Abstrak: This research is a type of descriptive analytic study, which explains and analyzes how the collaboration of counseling teachers and parents in distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. During distance learning the bk teacher should consider increasing communication interaction with parents as well as collaborating with parents and trying to develop positive perceptions about students in terms of student success during distance learning. Collaboration is an activity where there is cooperation between various parties in realizing educational goals, both parties from within and from outside educational institutions. Collaboration in guidance and counseling is a collaborative activity between counseling teachers and a number of related parties in order to achieve the objectives of the guidance and counseling service program, therefore there is a need for a good collaborative strategy between counselors and parents, especially in terms of developing student study success. The involvement of parents in question can be in the form of inviting parents as members of the school committee, providing opportunities for parents to become tutors in an instructional program, involvement of parents in funding a broader school program and also strengthening the understanding and skills of parents regarding child and adult development.

There is even a chairman of an education foundation who says that looking for participants students are much more difficult than finding new teachers. Student management isn't only in the form of recording student data, but includes aspects of the more broadly operationally can help growth efforts andstudent development through the process of education in schools. As for service Specifically students include guidance and counseling services, services library, canteen / cafeteria services, health services, transformation services schools, boarding services, and extracurricular services, laboratory services, and security. Special services are held in schools with a view to facilitate the implementation of teaching in order to achieve educational goals in school. Special service management is a process of providing activities service needs to students to support learning activities. So that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

This article describes the administration of special services. The teaching and learning process requires the support of facilities that are not directly used in the classroom. Facilities that do not directly include school libraries, school cooperatives, school health businesses and school cafeterias. Management of special services in schools is effective and efficient School Based Management (SBM). School is one of the facilities that can be used to improve the quality of Indonesia's population. This article describe about curriculum. The curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objectives, content, and learning materials and materials used as guidelines for the implementation of learning activities to achieve certain educational goals. Administration of the curriculum is a system of curriculum management that is cooperative, comprehensive, systemic, and systematic in order to realize the achievement of curriculum objectives. The aim of the curriculum is to achieve institutional learning at educational institutions, so that the curriculum plays an important role in realizing quality and quality schools. The method used in this study includes planning, implementation, supervision, and curriculum evaluation. Thus it can be seen that a good curriculum is a curriculum that follows the development of science and technology based on society. Failure in the administration of a curriculum will have fatal consequences on the success of the world of education.
