coordinating the time of transfer. The paper describes in detail the development of multimodal passengers transportation organization.

Purpose This paper aims to identify the factors that experts consider important for the effective operation of multimodal transport using the Trans-Siberian Railway (TSR) in the Russian Far East and to also establish operational strategies that enable Korean logistics companies to use TSR efficiently for multimodal transportation. Design/methodology/approach A total of 65 questionnaires were distributed to predominantly Korean logistics companies/shippers with experience in TSR and 19 replies were received. The majority of the respondents are senior executives with at least 10 years of work experience. To identify the factors and present strategies, this study applied the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities -fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method, which is based on complex multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) that facilitates decision-makers in considering an operational strategy by calculating the importance of input factors. Findings Results from the FAHP indicate that the Strengths is the main factor affecting TSR multimodal transport decisions, followed by the Threats, Opportunities and Weakness factors. In terms of rank, reduction of transportation distance and time are determined as the most crucial factor from the perspective of Korean logistics companies, followed by the northern logistics development plan, the Russian Government's willingness to the development plan, political instability and possible linkages with the Korean ports. Originality/value Through a hybrid MCDM analysis of Korean logistics companies, three operational strategies were proposed: foreign direct and small investments in the Russian Far East, Korean logistics companies implementing a cold-chain logistics service in the fishery industry and a government-led “Block Train Integration System” to secure the minimum threshold volume of cargo for small and medium-sized companies.

Introduction: From January 1, 2019, the Law of Ukraine “On application of the transplantation of anatomical materials to a human being” dated May 17, 2018, № 2427-VIII (hereinafter referred to as Law № 2427), which defined a new system of legal relationship in the field of transplantation and related activities. Simultaneously the validity of the Law of Ukraine “On transplantation of organs and other anatomical materials to a human being” adopted in July 16, 1999. № 1007-XIV was canceled. The development of medical science overlooks the prospect of humanity’s salvation from many incurable diseases. One of the directions of medical advancing is the development of transplantation, which is special method of treatment that involves the transplantation of anatomical human material from a donor to a recipient and a focuses on the restoration of human health. Admitting the fact that life or health can be saved for hundreds of thousands of people with its’ usage today and the need for it is growing relentlessly. Therefore, research and improvement of legislation on the transplantation of human anatomical materials is well-grounded and timely. The aim: To establish and specify the problematic issues of legal regulation that arise in the transplantation of human anatomical materials sphere. Materials and methods: During the study, international acts, national legislation and Conclusions of scientists were used. The article is based on dialectical, legal comparative, systemic, historical and complex methods of research. Review: In this paper the main problems of legal regulation of transplantation of human anatomical materials according to the Ukrainian legislation are analyzed and specific suggestions for their solution are proposed. Conclusions: The solution to this problem is to create a legislative framework and provide an effective and effective mechanism for regulating and implementing transplantation of human anatomical materials.

Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science, which includes natural language, intelligent processing, and professional methods. Since the birth of artificial intelligence, the technology and application fields have continued to grow, and the application fields have also continued to expand. This article aims to study the application of artificial intelligence technology in the management information system of container multimodal transportation and to provide convenient and efficient operation methods for container multimodal transportation. This paper proposes the C-means clustering method. Through the research and development of the terminal management system, it has achieved great success in automation, intelligent planning, and integrated management. At the same time, the EDI system is adopted, which mainly uses the combination of GPS and GIS information platform Internet network technology. Therefore, when evaluating the operation of the multimodal transport virtual container under the control of coproduction, the DEA method is used to operate the multimodal virtual container. The situation is analyzed and evaluated, and the multimodal transport virtual container is determined through investment. The experimental results of this article show that the artificial intelligence system achieves the most efficient multimodal transport management with the most efficient system model, combined with the leading container multimodal transport virtual enterprise, to provide the best way of the management process for the development of the multimodal transport management information system. The intact rate of container cargo during transportation is as high as 99.7%.
