Introduction. The unit of continuous action for the formation of the underlying layer is designed to increase labor productivity in the construction of roads and other objects, for the construction of which it is necessary to remove the upper layer of soil. The working bodies of the unit are buckets that cut and transport soil. To balance these forces and moments in the transverse-vertical plane, relative to the direction of movement of the buckets, support bars with support hydraulic cylinders are used. To create and regulate the pressure in the support hydraulic cylinders, two hydraulic pneumatic accumulators for controlling the supporting strips are installed on the power device. Part of the forces and moments through the supporting strips, support hydraulic cylinders, the frame of the working part of the unit is transmitted to the energy device that serves to drive the unit. During the operation of the unit, the resistance of the soil to cutting changes continuously. Therefore, the forces and moments transmitted to the energy device change. During operation, the stability of the rectilinear course of the unit is necessary. To ensure the stability of the movement of buckets and the direction of movement of the unit, you should first consider the process of filling the buckets with soil. The method of research. On the basis of the constructive layout, the number of buckets filled with soil was revealed. Suppose the filling of buckets with soil occurs gradually and evenly. Hence, an increase in the load on the right and left support bar was revealed by each subsequent bucket as it is filled. By adding the vertical forces, the value and position of the total load on the supporting bars are determined. The resistance to the movement of the left and right wheels of the working part of the unit, due to the load from the buckets to the supporting strips, the gravity of the raised soil, the gravity of the working part of the unit, is determined. The total horizontal force, the impact of soil on the buckets, directed along the course of the unit, was revealed. The method of calculating the position of the thrust vector of the energy device is given.Results. On the basis of the developed technique, the diameters of the support hydraulic cylinders and the nominal pressure in the hydraulic pneumatic accumulators of the control of the right and left support strips were determined. A constructive layout of the hinged energy device and a system for automatic adjustment of the position of the thrust vector of the energy device depending on the properties of the developed soil is proposed.Conclusion. On the basis of theoretical studies, the diameters of the support hydraulic cylinders and the nominal pressure in the hydraulic pneumatic accumulators of the control of the right and left support strips were calculated. An example of calculating the position of the thrust vector of an energy device is given. The constructive arrangement of the system of automatic adjustment of the position of the thrust vector of the energy device depending on the properties of the developed soil and the general layout of the energy device is proposed. The conducted theoretical studies allow to ensure the stability of the movement of buckets and the direction of movement of the continuous unit for the formation of the underlying layer of roads.

The structure of G,T-parallel-stranded duplexes of DNA carrying similar amounts of adenine and guanine residues is studied by means of molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and UV- and CD spectroscopies. In addition the impact of the substitution of adenine by 8-aminoadenine and guanine by 8-aminoguanine is analyzed. The presence of 8-aminoadenine and 8-aminoguanine stabilizes the parallel duplex structure. Binding of these oligonucleotides to their target polypyrimidine sequences to form the corresponding G,T-parallel triplex was not observed. Instead, when unmodified parallel-stranded duplexes were mixed with their polypyrimidine target, an interstrand Watson-Crick duplex was formed. As predicted by theoretical calculations parallel-stranded duplexes carrying 8-aminopurines did not bind to their target. The preference for the parallel-duplex over the Watson-Crick antiparallel duplex is attributed to the strong stabilization of the parallel duplex produced by the 8-aminopurines. Theoretical studies show that the isomorphism of the triads is crucial for the stability of the parallel triplex.

The unexpected outburst of the novel COVID-19, carried a lot of damage to whole world. To contain the epidemic, people had to stay where they were. They could not go back to work places or to school or colleges. The offline courses were due to many reasons infeasible, what brought unexpected changes to education. Aside from efforts to solve this co19 problem, the state must continue to maintain the stability and sustainability of the learning process that is the right of all citizens. India experienced the same thing. The online courses, learning process came into the picture. The influence focusses on the teaching and learning-effect, the transformation of the teaching forms. This paper mainly focussed on the impact of online-learning process on the parents. This research aims to determine how parents and their children feel about online education and also learn about their experiences.

In this work, theoretical studies have been carried out in order to assess the strength of structural elements of the track superstructure from the impact of a special-purpose passenger carriage. The assessment of the impact of the wagon on the railway track was carried out according to the stresses in the edges of the rail base, stresses in the main area of the subgrade and the stability of the track against lateral shear. The calculations showed that the strength and stability of the structural elements of the track superstructure as a result of the impact on it of a special-purpose passenger carriage model 61-934 meets the regulatory requirements.

The problem of maintaining accuracy of autonomous movement of vehicles and robots is an important element of keeping the right level of traffic safety. This applies not only to autonomous cars, but also to construction or other industry mobile robots that will soon appear in the human environment. With that in mind, the authors present a multi-criteria assessment process, which can be used to assess the qualitative and quantitative movement of such robots, in order to better identify passage errors, as well as improve their way of moving. The authors wanted to check the effect of the set power level on engines, repeatability of subsequent runs, and the impact of the level of contamination of the surface on the stability of the robot movement. The article describes the results of the robots movement assessment based on (1) the surface areas of the routes envelope, (2) the augmented average route length and (3) the number of trajectory intersections. The results obtained were compared to the research scenarios – differences in set power for motors and the state of contamination of the surface

The stability of the economy has explicitly become a key objective for fiscal, economic, and monetary policy. It is a broader term described by different aspects of finance and the financial system. One variable cannot be recognized for defining and achieving stability. The purpose of this paper is two-fold, one to construct four measures of financial stability (MFS). The second purpose is to use the four constructed measures of financial stability in two stage least square (TSLS) regression framework to know the impact of MFA on Foreign Direct Investment (inwards) of BRIC for a period from 2000-2017. In case of Brazil, all the four measures of financial stability are significant. In case of Russia, government finances are not appropriately managed. In case of China, the large inflow of FDI is because of government policies as rest of the measures are negative. In case of India, the government measures are not efficient to attract the FDI.The openness of the economy is positively contributing to FDI in all countries except India. Of all the four nations Brazil is on the right path. JEL Classification Codes: F4, F6, H11, E60.

The criminal act of corruption is a criminal act that has an extra ordinary impact on the stability of the nation and state. Because the impact of these crimes is very systemic and make enormous losses in the state finance sector. Some cases occurred an ex-convict corruption case, when it was out of running his penalty, it turns out to be more officials in the environment of his service. The purpose of this study is first to examine or analyze the formulation policy of revocation of the right to be elected and vote for convicted corruption, secondly To review or analyze the policies that can be applied in the formulation in the future. The research method used in this legal research is juridical-normative, with a policy-oriented approach. The model of analysis is Juridical Comparative, and also conducts Prescriptive Juridical Analysis. The first result of research Whereas basically the regulation concerning additional crime in the form of revocation of certain rights including the right to be elected and vote has been regulated in criminal code (KUHP) and constitution No 31 of 1999 about eradication of corruption crime. Secondly that although there has been renewal in RUU KUHP (Draft of Criminal Code) 2012 on additional criminal provisions can stand on its own, but with regard to the right to vote and to be elected is still unclear, so there is still a gap for criminals who finish criminal can become public officials again.

1,98%.Summary: At the time when most of the countries began to recover from economic crisis, sovereign debt crisis started in Eurozone. Eurozone members created mechanisms for assistance in order to prevent bankruptcy of heavily indebted countries and safeguard the stability of the Eurozone and the euro. Precondition for using the Eurozone mechanisms of assistance were appliance of strict austerity measures. This was followed by the Treaty on Stability, Coordination and Governance in order to have a more severe compliance of the Maastricht fiscal criteria.Requirements for implementation of austerity measures are contradictory to the Keynesian central preposition which says that the right time for austerity is the period of growth not period of crisis. This paper seeks to answer the question: Did austerity measures contributed to the decline of real GDP from 2010 to 2013?Regression analysis was conducted on a sample of 13 Eurozone countries. The results show that the growth rates of real GDP are largely caused by austerity measures. The fiscal multiplier of 1.98 indicates that the increase in savings of 1% leads to a fall of real GDP by 1.98%.

Abstract. In the study, the neural basis of emotional reactivity was investigated. Reactivity was operationalized as the impact of emotional pictures on the self-reported ongoing affective state. It was used to divide the subjects into high- and low-responders groups. Independent sources of brain activity were identified, localized with the DIPFIT method, and clustered across subjects to analyse the visual evoked potentials to affective pictures. Four of the identified clusters revealed effects of reactivity. The earliest two started about 120 ms from the stimulus onset and were located in the occipital lobe and the right temporoparietal junction. Another two with a latency of 200 ms were found in the orbitofrontal and the right dorsolateral cortices. Additionally, differences in pre-stimulus alpha level over the visual cortex were observed between the groups. The attentional modulation of perceptual processes is proposed as an early source of emotional reactivity, which forms an automatic mechanism of affective control. The role of top-down processes in affective appraisal and, finally, the experience of ongoing emotional states is also discussed.

SummaryCase reports cited in Medline or Biological Abstracts (1966-1996) were reviewed to evaluate the impact of vitamin K1 dietary intake on the stability of anticoagulant control in patients using coumarin derivatives. Reported nutrient-drug interactions cannot always be explained by the vitamin K1 content of the food items. However, metabolic data indicate that a consistent dietary intake of vitamin K is important to attain a daily equilibrium in vitamin K status. We report a diet that provides a stable intake of vitamin K1, equivalent to the current U.S. Recommended Dietary Allowance, using food composition data derived from high-performance liquid chromatography. Inconsistencies in the published literature indicate that prospective clinical studies should be undertaken to clarify the putative dietary vitamin K1-coumarin interaction. The dietary guidelines reported here may be used in such studies.
